Since moving in I’ve had no problems with neighbors. The noise level is perfect. Management is always on sight and are quick with answering your requests

Smh! Well it’s been something else living here since my last review post! I’m just go say the floor plan is nice and the people in the office is kind and respectful BUT downstairs the walls are thin I haven’t gotten no sleep in the past 4 months

I love living here, it is a place where I feel comfortable and safe when I leave and come back home to no matter what time of day it is. I love the color scheme they got going on, a nice place to stay. Office Manager, is always nice when she answer the phone if you have a question.

Got New owners in January 2023. They said that there was going to be a lot of remodeling. Only thing that has been done is on the outside, nothing on the inside has been updated. I put a work order in about windows 3 weeks ago and nothing has been done. Crystal in the office does her best to help and answer questions.

Stay by the park area and it’s perfect for me I have kids. It’s quiet and the property is nice. A lot of food places and shopping centers. Great area

I have lived in this neighborhood for almost three years. And although it's has been rough I love living where I am at. The kids are noisy and its a lot of people here but it's still a great community here. It's it's a very nice place to live because it's very close to where I work and where I go to school and they're great because just down the street is where the Otter Creek elementary school is and we just have a really good community here and I just love being here. If anybody had thought ofovingn here please give us a look because you will find that we are a loving community and we take care of what is ours and that I believe that you will love us for what we have to offer.
