I love the property. I recently moved in however, the apartment wasn’t quite ready for move-in although we signed the lease three weeks in advance. The office staff could be more friendly but overall. I’ll give it 3.8 stars

The community is okay. It’s started to get too expensive to live here though. You pay for everything now. Rent , Water, Trash, Storage Unit. It wasn’t like this when I first moved in. Someone’s always moving out now a days

The community is lovely. The staff is lovelier and I sincerely love my beautiful apartment. There’s nothing more valuable than coming home to a beautiful, peaceful, affordable apartment home. My balcony has lots of room for plants and a nice patio set. So glad I happened upon this place!

The leasing agent who’s always there, I forgot her name, is sooooo sweet and reasonable. She made sure that I was getting the price I wanted. Love my apartment. The only downside is the noisy neighbors upstairs, but that is expected with apartments.

This place is very organized and clean. The people who run it keep it consistently clean ( steps / floors) in the common areas. I feel that it's a safe place, especially when they installed cameras and keep a guard at times. Overall it's a good experience for my first apartment in my opinion.

I have a major issue with trash removal. It is consistantly outside of the dumpster and spread all over. Most of the time there is no room in the dumpster so residents have no choice but to put it next to the dumpster. I am not sure why the trash cannot be picked up every day. It is extremely unsanitary.

Quiet neighborhood and building. Enjoyable experience! The hallways are still a bit dark and the water turning off frequently was a hassle but hoping that has been fixed, finally.

I love my apartment and my community. The office staff is very helpful and always reachable. The neighborhood is quiet. They have a playground my granddaughters love to go to when they visit me on the weekends

The rental office is a joke.. they never answer phone or respond to emails .. don’t move in here .they have roach and rats . The maintenance men don’t know what they are doing . Trash is all over the dumpster and people just dump thing there ..
I love living here it is such a safe community! Anytime i have a concern they fix the issue promptly and i love how the office does little events to make everyone feel included
I love the space in my new apartment. The community is so quiet and clean. The ladies in the leasing office are so welcoming. I know me and my family are going to enjoy living here.
The staff here are really nice and offer a great deal of improved quality and experience while you live here. I just moved in about 2 weeks ago, so on the 15th of Oct, and the experience plus the staff, and the little amount of noise helps me with being in a good peace of mind. So yea, they are making constant improvements in making this place feel like a good home/place to live in, in my opinion.

I like all of the improvements they have made since they became the new management. The staff is very professional. The management have changed the business hours including Saturdays which works for residents that work and be off on Saturdays.

I lived in these apartments for 3 plus years I’m on my third management company, this last one I see a lot of improvements to bring the apartments into more modern times and I’m not speaking on the actual apartments but more so communication with management I see as a plus the area to me is perfect if you like quiet secluded. They have done what you call a facelift on the property which is another plus , maintenance staff is always polite and helpful I haven’t experienced any complaints with them thus far and they usually get the bad rap in these reviews if I have any complaints it would be the office staff very hard to speak to an actually person but I guess that’s why we now have a residence portal which I love because I hate talking to people but if I need to it should be better accessible overall the apartments are reasonable price quiet community clean property I can’t give it a five star only because they recently took over

Outside of property is pretty well maintained. Primarily quiet community, however still noticed car thefts and broken car window glass in lot. Laundry room doesn't feel safe. Laundry room window broken into on several occasions.

Location is good but not walkable. Staff is very friendly however maintenance and pest control problems are a pain and take a while to get resolved/are forgotten. Overall okay experience
With ReNew they are giving us as resident new look on the property, access to web page for paying our rent, reminder emails, I love that. The other owners they were so unprofessional and when you call the office about problems they took a long time before they address it.
So far, the new leasing company is pretty good and I notice they are doing their best to improve the community. Community has a lot of potential. Just needs someone to put it to i use.

I love everything, the area is nice and quiet, everyone is nice and welcoming, and the unit is spacious and clean, i just wish I had a laundry in my unit.
I’m so pleased with the new management… They have done so much improvement and such little time… which make me want to stay much longer now. Candy is such a beautiful person and working with me with my issues. I went in the office with a issue and within 1 hour problem solved.
Where do I start. Living here has been a mixed bag. The things I like I really like and the things I hate I really hate. The roaches and mice are a major issues enough to think about not renewing my lease. The apartment when I moved in didn't appear to be cleaned thoroughly. Shower head was filthy. There are cracks and holes all throughout my walls. My first week there in Feb someone came and patched the the holes and crack. Hasn't been back since to sand and repaint the patches. The range hood is filthy and looks like someone tried to white out over the rust. Mt refrigerator door handle is falling off. Maintenance replaced the broken door handle with a less broken door handle.
I moved in June 30,2023 and my experience has been great. They changed management and the transition was really smooth. Maintenance comes when called, my neighbors are really and the property is well kept.
It’s not a good place to rent from the people are not nice at all .. rent somewhere else all they do is take your money they never fix anything
Been here since 2020, neighborhood is clean, safe, quiet. Everytime I call for maintenance or extermination they come. Customer service has been good. Had 1 not so nice neighbor, management allowed me to move into another apartment, so far so good.

Management & maintenance are not responsive when you need them
I’ve been having mice concerns for over a year and it’s still have not been addressed. They will send maintenance to lay traps and thats about it! Maintenance does patch job quality work. All appliances and cabinetry are outdated. There are no big dumpsters. You will have to dump your trash in the laundry room in regular bins.
Nice size bedrooms,living room & dining room. Big balconies and patio. Hidden quiet area in between Taylor Ave & Putty Hill, not too much traffic. Other than a door closing, you don't have to worry about hearing your neighbor unless you just got some loud neighbors. Some people just don't have apartment etiquette.
