The start of my lease was very bad and management was very disorganized. Recently things have been smooth and the office has been very helpful in fixing things. Specifically Dominique has helped me with a few problems now, and has been the nicest and most helpful person i’ve interacted with at Renew.

Really good, wish there was more trash cans around the property, maybe a fire out by the pool area, and more visitor spots but a very nice place to live. Very enjoyable so far.

Very positive and responsive , maintenance has held out on us before though. Our dryer ended up breaking on itself in early January and only in early march were we able to finally get our replacement .

Overall it's a good place to be living in safe, They keep the apt cleaning even at the pool is cleaning. They have security watch everyday in night.

Took 6months to get a new TV in the living room because it was broke upon move in. Sometimes the front door doesn't lock. Never had to make a noise complaint. Packages have been getting delivered to wrong addresses but everything hasn’t been too bad overall

Moved in over 4 years ago, definitely heard mixed reviews at first but for the price it’s definitely worth it. The new management with “Renew” seems to be working to improve the overall experience of staying in the community.

The apartment is nice but they clear out maintenance requests without actually coming. They won’t give us a bigger couch even though we Are in a 4 by 4. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating

I like living here I would just say I wish it was a little more accommodating to those in the older apartments. But the amenities are nice and well kept and the community is pretty clean

It’s been a great experience living in the community. I’ve been living here for 3 years and it’s been fun. A lot of nice people great things to do. Friendly staff and a lot of events happening in the club house.

It’s good but there are lot of improvements they need to do they need follow up the service request they need ti solve them with in a time. Few things are good but few things are not at all good they need to resolve it

Feels peaceful here. I love it and how safe I feel being here. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend or family member. The process was easy and u enjoyed the experience. My kids love it and it offers a lot of variety

Had some tough times could be better. lost my mail key have been trying to get a new one for weeks. Roach infested when I first moved in. Faulty wiring and black mold in my apartment they refuse to fix or act slow in fixing it and even if they do it’s a temporary problem. Had my refrigerator break down and had to replace 300 dollars worth of food which they didn’t reimburse me with. The “new” fridge they brought me broke down within 2 weeks and had to throw away even more food which they didn’t reimburse. Had to get rid of roaches myself their pest control sucked. It’s cheap but you get what you pay for

When I first moved in, there was black mold on the ceiling in my bathroom & I couldn't move in & had to sleep somewhere else that night because they had to treat it. Within first month the AC broke & it took them over a month to fix it! In august, there was a jackhammering sound in the wall and it took from Aug-Jan with them lazing with it & not offering a solution, then tell me I can transfer into another bedroom. Only for them to rack on all of these ridiculous fees which I never did get a full explanation on & when I call the front office to try to understand, the girl was very rude & continue to talk over me & I ended up getting frustrated & making an appointment to talk to the property manager. Still not been resolved. In january, it was discovered that there was black mold deep into the vents throughout the entire apartment! I am immunocompromised & I told them about it on Saturday when I discovered it & they didn't fix it until Tue but by then I was in the hospital

I’m definitely please with the way my leasing agent Arianna handled my move in I was unhappy with the apartment I was moving into and she definitely did her best to place me somewhere I’d be comfortable. I love this place now I was placed with a quiet and wonderful roommate. The amenities are amazing I love how clean everything is and the added sense of security here. All in all I highly recommend Renew Tallahassee as a great place to live.

It was an issues at first but now its been resolved. So far there are minor issues within the apartment its self but they are easy fixes. I'm still waiting for someone's help so we will see how this stay goes because I hear a lot of horror stories.

It’s great! I just moved in and there really is nothing to complain about, it’s very quiet and peaceful, if there is anything that needs to be fixed they take care of that as soon as possible!

This place sucks. There’s mold in my laundry room and water heater closet that you can smell the second you walk in the front door. I’ve been putting in requests to maintenance since September, was told they were going to knock down the wall with mold and fix the leak, that never happened - they just looked at it, told me there was mold, and then completed the maintenance request. My roommate’s floor floods whenever it rains, leaving the carpet soaking wet, and now she has mold in her room as well. She told maintenance, and all they did was give her a fan to dry the carpet. We’ve had roaches of all sizes since moving in. I spray repellant around the entire apartment every 2 days and they still show up. The only good thing is usually they’re dead by the time I see them. Mail here sucks. I had a package delivered mid-September, asked the office 3+ times if they had a package for me, and it magically turned up at the end of October when I went into the office looking for a different package. I had a very important document postmarked to be delivered November 2nd and it wasn’t in my mailbox until November 25th. Trash piles up outside the trash compactors for days at a time. Uber drivers refuse to come over here. I was never given a key for my back door and the electronic lock to my front door stopped working for over a week, so I was essentially locked out if my roommates weren’t home. It’s cheap for a reason. Everytime I go into the office someone’s complaining about pests, mold, broken appliances, etc.

Renew Tallahassee is a peaceful community. It is very affordable for students. The staff are very friendly and helpful in need. The apartment is good and overall the stay is comfortable.

I love my new space,I feel at home here and I’m very thankful to the maintenance man who helped me on the day I moved in and made sure everything was in good condition and fixed anything that needed it and made sure my bathroom was nice and clean !!

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in, and I grew up in the swamps of Miami. The office staff is unprofessional and doesn’t even dress appropriately—wearing tights and hoodies to work in a business setting is a joke. The management is terrible. I’ve been waiting over three months just to talk to the property manager. Maintenance does whatever they want in our homes and STILL haven’t fixed half of the requests I’ve made, some of which have been pending for months. My house has been molding since I moved in 2 years ago. They don’t give you the courtesy of a week’s notice about a new roommate, but expect you to clean up after your old roommate. Not once throughout any new roommate I was assigned I had they clean any carpet in that apartment. I’m waiting for my lease to end and will not be renewing. If anyone can tell me how to break my lease early, I’d be glad to know. The property is dangerous, and the ownership has changed every year I’ve lived here.

I like the surrounding of the community. It is full of greenary and trees. The location my apartment is, is calm and peaceful. I feel comfortable living here.

I’ve had a mixed experience living in my apartment. While the location and amenities are decent, the maintenance is a major drawback. Requests take an incredibly long time to be addressed, and even after waiting, the issues often remain unresolved. One ongoing problem is the occasional appearance of roaches, which, though not constant, are still unsettling. Aside from these issues, the apartment itself is generally comfortable, with a reasonable amount of space and a good layout. The neighbors are friendly, they can be loud at night. However, the slow maintenance response and pest problem have made living here less enjoyable than it should be. It would be great if the management could improve their maintenance services and take quicker action on pest control to make the overall living experience more pleasant.

So far everything has been fine. Marianne is great and timely so props to that. way to much smoking going on but other than that great place.

Great community, the front office is willing to help resisdents with all issues. A good 10 mins from Florida A&M, has a good pool and gym area only issues may be maintenance doesnt come right away.

I’ve been living here for a while, I’ve encountered several issues that have impacted my experience. Firstly, communication with management has been a consistent challenge. Requests, especially for room changes and maintenance, often go unanswered or are significantly delayed, which has made it difficult to feel supported as a resident. Timely follow-up seems to be lacking, and I've found myself having to repeatedly reach out just to get basic updates or responses. Additionally, there have been problems like maintenance delays, cleanliness, noise, and safety, which management has yet to fully address. While I understand that running a large complex has its challenges, the lack of proactive support and communication really affects residents’ overall experience. If management could improve responsiveness and focus on addressing resident concerns more effectively, this would be a much better place to live.

Pretty happy with my apartment. I moved from another state without doing a visit and it was exactly like the pictures. Really happy with that.

Everyone is friendly, it's easy to navigate, and neighbors are nice. There's a pool and gym. Maintenance may take a bit, but they do an excellent job, making it a great experience overall!
