The apartment is absolutely beautiful. There's so much space. The walls are super thick so it's entirely silent. There's just the right amount of windows. It's a very peaceful place to be, definitely worth it! We just moved in over the weekend, but we are already discussing extending our lease as soon as we can. My partner is a disabled veteran, I work in emergency response, and we both needed this type of environment.

The community is well built and quiet, no drama, no excessive noises, parking available and a friendly community. Right down the street from us there’s plenty of stores to choose from. Laundry on site, easier to get things done. Every week the community gets landscaping and things done around the complex making it look as clean as possible.

I moved in on Nov. 11th, so far there have been a few hiccups. for example; missing bathroom door, missing shades, clogged plumbing and a few other small issues. However, the management has been very responsive and quick to fix things, which is greatly appreciated.

Progressively over time, living in the building for the last 6 months the standards have dropped & continue to do so. Rubbish always seems to be an issue & the bins always have rubbish overflowing. Smoking & Weed smoking in the building occurs, but it does not get addressed by the property management. Communication is beyond poor form of property management. Overall what initially seemed like a smart choice to live in this complex it certainly has me questioning the value exchange for the rent being paid. I wouldn't recommend moving into this property.
