A couple of things wrong when we first moved in but the maintenance crew was pretty quick once they received the trouble tickets. Overall the only part that is bothersome is how fast the trash gets filled up or just lays around the complex.

I love where I live. I just feel something with parking needs to be done. Our moms and a friend is coming all 3 or elderly and have physical issues getting around. So…….guess where guest parking is sigh in the street. There is no way they can park on the street and walk that far especially when there is any parking on the street.

When we moved in we asked for our windows to be fixed because they were off the rails and also when we moved furniture in the carpet came up so now we have ants crawling through the window cracks because we can't close it and out carpet it tore up when we moved in. But the staff is nice and the amenities are great as well. We have been having a great time living even with some rough spots.

Overall, this is a decent place to live. The one drawback is the lack of hot water in the shower. After waiting, the water eventually gets hot in the sinks, but not in the shower/tub.

I just moved in and already dealing with a leaking window. Submitted work order, hopefully it will ve resolved. Other than that I have minor issues but to complain about. People are nice and welcoming. Looking forward to my time here!

Just moved in, the neighbors are loud and one neighbor is really creepy, but i can’t hear them through the walls often. The paint job and maintenance has been terrible, but otherwise it’s great. And the AC works really well. Also… paying for parking is so stupid. I’ve never had to do that anywhere I lived. Parking (as long as you had a sticker given by the office) was free.

Mostly quiet but some tenants can be a little trashy in the parking lot. Some tenants can get loud with their music or arguments at times. Some tenants or visitors can be a little dangerous at times moving their vehicles around the parking lot sometimes not looking before jumping into oncoming traffic without even looking. The premises are kept neat most of the time and a very effective tenants vehicle tracking system is currently in play.

Gym hasn’t been available in months. Rent is high considering the low quality of repairs and updates. Very limited on units that offer washer and dryers. Security doesn’t patrol like they say. Parking is ridiculous.

My stay here has been good overall. I'm close to work, restaurants, the beach and other points of interest. I'm glad to not be far from all the festivals and concerts in the area.

Just don’t do, management is horrible. For the price they charge and the problems they don’t actually fix, it’s definitely not worth living here. They will lie just to get their way. They have gone through so many recent management changes and none of them have made a difference. They must work to perception cause the reality is that it’s bad business being done here.

Terrible ! Noisy ! Hallways are not clean and trash is everywhere and water bill is ridiculous! Rent is too expensive to be paying to live in nasty environment! No assistance but they will late fee you to death at all cost

Very early tell what my experience will be long term; can't complain about the space as there's LOTS of it. I also really like my neighbors, and anyone working for the complex I have run into. That said, some (if not most) of the light sockets are really not in great condition: If something is plugged in they can easily fall out. Additionally, the water pressure for the tub is pretty weak

I've lived here for over a year. These apartments have been improving, but they're quite inconsistent with many residents. When I first moved in, the staff was transitioning to a new leasing company, resulting in a less-than-ideal moving-in experience. They repeatedly promised me a move-in date, yet upon arrival, the apartment wasn't ready, which was nonsensical. This happened three times, and even on moving day, uncertainty lingered if the apartment would be ready, which was ridiculous. One area of improvement is the maintenance staff. Initially terrible, however, their response time has notably improved over the past year. Despite this, communication remains an issue; one often needs to repeat requests to both the front office and maintenance team. The apartments have undergone updates since my move-in, making them nicer, but the staff's efficiency in addressing residents' needs requires significant improvement.

So far so good, it has been great. The front office has been fantastic to work with. All work orders are taken care of in a timely fashion. Neighbors are not overly loud in my building. Nice sized apartments generally located close to everything. Small dog park on site is nice and a large dog park is a very short distance drive.

Community is peaceful and clean love the space in my apartment there schools are wonderful it's close to almost every store without going out to far. Had nice pool when it hot days in the summer time nice grill to use all year long nice fitness center if you don't have gym membership

They keep upfront clean, but sometimes they leave the rear of the apartment complex dirty for weeks. It takes a while for Maintenance to come to your apartment for issues.. sometimes the office does not answer your phone calls. It’s a pretty clean place. Just have problem with roaches.. definitely not worth the money that they’re issuing us for rent

My move in experience was horrible. However things have improved some what. I still think management could do a better job. Maintenance work requests could also improve. It should not take two months to get things fixed.
Isaiah was my overall leasing consultant and the move in process was pretty sweet and smooth. These apartments have been great since i have moved in. I was referred to these apartments and i would definitely recommend them to the next person.

I’ve only been here a week and so far, it’s been great for the most part. It did take maintenance a little longer to get here for the pressing issues including my daughter’s closet being soaked or the water damage in the kitchen. But the experience has been nice and they did get here to attend to the issues within the apartment. The neighbors I’ve met are all really kind and everyone has been awesome to my daughter. No noise issues either!

I mean, it’s alright. Clean everything, they don’t. Holes in the walls where appliances go through that allow bugs. Practically all amenities you pay for don’t work.

The community is ok. Trinity needs to fix the amenities, sewer system and pipes in the buildings. The tennis court and two gyms are fixed and not open.

I've lived here over a year it's getting better but there are still some minor improvements that the apartment need to make. But they are getting better over time. The biggest thing is the front office needs to stop not answering the phone. The last time I went over there the phone just rang constantly and everyone was walking around or at their desk and no one was answering the phone so they just ignore it. Everything else is fine. But they definitely do not respond to any voicemails. Which they definitely need to fix.

Apartment is huge with very spacious rooms! If they didn't have bugs and the paint job was better I'd give a 5 star. But it's new management and I can see they are fixing it.
