As its name implies, the Bentley College neighborhood surrounds Bentley University. The University of Massachusetts College of Agriculture is also located in the neighborhood. The presence of two college campuses fives the area an energetic feel. Bentley College is dominated by Bentley University and several large greenspaces, give the area a park-like feel. The residential areas in Bentley College consist of houses, townhomes, apartments, and condos. There are rentals available for every budget, but there are several housing options that are cheaper compared to other Waltham neighborhoods. Bentley College is about a mile from Main Street, which is home to Waltham’s downtown district. This charming thoroughfare is filled with restaurants, grocers, and shops. With Downtown Boston just 10 miles away, Bentley College attracts commuters looking for the ideal apartment just outside of Boston.

Property Ratings at ReNew Waltham
I moved into Re-New Waltham last Monday. So far so good. The staff, especially Joseph was so helpful and patient with me and all my questions and hoops he had to jump through for housing. The apartment is so nice, neighbors are friendly, and the staff is helpful.
Longtime resident of this property - more than 10 years. I've lived both in the regular apartments and in a townhouse. Some thoughts: * Location is amazing! Near bus stops, MBTA, rail trail, self-storage, highways, downtown * It's expensive and rents never stop increasing BUT you get a lot for the money (square footage, amenities) * Dogs/cats allowed! This is awesome * Staff speaks both english and spanish * Some long-term maintenance concerns (older buildings/windows/bathrooms, some appliance issues like laundry machines) but staff is helpful especially for small problems * New ownership brought a really great resident portal * Decent parking. Guest parking allowed but costs extra * Relatively new swimming pool you can use with a pass * Fitness center is small and doesn't have a lot of equipment but it's more convenient than a gym * Outdoor lighting is generally good at night. Grounds are mostly clean and maintained * Occasional pest issues, but they're addressed quickly
I LIKE STAYING IN RENEW WALTHAM BECAUSE IT'S A FAMILY COMPLEX AND IT'S SAFE RENEW WALTHAM IS GOING TO FIX THE PROPERTY THE WAY IT SUPPOSED TO BE I LIKE THE NEW MANAGER BECAUSE SHE'S VERY STRICT MY DREAM IS TO CONTINUE STAYING IN RENEW WALTHAM. THANK YOU.
I can’t believe that you have to pay $10.00 for a blind that goes in front of your sliding glass door. I thought everything was included to be fix for free when things go wrong/broken in your apartment. I’ve been here going on 7 years and the few times I had to replace them I never had to pay.
I am new to the community, but I love it so far. I have a beautiful big apartment, can always find parking, good neighbors, and a view of nature in the city. The front office is kind and helpful. Maintenance is great.
Seems new management is effective , things are taking shape by day and any repair concerns are handled in a timely manner. The community is looking tidy which is a clear indication that the residents comfort is not put at stake
Excelente sitio para vivir hay muchas atenciones resuelven los problemas Rapido la nueva administration es muy eficiente la propiedad esta bien limpia la jefa nueva es muy gentil y Repectuosa
Although not all areas are the same in this complex I very much enjoy my neighbors in my area as we have children who play out back with one another we’re respectful of each others space keep noise to a minimum and get along and look out for each other
It was great 13 years ago but since the property has gone downhill, no upkeep, dangerous surroundings and nothing being done. Garbage overflow, The outside grounds look terrible and totally overcharging
So far, so good. Community can be a little noisy at night and in the early morning sometimes but, overall, a good experience. In the past, the laundry facilities broke more often than I would like but they were quickly repaired.
Roaches and mice. Not properly vetting is probably a major cause. Nothing is upgraded in the common area. It seems you are going to do something about the parking so I will withhold jidgement.
Living here has been convenient for me. The downside is the mice, roaches and the response to get them taken care of. I had to pay to do it myself. We could use some new kitchen appliances. Besides that, I'm comfortable living here for now.
many pests. apartments infested with mice and cockroaches. Never do anything about it! I'm so sick about it! I always go to the office and they just call the pest control company they don't do anything they said the owner has to fixed then you go to the office to tell what they said they said the same! Never do anything
My wife and I moved to 31 middlesex cir 4 years ago. Get the opertunty to meet people.nice part of the world. I personally have lived here, 47-6 summer st.I lived there with my mother and younger brother. That was in the 1977-2000
We have lived here for over 8 years, and it has been wonderful. The staff are always friendly and the buildings are clean and very well maintained. They have a workout room and a pool so there is lots to do.
The facilities are not bad. It is a very old building but it is well maintained, for most parts. We need to occasionally call in maintenance, the office staff are friendly. Without WiFi we may suffer loss of mobile signals inside the building. It tends to take a lot of time for the apartment to heat up though. The rent is quite steep though.
We have been here for a while thing’s used to be great then things took a turn around and now we are excited because I have faith that the new management are making this great again the manager Is awesome so is her boss so moving forward I can’t wait to see all the changes
Overall the experience has been average. There have been some issues early on with random people sleeping in hallways, since been resolved. The quick action for maintenance tickets has been very nice to have. Not a fan of $5 to complete a load of laundry, and the fact that I can only add money to my laundry card during leasing office hours. Apartment itself is nice with no complaints besides occasional mice.
New management is beginning to get on its feet. The large apartment complex has a variety of different apartment styles. Facilities people do a reasonably job. Not enough parking.
This is a very good residential place where by there is access to public transport, access to food stores, close to schools, close to hospitals and the neighborhood is friendly as well.
We have experienced cockroaches, stolen packages, smoking in the building and now my rent is going up $300 a month for the same apartment with the same issues. Unfair
Bueno tengo parqueo para mi carro también hay mucha vegetación que permite respirar aire puro es un lugar muy acogedor no hay ruidos los miembros de la oficina y mantenimiento son muy amables
Safe community and management does not pressurize on rent payment deadlines. There is privacy and everyone mind their own business. It's proximity to shopping centers is tick.
