I loved when I first moved here but over time the promises weren't kept and lies were told. Especially after not building the pool back and not having promised amenities that are posted all over the neighborhood I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Started off extremely badly but over time it has gotten better. It allows for people to get housing with a discounted rate for a couple months, so that is good.

Nice apartment to live at it is very quiet here and peace here I like it here I have been here for 14 years I don't have no problem live here the people is very nice here

move in was smooth and nice office staff. the apartment was clean on arrival. had to call maintenance a few times but they responded within 72 hours.

Nice upgraded apartments, outside landscaping properly maintained, responsive and friendly office staff, however very strict rules about parking, smoking, dog poop and noise
The administration team is very diligent. I have had a good experience so far. The only thing I'm missing from here is the update of the laundry room. Those machines are nasty and having to do laundry outside is draining my time and energy to the point that I would find a place that has laundry in/on site.

Not all it seems anymore and they took away the pool. One of my main reasons for choosing the property. Never know who is in the office anymore and the communication sucks

It’s a nice spacious home, in a quiet area.. the black appliances really make the apartment stand out. All neighbors are very friendly the area gives a very home feeling, I love it!

It’s good for a starter home. Some things here and there you can tell the contractors was just rushing to get it done. I would push to have a dryer and washer installed into these apartments though.

There's been at least 5 sets of office employees including manager since i've been here. We were promised things that never happened when we signed our lease the 2ed time to renew. Promised new washers dryers pool dog park, only 1 washer and dryer has worked the past 2 years. there's no dog park. the pool isn't happening they said. this place is not the best place to live, people's cars getting broken into on friday evenings. not a safe place for children. maybe Ok for college students who don't leave their house but to go to school and work.

I have had a nice experience within the first week living here. I only had a few maintenance issues which were solve after a third request but I had a bad experience at the laundry facilities, the machines are old, dirty and rusty, they are not as advertised. I don't recommend to use them.

Do not move here move here!!!!! We moved May 2023, and I’m literally counting down until we move out maintenance never comes. They have switched out management multiple times they don’t care about anything. Yeah they’re doing renovations but to apartments that no one is moving into they need to fix the current residence that are living there paying rent apartments first. There is people that throw parties in the abandoned apartments I don’t even do my laundry there because I don’t feel safe in the basement. They smoke in the buildings they let their kids run around at all hours of the night there’s glass and trash everywhere. Don’t even feel safe walking my dog. The new management begged me to leave a positive review, but still has yet to fix all the issues going on in our apartment we have literally stopped complaining at this point and our counting down days until we move out that’s how bad is gotten! When you first moved in our apartment wasn’t even ready, there was open wires trimming laid out through the apartment leaking sinks black mold .. etc The list honestly goes on and the new management and staff that comes in They still won’t care. I don’t even know why this place is still running at this point. They will probably respond back to this saying that things are gonna get fixed and things are gonna get better. It’s all a lie. We have been begging for changes prior to our move-in and nothing has happened. I am honestly sick of people lying to my face. There are no amenities! Office is barely open

No coax for wifi, the heater in the room is heating even when you turn it off. The apartment is nice but no washer and dryer even tho they ask you in the application if you want them

A beautiful place nice and special it’s very nice for the community and residents new renovated. I like tithe stoves and refrigerator. It’s not far from hospital. And there is alot to do go attractions

Laundry room still does not work as good, and there’s still a lot of renovations to apartments being done, but the renovations don’t bother me. ´Y resident experience is not good. I had to wait 2 weeks to move into an apartment that’s not ready, the hot water doesn’t work, no screens on the window, the light in the bathroom cuts on and off with the clean all day long that’s so frustrating, the water in the bathroom sink won’t go down the drain. It’s quite a few plumbing and electrical issues, my apartment always smell strong of cigarettes and I’m allergic to it. I also was never given a proper tour of the apartment I don’t know where my mailbox is now do I have a mailbox key. I don’t know where the gym is or how to access it. I feel like this apartment complex doesn’t care about its tenants or having having future residents. I will not be referring anyone else to deal with the headache I’ve dealt with since the beginning of this process.

ReNew West was a very calm, comfortable place to live in. However, rent went up so high all at once for me that I had to find else where to live in. Had this one time my package stolen. Laundry room still not fixed. Those were the only negetive things I got. Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

Renew is way over price for what you're getting. The maintenance crew is the absolute worse. They take weeks to respond to a maintenance request and still not fix anything. The only redeeming quality is the office staff, who are actually pretty nice people

Nice area! The people that live here are very nice as well. The laundry doesn’t work half the time but there’s a laundromat two min up the road that’s pretty nice. Communication with the manager is pretty difficult but if you push a few times it’ll eventually get through.

Upon move in my apartment wasn’t complete. Although they provided me with a credit I feel as though I should've received a whole month off. My dishwasher doesn’t work. My cold water doesn’t work. My A/C unit had to be replaced and my apartment wasn’t clean. My keys weren’t ready and it took three days to get a replacement. My mailbox key was finally given to me and it doesn’t even work. Although, the staff is friendly

So far, I like it here. The location, and the access to major highways, the nearby downtown are a plus. My only complaint is that my apartment was not ready to move in, a lot of details and basic things were overlooked that clouded an otherwise great moving in experience.

moving in was pretty easy , everything was updated in the apartment i did prefer downstairs but i'm fine with what was selected for me so far so good !!

The location of this apartment complex is ideal for my needs. Compared to others in the area the price is reasonable. They are currently renovating with the addition of a club house, fitness center, and updated pool. The maintenance staff has been prompt, polite, and professional. The noise level so far has not been an issue.
