Nice neighborhood. Some units are a bit rough around the edges. Maintenance is a little slow at times. Amenities are about par for the course.

Great location but communication to residents lacks since new ownership. Waits to complete maintenance requests based on renewals, says they’re going to fix something and then never does or says they are waiting for a part and have to keep asking about the fix many times. Let’s 3rd parties in without communication and supervision.
The staff, especially Jade, has been very welcoming and helpful from day one. My husband passed away last year while we were in Texas so I decided to come back to St. Louis to be close to both my kids. I am so grateful that I found this place. It’s the perfect location for me. I love my apartment as well as the community. It suits me so well.

I’ve been here 6 months and I’ve had a good experience living here but still waiting for a handicap parking spot. Flex payment option has been a nice feature also.

My experience with renew is great. With the last management we have to go with 12 months whenever we renew the lease, they weren't flexible but with the new management we have different options which is amazing. If you call for any service You get response immediately and the maintenance service people does their work on same day. Staffs at leasing office are great. Many other good things to say.
Maintenance is a little slow but all employees are great and friendly I love jade and pat :) they have been nothing but welcoming ans kind and address my problems in a kind fashion
Have loved living here and for 11 years! Especially enjoyed being on my balcony facing the woods and lots of deer! Love the smaller size of the community and neighbors have always been great. Maintenance excels. New company that recently purchased the property is fantastic! Jade, in the office, is very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. The same can definitely be said about the Maintenance Manager and his staff. I am impressed with all of the upgrades and improvements being made! The new Company truly cares about the residents and the complex itself! Love it here!
I've had an incredible experience living at Westglen Village Apartments in Ballwin. The community is not just a place to live, but a true home. The Yoffie family's warm and welcoming atmosphere truly sets this complex apart. From the moment I moved in, Lauren's friendliness made me feel like part of the family. Her genuine care and attention to residents' needs create an amazing sense of belonging, and she informed me of a couple local gems that Ballwin residents have access to which I would likely not have discovered on my own. The apartments are just barely tucked away, far enough from any main roads to be quiet and peaceful but close enough that anything I need is a five-minute drive away. The pool is really nice and gets plenty of shade throughout most of the day so it's a great place to relax or have fun. And I LOVE having a washer and dryer in my unit and don't have to leave to do laundry. The maintenance team, led hands-on by David, the owner, deserves a special mention. His team's helpfulness and promptness in addressing the only maintenance issue I had were excellent. It's a rare find to have a team that not only fixes things properly but does so with a smile and genuine concern for your comfort. Overall, Westglen Village Apartments exude a sense of community and comfort that's hard to match. The Yoffie family's dedication, with David's expertise and his daughter Lauren's friendliness, make this place an oasis. I feel truly at home during my time here and can't recommend it enough to anyone seeking a welcoming and enjoyable living experience.
Very quiet and peaceful location. In very nice neighborhood setting. Staff were very responsive to any requests. Any requests were answered promptly and dealt with. Has a nice pool at apartment and near a community pool. Close to shopping.
There have been huge rent increases and no updates in these 50+ year old buildings.

Having resided in this apartment now for over a year, I have found it to be a well-maintained living quarters with rapid response when there is any suggestion of something going wrong. The management is usually in some avenue of addressing what is seen to be needed and it gets done. For the most part there is a quietness that makes it a peaceful haven and a great place to live. I love living here! I love the wooded setting. The new owner is very responsive to any maintenance request I have. The new owner is making a lot of improvements. They have just put all new windows in. I would highly recommend it!
