Maintenance They came and checked the liggt and fan in the dining room. I wasnt there but they left a nite saing everything was working fine. They are very prompt and i really appreciated that they left a note. Great service.

Apartment is pretty great good amenities, nice building, pretty good price for the area. However, the surface parking lot fills up pretty quickly at night. If they try to tell you that the free parking isn't an issue like they did me don't listen. Either be prepared for a hassle or spring for the parking garage.

My husband and I have been in this particular apartment since 2016 which is when it had been renovated and given new appliances. The refrigerator is now 8 years old and was running all the time. The head of maintenance, Jason, came in and checked it out. He found that the area by the motor was very dirty and vacuumed out that area. Now, the refrigerator is working like it used to so I am very pleased. Thank you Jason!

Have some issues with entrance door lock and dryer. There is no ventilator in the bathroom and no garbage disposal unit in sink. It’s really difficult to bring in groceries because garage is so far from apartment.

Friendly people and staff make it a great place to call home. Fun events monthly , gym in building. Very close to train station so Chicago is a 1 minute walk to not have to drive.

Good responsible management especially Crystal. Nice, clean place, you have everything you need in one place. Better fits for those who have pets. Good responsible management, good nearby schools both middle and elementary.

It was the most complicated and long process ever to be added to a lease. I called the renew office 3 times DURING BUSINESS HOURS and was put to voicemail 3 times. I emailed twice about insurance policies and received NO RESPONSE. I had to go in person DURING WORK HOURS 4 TIMES to get added to this lease because each time the correct documentation and steps were never taken or emailed to me. The whole process has taken a but over a month and countless hours trying to figure things out. I get it that you are short staffed, but being short staffed doesn't mean I have to go in person 4 times to get added to a lease. Please be better at communication and be more respectful of others' time for other residents' sake.

It's a good place for live, just think can be better the condition of tables of play in the club room and in the area of grills next to the pool could be forbidden smoke because many cigarette butts are thrown to the floor.

Would give more stars but the parking is such a nightmare or makes everything else just ok. The staff is lacking and direct contact on the phone is nearly impossible. Garage flooded a few weeks ago there's still leaves in the hallway and you can see the line where the water got up to by the elevator.

I have felt very welcomed and all staff has been friendly and helpful with any questions I have had. I needed help reserving the elevator on my move in day and the maintenance staff didn’t hesitate to assist when the elevator went back to regular service mode.

Hello, and thank you for your 6-year review! We are pleased to know that our maintenance team has been responsive to your needs.
The units, full size gym, and location are nice. However, they don't have nearly enough parking spots for residents and Wheaton doesn't allow street parking overnight which creates an issue if you arrive home after 7pm. All the parking lots are typically full by then. I've also had several issues with management over the year and a half I lived in the apartment. Their lack of communication on their renters insurance policy caused me to double pay on renters insurance two months in a row before realizing they were charging me when I already had a policy in place. They did not refund me for that either. I also reserved an elevator for my move out, confirmed it multiple times with them, and sure enough it wasn't reserved for me when my reservation time came Saturday morning. Their office was closed too so they couldn't help me. Those are just two examples of the types of issues I experienced living here.

Really enjoying the Wheaton area and the apartment complex has a great layout. Buildings are aged and it shows. Maintenance is quick to respond.
