I'm glad I moved out as soon as I could. I was always having issues with either Insects or my floor being flooded because of rainy days. I also wasn't happy with the increase of rent while I was having this issue for the past 4 years. It took them 3 years to finally install a drain after so many late night complaints about the flooding. The property may look nice from the outside but the inside is still old w/ some units being remodeled.

Everyone at the leasing office was so nice. It was a smooth move in after they told me that there would be construction going on and they would have to move my unit. They claimed that other unit was nicer than the unit that I actually wanted and it l’ definitely was not.

We still happy living here. We just renewed. Only thing I still don’t like is how we don’t have 100% control over our thermostat. If I want to go turn my air on in winter I should be able to have that option. The trash situation got a lot better. Keep up the good work.

I am very disappointed in the way these apartments are serviced. The amenities are great and the grounds are well kept, but the actual apartment is not. Maintenance does not reply in a timely manner and when they do the job is either not done or done unprofessionally. I will not be renewing this lease

0 stars if I could! We experienced so many troubling issues with our leasing experience. Unresponsive staff, misinformation, switched unit less than 24 hours before move in, just to name a few. New unit they found was not in move in condition and yet we drove from NJ with 2 trucks! We did not sign the new lease as a result. Still waiting to be refunded our security deposit. I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business with such an unprofessional place. Please save yourself the headache and cross them off your list!

Started off very unprofessional, lack of communication, To the point My unit wasn’t ready on my move in date . After all of the complications I was offered a new unit for a way higher price than my set price so I wasn’t properly accommodating in that sense. But I do really like the unit I have now it has everything I want other than being on the ground unit and paying higher rent. I do actually feel more at home in my current unit. As long as you voice how you feel they will try to accommodate but not a guarantee 100% to the full expectation!

Overall we are enjoying our space after one week of living here. There were some maintenance concerns which are still pending. Apartment was also not properly cleaned before our move in. Staff have been friendly though and neighbors are kind.

Denise has been amazing & the unit itself was clean upon move in. My experience so far has been good overall. The maintenance team members that I’ve met so far have been nice and professional. The only thing is the dishwasher was broken when moving in so hopefully that gets fixed soon.

I moved on May 1st. The move in was easy and quick. The staff was helpful and super nice. I love my apartment. When i had a few things that needed to be fixed, they quickly handled the issues. The pool just opened and I am excited to go next week. I love the fitness center as well. I regularly use the fitness center.

The only 2 negatives would be how extremely thin the walls are, you can hear your neighbors walking above you, making the slightest moves, or even talking next door, it’s faint but you can hear them. Also, they never really respond to emails, but will answer if you call so besides that everything has been great.

I hated my tour experience. For 1, the white thing under the "all-in-one" washer and dryer was filthy. 2. when you are exiting the kitchen making your way to the living room expect to be walking downhill because there is a huge slope for whatever reason. 3. all of the outlets are lopsided and you can tell that they just painted over whatever dirt was on the wall and doors. 4. the handle to open the curtains for the sliding door fell off and ON TOP OF THAT while i was trying to open the sliding door, it was literally falling on me while I was holding my 4 month old niece. When mentioned to the young lady at the front desk who name starts with a D, she didn’t show any care in the world all she said was “I'm sorry” like she already knew about the problem and proceeded to scroll on her phone like she could care less. Other than that, the apartment is nice for a first time mover.

This apartment is good if you need a quick place to stay but never plan on talking to the leasing office, but if you have a better alternative, go with it. Otherwise you’ll be in your apartment wondering why your A/C is blowing out hot air when it’s been warm for over 3 weeks. Fortunately, the management here is consistently incompetent, so you’ll also be wondering the same thing when the heater is blowing out cold air in the winter. May God guide you to consider a place that will take your basic needs seriously because this is not that place.

Everything was nice except for i wasn’t told that the boilers were in control on my side. The heat gets turned off a certain time. And the air conditioner gets cut on at a certain time.

Overall, it has been a good experience. I truly enjoy living at Renew White Marsh. But I wish for some improvements. I wish the security camera was facing the parking lot and apartment building entrance. Having the camera where it is now is useless. Any criminal behavior is most likely going to happen there. My car window was damaged over night as someone tried to break in. Also the dog poop is disgusting on the property. I understand that is not Renee’s fault. That is on the residents. But it may be helpful if Renew restocked the poop bags. They have been out of poop bags for over a month.

The property is very well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friend. Haven’t had a chance to use the exercise room yet, but I like that I have access 24/7. I also love that the grounds are monitored by security cameras.

The neighbor hood is nice clean and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Not too much traffic and very quiet. Nice amenities . Fast maintenance. Ladies in the leasing office are extremely nice. Although they don’t always answer the phone . When they do they get the job done.

Overall nice place, do have some issues here and there with maintenance and timing or having to wait. Office staff usually pretty easy going but if you need an immediate answer you have to ask for the property manager otherwise you may play phone tag.

Maintenance is good but property management is ruthless. I've lost a lot of money needlessly and with no recourse due to poor communication and decisions involving levied additional fees against the property. Also the water bill is out of control.

This complex sucks. They do not care about the residents or try to fix any issues. I have had problems for MONTHS, written out so many requests and basically nothing has happened or changed. I don’t even feel comfortable living here but have to finish out my lease so I’m not charged for early termination. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone ever. Far overpriced for how awful they are.

Been here for almost 3 years. I have seen good and bad changes. Still love the maintenance team! I just wish every year you renew they come and do a carpet clean or see if anything needs to be updated. My fiancé and I do plan on renewing another year, let’s hope for the best.

Ok so far. It’s been sketchy thus far. The leasing agents didn’t want to honor the price from apartments.com but a manager was able to meet me half way with the price. She was very helpful and professional but one of the agents had a slick mouth. The apartment is pretty and has a few minor things they need to fix so I’ll see how quickly and efficient maintenance is over the next week.
