I have always had a wonderful living experience here. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The apartment complex is well taken care of. The units themselves are well built and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend this community to family and friends.
I love living here. It is quiet and well maintained. I enjoy using the pool and Gym. I have never had an issue with the office or anyone else.

These apartments are gorgeous. Lots of room and a big open living room. The bedrooms are very open and everything was very clean. The office workers are extremely nice and very knowledgeable with everything about the surrounding area! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking!

We are still loving this neighborhood over a year into living here. The staff always communicates with the community if there are any community-wide updates and they are also quick to fix gym equipment.

Id recommend these apartments to all, especially those with a dog! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The outdoor maintenance does a phenomenal job keeping the sides of the road clear during the fall season to make for safe walking for my dog and I!

Good location. Close to stores, restaurants, churches, doctors and hospitals. Rent increases yearly. Depending on the location of your apartment, parking could present an issue especially on the weekend. Maintenance and office employees are courteous, and respond as quickly as possible to issues as a matter of urgency. For the most part living here has been ok. Utilities are shared for gas, water, sewer, garbage. These are split between other residents so if you get a resident that has washer, dryer or likes to shower often expect your Utilities to be more. You pay electric and your cable. Limited as to who you can choose. NO DISH ALLOWED.

Great community. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and environment. The one thing I do wish there be improvement for would be better lighting for the apartment signs, as they are difficult to see when it gets dark.

We have a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of room for 2 adults, 1 teenager and a dog. Parking lots, trails, dog park, pool and gym are well maintained and staff is always friendly. Maintenance requests are completed timely. Highly recommend renting at ReNew Woodlake.

Been here a little over a week now, everything seems chill. I really like it so far! The people are chill, staff is nice, and the 2 bed 1.5 bath has more moving/living space than l expected.

I love it here! It's beautiful, I love the nature around me with all the trees and deer, and it's peaceful. The office staff have been very helpful with the transition. I feel right at home at Woodlake Apartments.

the apartments are nice i wish the outside was nice, it doesn’t look like the leasing office really cares about the outside. i’ve also had the workers of renew almost hit my car on their golf cart things

These are the reasons why I like living here. I have the best neighbor. I feel comfortable and safe living here. The apartment unit is spacious. I love the lake view from my living room. We had a great year living here. So much so that we renewed our lease. Great location. Near many stores, restaurants, ect but in the woods so it feels secluded. Kent Trails access on the grounds. Dog park, pool, gym and grounds very well maintained.

Lovely new renovated space. Love having a gym and pool with 24/7 access. Don’t really love gas oven/stove. Can be noisy at times hearing people go up and down wooden steps

The leasing office is very friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the property. There are no sidewalks. None. Children are rollerblading in the very bendy road. It's impossible to see people walking due to how the road curves. Additionally, the washers are terrible. Gross and expensive. To wash and dry 2 loads of laundry is $8. The washer basin is very small. Recently the older but perfectly fine models were replaced with side loading washers. They are a hassle to load. After the 2nd time using them, I realized my clothes smell musty, like I left them in the washer over night. I did some research and the side loading washers do not drain correctly. Stagnant water often gathers at the bottom and then is washed into the clothes as the bin fills. I'll now be doing my laundry elsewhere. For how much rent is, management should invest in better grounds and facilities.
