The casinos may be what draw visitors to Reno, but the “Biggest Little City in the World” has become an exciting, alluring locale for renters who can look past the slot machines. For one thing, the famous nickname is a bit of a misnomer these days: with a quarter-million people inside the city limits alone, the community has become one of the busier metro areas in the region. There are incredible apartments on offer, from upscale lofts to communities that offer endless amenities.
Downtown Reno is certainly best known for its gambling, but there’s a multitude of attractions to experience in this neon-lit city. Delight in the shopping at the Summit in southern Reno, or experience some of the museums, performing arts venues, world-class restaurants, and diverse nightlife hotspots that offer something for every taste.
The natural landscape surrounding Reno is perhaps the most appealing aspect for many.

Property Ratings at Reno Vista Apartments
Horrible office staff. Horrible apartments. Not one good thing to say about this place.

We are very sorry to learn you feel this way about our community and staff. Please give us a call so we can gather more details and start working towards a solution. We looking forward to speaking with you.
Moved in last year no renovations were done we moved in and the fridge was broken, bathroom was out dated paint job poorly done and they said nothing could be done due to COVID but nothing has been done since then. Hidden utilities that were not mentioned when signing lease, maintenance takes forever to get things fixed. I had a broken washer for 3 weeks. Patio is useless you can’t bbq or have even a small grill in that space. Not sure if security actually does anything my tires were slashed. Just an over all bad experiences living here.

We understand that first impressions are important when moving into a new home and we are sorry that your home did not live up to your expectations. We would greatly appreciate an opportunity to work with you to get your stay with us back on track. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can address any pending concerns.
Monthly pet rent is $70 for my dog (30-49 lbs). Monthly water, sewer, and trash will also include a maintenance fee and convenience fee that is usually an additional $100-110 each month, non-negotiable. Some apartments have great views that are simply breathtaking. The quality near you will be dependent on the quality of your neighbors. Many desert trails surround this property. The sample unit is much more upgraded than many apartments. Units may have uneven flooring, old appliances, and variable maintenance response. Renting a small washer/dryer will be another $40+ each month.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. You’ll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for additional charges such as Common Area Maintenance fees to slightly increase the overall monthly cost of renting a home. While we understand that added fees can be frustrating, this charge goes towards the maintenance of our community and its overall quality for all to enjoy. That being said, if there's anything we can do to earn an extra star or two from you moving forward, please feel free to reach out to our team in the office. Thank you.
The neighbors are quiet and friendly. There is potential for great views of the city and surrounding mountains. Maitenence takes care of problems quickly and they do it the right way. The air conditioning is only in the living room and does not help against the heat. For the winter there is a wall furnace that works very well but there is no thermostat to operate it. There is a window in the kitchen so you don't have to stare at a wall while doing dishes. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help.
These are a nice set of apartments for a good view of the city, it's not a far walk away from convenience and grocery stores, bus routes and nearby schools. Management here is spot on about repairs and maintaining, there's a playground for kids and pets, also pet disposal bag dispensers around the complexes. What also sets this place apart from other apartments is that there is air conditioning and heating provided, so the worries of winter or summer are not so bad here.
They had a very easy application process and got back very quickly. They are under new management and are fixing all the old management problems. The office team is very helpful with any questions in billing and maintenance team is great! Came out right away to fix ac unit and put new carpet on the balcony. Also our view of reno is amazing at night! And every Friday you can see fireworks perfectly.
