Overall the apartment complex is in great condition because the building is fairly new. Maintenance is really timely n prompt. But the pest problem is really bad and Republic flats doesn't seem to want to do anything about it.

The management is quick to respond and help out with issues. Issues are fixed promptly and without any hassle. Raising complaints and following up is also easy through the app. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

We have been living here for some time now and loved it when we first moved in. The staff and maintenance were attentive, kind, and were always on top of things. But since we have moved into our recent unit, things have just become unpleasant. From unreasonable neighbors to increased fees and policing the smallest things - i once left my valet trash out maybe an hour or two past the cut off and i was sent an email with a picture and notice that we’d be getting fined. There was a pool table, and scrabble board put in the club house which once was one first come first serve for events and is now $200 to rent for a day plus some non refundable deposit?! With all the downhill progression we probably won’t be extending our lease again. Which is a bummer because I think it had the potential to grow into a wonderful place to live once they put in shops nearby and maybe a park. We are too car dependent here even with all that’s close.

It's a pretty good location if you work around the area. It's also in between a few major towns/cities and is an arm's reach away from some good plazas. The apartments themselves could use just a little bit of work. But maintenance is pretty responsive as well. It's a bit pricey for the wages around the area as well. Overall, a pretty decent location.

The carpet stinks, the top of the washer has been painted and the trash is unsightly. I live near the pool and it is very noisy. Overall not the best and not the worst

I guess my best review would simply be that my wife, children and I could buy a house but we continue to resign our lease because we're happy here. It is an easy choice for us as busy people. But would love it the hallways could be cleaned more frequently. And the pool could be regularly cleaned.

Republic Flats has been a great place to live. Placed in the middle of absolutely everything, you're a 10-minute drive to almost anything you can think of. Great amenities, clean facilities, very quick with communication, and maintenance keeps up with everything.

Residents don't care for the community in the same way when I first moved in 4 years ago and not much is done to enforce any of the rules to resolve ongoing issues. Rents continue to rise higher than surrounding communities but I'm not sure the quality of the community creates enough value to continue living here.

This is a nice property with beautiful apartments and landscaping. The staff is professional. But I would NOT recommend renting here. The rent is far too high to have to put up with as many problems as there are here within the community. I would expect more from a "luxury apartment" within this price range. You should not have to worry about security issues, drugs, trash, unleashed pets, pet waste, and excessive noise around community areas, including inappropriate and very loud music in what is supposed to be a relaxing environment. If management would crack down on these issues or prevent them from occurring, this would be a great place to live. But at the moment, don't waste your money - you will only be left with frustration.

The walls are very thin. It’s hard to have peace and quiet when you can hear everything your next door neighbor and upstairs neighbors are doing everyday.

I would not recommend living here. Republic Flats' management will not get back to you if you require a follow up to your request. Simple maintenance requests get fulfilled, but anything requiring deeper help will not be looked at. Also not subleaser friendly as mailroom, access to the online portal, and updates to the tenants on your portal are not completed.

Lived here for almost 4 years and never had any issues. The leasing staff is very nice and the maintenance team is the best! Theyre so nice and quick to respond. Always can count on them as well as the leasing team. Sad to leave due to job changes but otherwise, love the team here!

I have never lived in an apartment complex where the maintenance team is so quick to deal with the issue & every personnel exhibits extreme professionalism. Weve had a few small issues since moving in, and every time weve placed a request it was immediately dealt with either that day or the very next. This is such a relief coming from different apartments that didnt prioritize residents living experiences. We are so grateful for this team!

We moved in recently. The leasing office was great. The property is nice. Lots of parking and quiet. There are a few things I wish changed. We can’t access the pool with our going through the office (covid). The hammock park is eh. Dog poop all over it and the hammock itself is touching the ground. I have emailed the team about it and no one answered. The apartment is beautiful so far no complaints. It’s the little things like outlets not working but that’s no ones fault. They come and fix it quickly. The hall ways could definitely be cleaner. There is spider webs everywhere. If they clean it once every week wouldn’t be bad. Some of the fans don’t work.
