Friendly but quiet neighbors
We loved living here because it was so quiet. The neighbors were so nice and friendly. It wasn’t uncommon to see them and chat. I really enjoyed the pool and the small gym they had. But my favorite part was the hard wood floors, dining room lighting, spacious rooms and large patio space. It was big enough to fit a patio set outside and enjoy the shade. We were impressed with how the apartment didn’t over heat in the summer or get cold in the winters. Loved that there was a thermostat too. We felt very lucky to have found a place with an centra AC and heater system.

Dog friendly
Just moved to my new apartment and I love it. I wanted an apartment that was big with wood floors, balcony and of course a nice pool and this apartment has everything I need. I was also afraid of not being able to find a dog friendly apartment and this place allows pets. Very friendly manager and quiet neighbors. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.

This is the best apartment I ever live so far. conveniently located near Cal State Northridge.
