I had already recommended the community to family and friends until my rent was raised by almost $500. Service is always great and it?d be a determining factor when deciding wether or not to recommend the community, but pricing makes you think twice.
I would recommend this apartment community to anyone..a great place to live before all this construction started back in 2018/19/20.. This construction has taken the charm this community once had
I feel safe here. I enjoy the other neighbors. They keep it clean and work at repairing things when needed.
Maintenance is always quick and reliable. Management is the best in Orlando. Give them all a raise!

Yes I recommend 95% this complex because it meets all the basic requirements that a comfortable home requires. What if it lacks is more lamps or lighting at night to feel more security in The Parking lot.

Everything about this complex is great...good to go as they say. Can't say any negatives about it. None. I have recommended it to a few others, hoping they'd come live here....but it's just too far South in Orlando, for some folks. Not me.

It feels like home and felt like that right away. I feel safe here and everything is very well kept and clean (gym, landscaping, hallways etc) I love it so far!
The trail in the back is unreal. Pool is good. Overall feeling of safety with lighting at night.
Every time we have had a problem, it has been addressed immediately. And they stay at it until it is fixed. They treat you like family. Like you matter to them. We like that. That's why we will not move from here.

Parking is always an issue.
Been here TWO days....Car towed already parked in a NON reserved spot even...cannot get a reserved spot after being told we could!....Shown One Apartment ...not the Apartment given to us is NOT the same....we wer given an Handicapped Apt...EVERYTHING is lower so almost NO kitchen space...bathroom everything is lower including toilets (full bate ans switch done to us!) The Office staff is super rude and completely non helpful always too busy.

Only issues, getting additional lighting in the parking lots and additional cameras in ALL areas of the complex to keep thefts down.

A couple stopped in the parking lot and asked me about the place. I told her I love it here. I have been here 5 and half years.She was impressed. They take care of you here and they keep the place up.
We love living here, but parking is very limited and sometimes non-existent.

I do recommend this property to others but I caution them on the cost.
Parking is still a huge issue. Kids are playing in the streets on the bikes or with sporting equipment. Have had several close calls with hitting them when either leaving or coming home.
My wife and I love living here. We always tell people you get the most bang for your buck here.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors Almost as if they were in the same room.

This apartment community is a nightmare due to the PARKING! There is never parking available. You will need to paid an extra fee up to $100 and you still need to walk 10 minutes to your apartment. The worst nightmare ever! They are even offering $500 for friends referral. No thank you! They don’t have parking!

Would love access to use lg kitchen in center to have a party. Upset that the yoga room is not able to use or open in evening and on weekends
The walls are thin.I can hear my neighbors child yelling and screaming, when I'm trying to get sleep at night.People don't pickup after their pets. Neighbors arguing and running down the stairs.
Parking is hard to find and the waiting list for parking garage is long. Wish they could accommodate by the building numbers and not be so far for tenants to get to them.
Most of my friends have children and as I mentioned before, the complex's rules are not very children friendly.
I would recommend for how beautiful the areas are maintained and how quiet it is
Clean, well kept, gated apartment complex with strict rules in place. Generally, the neighbors are quiet, friendly and from what I can see, generally adhere to the rules. This complex has ALL the amenities I would look for in such a community, both inside and outside the apt. walls. It is modern and up to date in all things/issues important to me. I am most satisfied in all respects.
The community is located in an excellent location. The price is relatively low and the place is extremely clean.
The team that takes care of this place is absolutely excellent and one of things I like best about living here.
The enterance of the community is unsafe. It became increasingly challenging to get in or out of the community safely due to the increase of cars on Narcoossee Road. Accidents increased over the last 2 years at the enternace of the community and at the interestion of 528 and Narcoossee.
