Westover is a large neighborhood about seven miles west of Downtown Fayetteville. The neighborhood is also located directly south of Fort Bragg, one of the nation's largest military bases, so it’s a great option for military employees and families. This suburban neighborhood has multiple schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping plazas. Westover is also home to Cross Creek Mall, the city’s largest mall. Similar to many areas in North Carolina, Westwood has a low cost of living and is known for its affordability. There are several apartments, houses, condos, and townhomes available for rent that will fit a variety of budgets. There are even some residences that have nice views of Westover’s lakes. Although Westover is laden with amenities, residents appreciate having access to Interstate 295, Route 401, and All-American Freeway to reach other locales.

Property Ratings at Reserve at Carrington Place
STOP!!! If you are looking for peace and quiet...avoid this place..!!! I have called the police. I've called the front office. I've emailed and voiced my annoyance and concerns. What has happened? My upstairs neighbors UNBELIEVABLY became louder. THEY STOMP THROUGHOUT THEIR APARTMENT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT AND DAY..!!! Ignorance is alive people..!!! Ooh. The apartment complex suggested I move myself to another apartment on the complex...and pay for the inconvenience of a move myself. Wow..!!! The passageways are dirty. There is dog crap everywhere. The overall layout is wack. No free storage for residents. Trash sucks and piles up. Parking sucks. Thin floors/ceilings - if you have not figured that part out yet. Only moved here because no one else had an apartment after the storm. Should have lived in my car. At least it is quieter..!!!
Staff is unfriendly and lazy. Have lived here 6 months and the same fitness center equipment is still broken since I moved in. Lots of animal waste.
worst apartment experience ive ever had. the apartment itself wasnt in the best condition when i moved in, carpet was stained with disgusting brown spots, washers and dryers were worn and random spot of dirt on walls. kids play in the middle of the street and the apartment cannot control their tenants. cars speeding through the streets all hours of the day and night. loud parties and drunk people litter the streets at night. cant park near my building because random people come over. cars are repeatedly broken into here and people from other neighborhood come and use the pools which makes packed all the time and also they never open the pool by the office which means theres only one pool for the whole neighborhood. for the price i pay for rent i would expect this to be a high class neighborhood and this is nothing close. there isnt a night that i dont see the police at a building because of an incident.
Terrible parking, roaches , terrible management , gym has poor air quality very very often. Computers broken a lot with long resolve time, too many bugs, tenants gather to smoke in the somewhat enclosed hallways , some employees like to push their weight around where it isn't needed. The pool is year round but the chairs and pool not kept clean year round . I've seen the chairs covered in what looks like black mold. They deny alot and give false promises. They are suspicious of people stealing toilet paper, computer paper and coffee which makes it uncomfortable to go into the club house. They seem like they don't want people hanging out in the club house. The tvs are very often messed up in the gym so can't watch. Asked if cars were being broken into since another tenant told me and I saw several times the shatter glass on the ground several times. Was asked if I was sure it wasn't a soda bottle.?! They tell you in a round about way not to put maintenance request in on the weekend since it counts against them. If you are concerned about the welfare of a child too young to be alone all day until late at night in the computer room, they give you false promises and turn their head. They turn their heads when parents let them swim in the lightening storm or sit on the metal chairs during a lightening storm. They said that is not unsafe. They also said not their responsibility. Doesn't the law say you are to report abuse, neglect and such? Don't they know when the person driving through the complex or sitting in the front of the office with the loud music and bass are disturbing people down in the apts when they go to their apts? Certainly they could hear it but did nothing. It shakes the whole apt. Or the drinking of alcohol at the pool and the vulgar music at times. Too complain would just make them mad so don't. They will believe nothing can make you happy and not renew your lease the whole time while lying saying you spoke ill of them while,in actuality, they overheard you and another tenants talking about a few concerns to the employee. They say only 2 visitors in the pool but bring their own children and parents to swim all summer when they don't live here and they aren't with them but working in the office.
great apartments great amenities great people great service that's all I have to say
I love this apartment complex. At first I thought the rate was a bit high but after living here for over a year now I realize it's very good for what we get. Paying rent is very easy with our all inclusive package. The property includes many useful amenities. It's so nice having the two pools in the summer. The laundry rooms are always very convenient. All of the employees that work here are very nice and helpful. Any issue we have in our apartment is usually fixed within the day.
