Reserve at Creekside

Pest control does not come, even though work orders submitted. No response from office or IRT Living. Without dryer for over a month. Worst place I have ever lived.

The new management team are friendly, concerned and helpful.

I would suggest someone look at the unit they are getting before signing. We didnt get the option.

I have a hard time going out on my patio because of all the mosquitos.

It would be better to have seen a live model apartment. The 1 bedroom was too small and the two bedroom was too much.

The community seems very nice. Nice amenities, nice 3 bed units, good location. Misty is absolutely wonderful.

It is a community where people are nice, but they mind their own business, and the office staff here are great! I feel safe living here.

Safe. Private in my apt facing the woods. Everyone is friendly, welcoming. Maintanance is a welcome convenience. Fast, friendly, efficient!

My family has enjoyed living here! The apartments are a generously sized and the garden tub in the master bath is wonderful. The office staff, Misty and Kathryn are great to work with!

The apartment feels safe. Even when there was a domestic disturbance at an apartment in my building, the police were there and securing the scene and maintaining safety.

I would recommend it because it's "safer" than most in chattanooga, but I would warn them that maintenance takes forever and since it's more of a franchise, most of the community needs, which ours is small, isn't considered since the company wants all the properties to be the same. But the rent is nice for the size of the apartment

Would recommend although rent is slightly higher than I feel it should be. Many of my family/ friends would have a hard time affording it.

My husband and I love living here! Everyone on staff is kind and cheerful. Maintenance is very responsive. We love the amenities , especially having a washer/dryer and actual laundry room. That was a huge factor in our decision! You also get SO much space, even in a one bedroom. It definitely doesn't feel cramped.

Definitely would recommend this community to others. The only problems I see is the noise levels and cigarettes smoking in the hallways. I so appreciate having no neighbors below me. The staff here have always been wonderful! Thanks!

I love this place! It’s very aesthetically pleasing, well cared for and I feel like I’m living at a resort. Everything seems to be in good repair. The office staff is great!

This apartment community is existentially better than my previous community. The maintenance is quick and amazing, the ladies in the office are very kind and helpful and always available when needed.

Management has been very patient with my question and done everything possible to help get me in the apartment as quickly as possible.

bedroom and closet size was not equal. kitchen pantry was woefully small and located next to the washer & dryer. the heat would cause some item to melt.

I would absolutely recommend the apartment community for anyone interested in living in the area.

I love the office and maintenance personnel. The only thing I would hesitate to recommend would be because of the dog poop issue especially with it being on the sidewalk (the office staff has been working on it) as well as the smell of weed on a regular basis now.

From the time we looked at the model apartment here, until being settled now, everything has been a smooth transition and office personnel has been great. Misty and Jacqui have both been very nice and helpful. We are enjoying our new apartment.

The maintenance work orders are usually prompt and that's what I love about Creekside. What I dislike is the pet problems. Some residents don't clean up after their pets. Some residents let their kids walk their dogs and the dogs outweigh the kids.

Andrea is in amazing leasing professional and we loved her so much and was really friendly .

very old appliances ...appliances don't match each other...feral cats running on patios using my plants to relieve themselves...dog poop and dead rats and birds in the breezeway..parking is very difficult when people in the building have two vehicle parked in front of the building...Thomas

It is safe, every one of the staff is kind, respectful, and professional. The location is perfect, its a quiet place, and feels like a genuine community.

As a senior I feel safe in the gated community. I would highly recommend this to others.

I would recommend this apartment complex because not only did Robert fix my hot water heater after the annual inspection, he also fixed a cosmetic issues with my bathroom sink without my mentioning it. The service here is above and beyond.

Misty went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant visit. she is a grade A professional and knows her position well.

I would recommend this community. The apartment, amenities, and value is all there. The staff has been fantastic. The location - specifically the lack of walkability/bikeability - is something I would mention to a perspective tenant as a drawback.

Only one of the request was complete the. Bulbs were replace, they didnt get rid of bee hives on the balcony, and i still can't get cold water out of the bathroom sink if so the 5 will go yo 0
