Our community is operating as normal. Please call or stop by for a tour.Our picturesque property is located East of the White Oak Bayou Trail with immediate access to Highway 610 and I-45 and nearby employment. Generally pretty chill, friendly neighbors. Occasional noise from loud cars, the train track behind the complex, or people having conversations in the parking lot. Not a ton of parking. Unit itself is nice, and it's also great to have a pool and an Amazon Locker on site. I did have a maintenance request get lost because they had confused it with another problem, but once I showed them the actual issue in person they fixed it fairly quickly.

I've been here almost 3 months and can honestly say these are great apartments. I got a few notes on my door from trash pick up but they were nice just letting me know when I made a mistake on how I left my trash out. Other than that it's a quiet community and the staff are all very helpful and nice.

The residents here are quiet and very nice. The complex is kept clean, specially after these storms that we have had recently (derecho) and repairs have also been made as quickly as possible. Maintenance is also quick to respond to residential repairs.

We have lived here for over 2 years now. Maintance staff is the only reason we haven’t broken our lease yet. We cannot wait to move out of here. The office staff has been very rude and we’ve had to nag Josephine when there are problems. We also have to nag her to get a response. Just yesterday someone’s tires were stolen and the office didn’t send out a notice. There has been theft in this community and the residents receive no notice, but don’t worry they’ll make sure you know the holidays hours! Also if it wasn’t for the maintance men, who by the way are awesome, there would be dog poop throughout the whole community. Just wish the front office ladies would put in the same effort that the maintance men do. Neighbors are friendly! Again, we will not be resigning.

Lived in the community since December 2018 and have never had any concerns or issues. Office staff is always friendly and the maintenance team has quick responses and always friendly and helpful. Ive lived in two different units and was provided a smooth transition. Great, quiet place to live. I do not have any complaints.

Quiet tranquil space. Clean and kept lawn..great pool area.. ...problem...my trash only gets picked up on Sunday. That's another added monthly fee....Great office manager and team

The community is great! My only negative experience is thin walls, and the strict contract. These things are manageable, so I am NOT waiting for the lease to be over to leave. For the cost, it is a great place and safe!

Can't go wrong if you are looking for a kid or pet friendly apartment. This place is more of a home than an apartment.

The quality of the refrigerator and dishwasher is pathetic. The apartment complex is old and overpriced. The price increases at the end of my lease were enough to make me leave.

The staff at Reserve at Garden Oaks are amazing. They are friendly, professional, and quick to respond to and resolve any concerns. The residence is quiet and peaceful with well-kept grounds and respectful neighbors as well!

We have lived here for two years and just renewed our lease again. It's a wonderful community. Veronica and staff are really nice and helpful. Our neighbors are great. Love this place.
After moving from NYC, I was very excited to find a place that made Houston feel like home. After seeing 7 apartment complexes back to back, Garden Oaks was the last to visit. It stole my heart. The staff, layout, price, and amenities made it feel perfect. It’s a nice twist of modern and cozy. It’s not over the top or too basic. It’s a great balance of everything. I wouldn’t change my choice for the world.
