Property Ratings at Reserve at Greenwood
Went here to get information about a two bedroom. Property and staff was very nice. Although she mentioned they have car break-ins. For a gated community definitely didn’t expect that.
Great management that is quick responding, cares about residents, and easy to talk to. Quiet and clean community, friendly neighbors.
I’m new to NC, coming from living in a condo. I don’t think I could have more to a better property. The convenience of being close to everything, quietness, cleanliness and the friendly staff. Marci is the best, always professional and helpful to all my needs. I’m Thankful and grateful I don’t have any complaints. Keep up the good work, you guys rock!!!! AB

Thank you, AB! I will share this with my Team, and we are so happy that you are pleased with your apartment. We all appreciate your business; we are here to help! Enjoy the holiday season!
Even though its a gated community it is not safe, I've been on the property as a resident for the past year and a current resident. This morning one of our cars was broken into along with multiple other residents and one car was stolen from the lot. This is our second vehicle incident on this property the first one was a hit and run that happened in front of my apartment. Crime is at our front door at the Reserve at Greenwood complex. Also if you have Kids I wouldn't recommend them here at Greenwood, Recently received a email from the manager that they are not allowed to play outside unsupervised or at any amenities including the play ground in their front yard. Its unfortunate to be paying almost 2,000 dollars a month now rent has gone up for this to be happening all within a year.
I have lived here for over eight months and I have seen progress with management as well as the landscaping. The maintenance crew they really do a good job picking up trash I see them do it every day. The office staff are very responsive to your needs. I do enjoy the socials that they have had, Marcie was the person who leased to me and she is just a joy. She is always with a smile and so helpful. I recommend this place and you were going to love the kitchens they’re awesome.

Thank you for this great review and we are so happy to hear that you love your apartment. This rating will be shared with the RG Team and our senior leaders. Thank you for the compliments and as always, thank you for your business.
My kitchen has so many cabinets that I don't have enough dinning wear to fill them up! Dan and Gordy...maintenance guys are super nice...always saying hello and they really work hard for just two guys trying to pick up after residents who don't pick up after their pets...sad but it's true. Breezeway cleaning was awesome and the walk ways look great. Marcy helped me with every aspect of the application process. She is so easy to talk to and always asking how I am doing. They are tucked away from the busy street, but I like that. The gate is a pain sometimes when someone is trying to look for someone, but it is what it is. Cheepiest one bedroom right now for a new place.

I have nothing but praise for the Reserve at Greenwood. Brandon has been a breath of fresh air and a true professional throughout the entire process. From my first outreach, walk-through to lease signing, Brandon has been a joy to work with and engage. He made what can be a stressful process a breeze. All of the staff here has been welcoming and helpful. We love our new place. The valet trash pickup is unheard of to a native NYer and the grounds are well maintained. The gym is fantastic and we look forward to taking advantage of the beautiful pool. And the hummingbirds that visit me on my balcony are divine!!!

Wow...what a great review! I will be happy to share this with the RG TEAM! We are happy that you decided to live here at The Reserve at Greenwood.
Just really disappointed. After living here for 2 years, I've had enough. For the high price, it's not worth it. I agree with other reviewers about the issues here. The apartments look nice and are spacious, but are cheaply built. There's cracks in the walls, doors don't close properly, paint and finishes were just haphazardly applied. It looks like they rushed to build them. The walls are very thin and I can hear every drawer and cabinet my neighbors open and close. I hear when they open and close their microwave. I can hear dogs barking all day from inside the neighbor's apartment. Conversations are clearly heard through the walls and floors…especially in the living room and the bathrooms I hear their footsteps as they move around above and below me. The community is supposed to be smoke. free but people still smoke. The rent has increased SIGNIFICANTLY since 2020 and frankly it's just not worth it. The wifi is slow with frequent drops in service. Cable, wifi, package locker, pest control, and valet trash are not optional and required in addition to the rent. Half the time the package locker isn't working and there have been several times the complex's packages have been dumped near the mailboxes for anyone to take. The dumpsters for the complex are located out of the way at the far end of the community. This is very inconvenient since I have to drive any large boxes or extra trash to the compactor - it's that far. And there is typically trash overflowing; it just makes the place look bad. Many residents don't clean up after their dogs so it's impossible to sit on or play in the grassy areas. The complex was sold late last year and residents weren't notified until we got an email from the new management company. The new staff seem nice enough but they do not reply to phone calls or emails timely, if at all. They seem to be trying to remedy some of the issues, but they can't fix the cheap quality of the apartments or the thin floors and walls. I'm done.
Don't move in here unless you want to be kept up all night from hearing your neighbors through the paper-thin ceilings and walls. I could hear my neighbor's conversations, walking, laughing, toilet flushing, everything. I didn't sleep the whole time I lived here! Management didn't care or do anything about it.
