Great place to live with caring and supportive staff. The pool and workout facilities were an awesome bonus. Massiel in the front office was always super friendly and willing to help. Also the head of maintenance was very sweet, friendly, and helpful as well. I wouldn't have had a mattress in my apartment if he hadn't helped me carry it in. The positive interactions with Massiel and the other staff truly made the complex feel like a caring community.

They are always willing to help on everything, the girls from the office and the maintenance people.

Massiel in the front office is always very helpful and great with communication. The community is quiet and staff does a good job of keeping the grounds clean.

The price point puts it at one of the cheaper options in North Lakeland. However, the location is excellent for the price. Close to I-4 and all the local spots!

Marianne was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community if you are looking for a clean quiet and set back off the main road.

Marianne is super nice and everything has been great for me here! Only needed service once and they came out same day to resolve it! Love the view of the water fountain and it's really peaceful here. Appliances all work well too! Ample parking. This is what I was looking for :)

What a great staff at Lakeland. I recently moved in and the apartment needed some final touches. Massiel Rosado and the maintenance staff helped me addressing those issues. Massiel also help me through all the application process, she was very professional and quick with the response. As a result I'm very happy with my new place.

We love it here. If you need something fixed it gets done in a timely manner by professionals! The ladies in the front office are so sweet and personable. There is 24/7 emergency maintenance too which is a great comfort! There is no shortage of parking either which is great. It is also much more affordable than comparable places in this area, we love our price!

I recently requested some info about this complex & spoke with Mariann. She’s been such a pleasure to work with. I went to the property a few days ago, drove around to see what the entire complex looked like & took a tour of the model apartment. Even though Mariann was out to lunch & I didn’t get to meet her, the lady at the desk (can’t remember her name) was so sweet! She answered all of my questions & made me feel like I was making the right choice by applying there. I hope to call this place “HOME” soon.

Like every complex it has its issues, like the mosquitos by the lake, but overall the pros outweighed the cons! Maintenance was very attentive when you put in a work order, the office staff are great and friendly, & great at communicating with their tenants!

Lived here for 2 1/2 years and it has been a great experience. The neighborhood is kept to part. Only minor issues in my apartment of the time being here but it was taken care of in a timely manner. It’s a great fresh start for anyone interested in moving here. I’m glad I started my journey here. Thank you guys for always looking out and being here for me whenever I needed you. Front desk is truly amazing.

I have been here for now almost 2 years it’s not a bad place the only thing I have a problem is roaches and every time I get told someone is coming they never do and I have requested multiple times before … but I mean that’s all I really have to complain about but other than that it’s a nice place and it’s affordable

Marianne has been wonderful walking us through the leasing process! She has been super helpful and patient. We also met another resident when we were checking out the place who said she loved it and loved the staff also. I also like that you can walk around the beautiful grounds. The apartments have just been renovated as well and come with washer and dryer in the apartment! The price is also great compared to other apartments that don't offer as much or have not been renovated yet. I recommend you definitely check this place out. It's hard to find all of this at the same place!

Lived here for over a year! Place is up and coming neighborhood. Over the year they have added valet trash, re-vamped the roads, and renovated mostly all the units! I’m blessed to live here and I think you would not be disappointed! Thank you reserve at lakeland!

We have had the most amazing experience living here. This was our first home as a young couple and we have been so thrilled with this experience! We renewed our lease for a second year because we don’t think we could find anything better. Amazing staff! Extremely quick maintenance and a beautiful place to call home!

Whenever I need anything to be fix they get it done at an appropriate time

Ive lived here over a year i did not renew my lease. Thank heavens i went on a waiting list else where and just had to wait for an opening. This place never fixes anything but is quick to ask for there rent. Ive had broken things in my unit since month 1 that have never been addressed on top of requesting maintenance so many times they closed the case and claim they fix it when they did not. Please look elsewhere i understand times are hard but this place will make it seem harder. They always have units for rent becauce people come and go some break there lease cause its not worth putting up with. I cant express how angry and unhappy i am living here. I cant wait to pack my stuff and never look back. STAY AWAY BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.

I'm unsure why they have a telephone, no one answers the phone. Bedroom 2 doesn't have a light fixture. It's hard to get in and out of the complex. Maintenance procrastinate with work order, and when they do show up, they come with the wrong order.

This complex has gone down quickly. Gate has been broken for years. Police are here weekly. Drug deals happen in broad daylight. Takes several calls for maintenance to come out.

I can assure you that you will need to keep all documentation because they don’t keep any and will try and charge you multiple times for fees. Also the maintenance is very horrible and super untrustworthy. One of the men came into my apartment while I was sleeping claiming he was fixing the dryer which was fixed last week. This place is super sketchy do not pay as much as they charge to trap yourself in a lease that the office staff will not follow themselves. Oh and good luck getting things fixed. After months of living here they finally fixed what we asked them to.

Good luck with these people. You are lucky to get anything fixed (trust me everything will be broken CONSTANTLY) or anyone on the phone. They leave threating notices because they don't know how to do paperwork correctly ( this will be done by Jazmin who is the most vile of the staff). You will have bugs because all the buildings are infested. The staff is terrible the only one who did anything right was Jolene who left.

These apartments are absolutely horrible. The apartments have leaks and bugs and nothing works in them. Stains in the carpet, the stairs are falling apart, holes in the ceiling. The front desk Jolene and management do nothing. The car care center looks like it has dead animals in it and does not work, hardly any equipment works at the gym. The lights are so filled with bugs you can hardly see in the hallways, and maintenance says they will clean them out once every six months. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! I Have seen everything from puke, dog poop, and dead animals on the sidewalks and in the hallways of the building and the staff just walks by and ignores it. There is a huge hole in the wall that they actually stuffed with dollar general bags and then painted over to blend into the wall. Garbage disposal was broken, the dryer takes 6 hours to dry a small load of laundry, none of the outlets were even screwed in the wall, they just kept falling off.

This was an awesome place before Tiffany started...she is pure evil. She will nit-pick you even if you think you are fine. Maintenance takes forever to come out. Gate is constantly broken so strangers come in to fish. Don't be fooled. Stay far away!

From Beggining To End!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE! I lived in NY & was locating my family to Florida & the minute I called there office it was so easy to talk to them & figure everything out, we did it all over the phone & the moment we arrived everyone had a positive additude!!!

I would like to thank the young man that spent time with my family and me to show us around and explain everything. We are currently searching for a apt. in Lakeland. We have visited many in the area. There are others in contention to call our new home, but Park at Cortona ranks in the top three. They have most of the things that we are looking for. The grounds are well kept and updated. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I was most impressed with the welcoming, helpful reception that we had received from Christopher than any where else we had visited. Again, thank you Christopher for being so kind to my family and we may be seeing you soon at one of the movie nights.

It's nice and comfortable but I have two things that I think would make it better. One monthly bug extermination could be included because renters moving out their bugs find my home. It's not good. Also they only have one trash dump which is quite a distance from my home. Either pick up my trash for me or put bins closer

Parking for A and B buildings is terrible! Bldg A has 24 2 bedroom apartments, with 23 (INCLUDING 1 handicap) parking spaces. Bldg B has 24 1 bedroom apartments, with 23 (INCLUDING 1 handicap) parking spaces. If you normally get home after 8pm, FORGET about parking near your building.There are ALWAYS people parking in these buildings handicap spaces without a placard, and management DOES NOTHING to fix this! One offender is even an apartment subcontractor painter. Simple maintenance is slow in coming and usually you have to call multiple times before they get to it, then staff acts like they are doing you a favor.
