Lenox Park begins just steps away from the retail center that is Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, but you’d be wrong if you think the high-rises and traffic of Buckhead make their way to this tranquil neighborhood.
Founded in 1931, Lenox Park stretches northwest from I-85 to just before Peachtree Rd., bounded by East Roxboro Rd. NE and Briarwood Rd. NE. Among its tree-lined streets and dense landscaping lies an incredible variety of homes. Newly renovated apartments share the streets with Craftsmen and ranch-style homes. The neighborhood’s namesake park and its charming pond is a popular spot for a jog or a picture session. If you’re lucky you might find one of Lenox Park’s old urn-and-column style markers — only a few have remained since the area’s inception.
Lenox Park is mainly a residential area, but it’s close to the two most popular shopping centers in Atlanta, and if you work in Buckhead it’s a prime spot for renting.

I love living at The Reserve at Lenox Park. It is a great community, and the leasing office and maintenance team are very courteous, professional and go above and beyond. The amenities (especially the fitness center) are awesome, and I also like the complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the clubhouse. I highly recommend living here.
The Reserve is a quiet and friendly community. The amenities are great (pool, gym, car wash) and are kept clean and maintained. The front office staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend living here.

Truly have never lived in a better apartment complex. Ross made the experience great from the day I toured. They are communicative and helpful with anything we need. The amenities are greatly maintained as well as trash and landscaping.

I never see my neighbors. It’s nice and quiet most of the time. Maintenance crew respond quickly to maintenance requests. The office staff are always friendly. A huge bonus for me is that the security gates have been working the entire time I’ve lived here

Overall, quite good. Windows could use replacing (I believe it's aluminum in them that tends to catch a lot of condensation which has to be cleaned to avoid mold). Appliances, particularly washer/dryer and dishwasher could use updating. And the parking space is atrocious--we're packed in like sardines, and it's a game of Operation every time we park. The staff are fantastic, the location is pretty good, and the space is decent, though the rent is, like so many places, quite high, and I will regardless look for somewhere cheaper, even if it has to be further away or less nice. The rent looks like a mortgage rate.

I've only been in the community for two months, but so far it's been a wonderful experience. The management is responsive and the apartment is great. Only issues are that the hot water doesn't always last long enough and the insulation isn't the best, but otherwise I really enjoy living here.

Officially been here a year never had any problems. Front office is attentive and responsive. Maintenance is awesome . Always comes out on time . We have had issues with our fridge and dryer both replaced within days .

So far ,so good... My roommate and I just moved in over Christmas and our neighbors are fantastic; The Reserve Team has been amazing with getting us situated. The weather and timing has not worked in my favor, but I look forward to getting out in the neighborhood. The area looks very peaceful.

The Reserve has such a wonderful and practical residence. I really enjoy the privacy (i.e., gated community) as well as the intimate size of the apartment complex. It is easy to get to know who your neighbors are. The amenities are also wonderful. The gym and pool are private and reasonably sized with plenty of weights and a couple of machines. Finally, the staff is the most wonderful feature of all! Super friendly & gets things done!

I’ve been here about a month now and I love it. The price is affordable for the area. Also, the management here is great and they def will handle 99.9% of problems very quickly! As long as this place stays like this I’ll probably stay in this community for a while!

Reserve at Lenox Park was a great living experience for me for the last 3 years. It is in a perfect location where you can easily get around Brookhaven and Buckhead and easy to get on and off the highway. Close to the airport and a great price given the updates/amenities. We loved our 3-bedroom, 2 bath apartment and it also had a great patio. The only complaints I would have would be the Visitor parking is NOT enforced so it is difficult to park near my unit and our specific unit was not previously in the upgraded units. But the property manager and leasing agents work with maintenance to provide the best they can with what they have. We had issues with our mail for a few months but they did the best they could to try and help. I would overall definitely recommend living here!

Quiet, clean, and incredibly friendly. My roommates and I love our apartment community and its location. We're able to go anywhere we need to in Atlanta without a ridiculously long drive. AND each and every one of the apartment staff is AMAZING. :)

So far I have had a pleasant experience. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The complex is mostly quiet. Also, the security gate works very well. I feel secure here

So far living here i love the apartment and the benefits like the $50 credits and addition $20 credits towards groceries which help a lot! Cant wait to take advantage of the amenities

Really great, courteous staff. Maintenance is pretty quick and can tackle most everything. There are some minor things that would greatly improve this place that are in the hands of upper management (e.g., changing the window pane types so they don't condensate as much, which then leads to mold; negotiating with internet providers other than just Comcast to connect more competitive options (and esp. fiber) here; etc.).

It's such a great place to stay! It takes me 5 minutes to get to work and this place feels like I'm tucked inside a sub-urb! What a great way to relax and still enjoy the conveniece of being in a city.

This review is long overdue, as I've been living here for the better part of 2 years. My time at the Reserve at Lenox Park has been great. The management and maintenance staff are the real treasures of this complex. Ross, the manager has been the most understanding and accomodating person, and Todd and Benjamin have been phenomenal at any maintenance requests I've had. Truly spectacular, utterly competent, and just down right great individuals that run this place. Without them, the complex wouldn't be what it is.

Apartments as photo’d . Great location . Next to Marta, Lenox mall , Phipps plaza, plenty of grocery stores Walmart target and the highway (285,85 and 400) . Gated and quiet. Been here for a year no issues. Maintenance always comes on time

Great apartment, great amenities, and great services. Very nice staff. Maintenance staff are timely and nice. Apartments are right next to Lenox park and many shopping centers and restaurants.

I really enjoy living here! It’s safe, well kept, in a central area (in the middle of north buckhead, Brookhaven, and north Druid hills). It’s also super close to the highway. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone (and have to my friends already).

I've been here 2 years and resigning for a 3rd. This is longest I've stayed in a community. Ross, the manager, is great; Mr. Todd and maintenance are super friendly, quick and helpful. Just wish residents were more aware of their trash leaking and I've had my vehicle hit without notification.
