The location is absolutely wonderful BUT I have not been a fan ever since I walked out of the apartment to someone trying to open the door to my car. Thank goodness I always lock it! I'm not sure if this has been an issue for anyone else or not but it makes sense with the lack of security and lighting. I'd hate for anyone to lose belongings, or worse, their car!
Poor management that lacks organization and communication. Dim lighting at night that does not foster a safe environment. Gates and entry keypad are for eye wash as they have not worked in years. I agree with other reviews about "nickel and diming you". Also, they drag their feet on maintenance requests and do not update carpet, paint, or other cosmetics of your apartment if you have lived there for an extended period of time. If you come here you will be counting down the days to move out.
The worst maintenance service I have ever seen they will not attend any emergency during weekend because they didn't get over time

The staff here are friendly Jessica, Hector and also Myra been helpful to find me a new home. Clean and nice property. Hopefully to be qualified here. I would love to move here not only people are friendly because the school here is great for my kid.

As current resident i have to agree with the review about the parking situation. Since I’ve been here there has been 2 letters sent out about parking but nothing ever gets done about it. I think because it isn’t enforced as stated by the other reviewer people continue to do as they please. I absolutely agree,that it is not fair that some residents pay for parking and others do not but still park in covered parking. As far as maintenance goes i have nothing bad to say about them. Requests are always taken care of in a timely manner.The property is pretty well maintained. Trash service is okay but there are days that there is so much trash that its piled outside the dumpster and it looks awful. The equipment in the fitness center is outdated but there’s a texas family fitness down the street. The apartments could use some updates. I probably wont be renewing my lease and will go somewhere where management actually enforces their rules.

The parking is TERRIBLE here. People with out parking tags park in carports and management doesn’t do anything about it. They sent out a letter a couple of days ago about a towing company coming out but they never showed up. You have people who take up 2 parking spaces or they park in the handicap parking without a permit. You have people who park in the horizontally marked parking spaces. This place advertises itself as a gated community but the gate at the front near to the mail doesn’t even lock. Ive come home a couple of times and have seen a guy walking around looking at cars. My advise: Don’t add the carport to your lease. wait to see where the empty spots are after that claim it as your own. Towing is not enforced here.

So far my stay at Pebble Creek has been a decent experience. Maintenance handle requests within 24 hours usually, Ms. Kelly in the front office is always friendly & helpful & the community is pretty quiet. Cons: they don’t disclose ALL fees upfront add $29.95 to the base rent, they need to tear down garages to have more open parking of course it’s about money to them but honestly no need (don’t purchase extra parking UNLESS you have multiple cars, more parking in the back), kids throwing rocks at vehicles (need better security patrol & parental supervision) & the lack of being able to show actual layout in person you want to rent they only have the 2 bedroom model never the actual unit. Overall Pebble Creek is a good community, just wish they had a resident portal to express concerns to management (if they care) & neighbors.

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your stay so far and that the service team is taking great care of you. I am sorry to hear that we may have not met your expectations fully in some areas. All of our community services that would require a monthly fee (including the door to door trash collection) are all disclosed on our welcome letter at the time of leasing as well as during the touring process. I apologize if you feel this was not communicated in a timely manner Also, we do have a resident portal that makes it convenience to pay rent, place work orders, or communicate any concerns.
