Never had any complaints at all here always great and fast response. Whenever you call they are quick to help you. I will literally miss living here!!
I’m a current resident and I am completely dissatisfied! My washer has been broke for about two months. I originally put in a maintenance request and let it go for about a week. Then I get a notification that they are changing maintenance staff. Okay, great... so I call. They tell me that they had to order a part. Two weeks go by. I call again. I get an email that day saying my work order was complete. I call to find out why I was previously told we were waiting on a part. I come home to find water just sitting in my washer. So I call the office again. They send the maintenance guy back out who says he ran a full cycle and it should be fine. There is no possible way he ran a cycle because it was doing exactly what it did previously. He turns it on and leaves. He advises that the office is going to call me to find out if it worked. Three minutes after he left it stopped running. Again. So I call the following Monday since office hours suck and they’re not available on weekends. They tell me we’re now ordering a part. We are in month two and I still don’t have a functioning washer. I call the office all the time and they don’t return your calls or seem to care that your issue is still unresolved. I received a very professionally drafted email expressing that they would make it a priority and that it’s emergent due to the time frame... why am I still waiting? At this point just replace it. I pay a lot to live here and one of the very few amenities they offer doesn’t even work. Also, the spider situation is OUT OF CONTROL. Honestly, I would just find somewhere else to live.

Moved out of state and looked around for an apartment and seen these apartments and chose to move in since it seems that the staff here took pride into their community plus they were really nice too. Decent price especially for an apartment that was just updated. Nice neighbors and place is kept clean.
I love it here! They have really done a lot of upgrading in the past three to four years! The first upgrade they did was the office staff!!! We love the girls in the office they are very helpful and have the office open the hours that it is supposed to be! They have also put a lot of work into the outside of the community they have installed a camera system, put new siding on two of the buildings, upgraded apartments and kept the rent at a reasonable price!
I am pleased to see that the staff at the office keeps the areas here maintained and clean. Been having a good experience so far with everything. :)
I moved in about a week ago and the area is better than what I had expected. The staff here have done a great job upgrading the apartments. Mines been updated and they have done a good job! I'm happy to see that they take pride into their work. I wasn't too sure at first because of the location but turns out that the area is not bad all. Plus side is I can also walk to the stores that are right around the corner. I would recommend this place.
The management here are very rude! They lied stating my apartment was professionally painted upon move in when it wasn’t. I had drawings on bathroom walls, and mold in bedroom closets as well as bathrooms. I had a very rusted freezer rack and had to threaten to call DE State Housing Authority in order for them to give me new appliances. I wish this site would let me attach pictures. This place is completely disgusting and I should have never had to beg for it to be cleaned for my daughter and I. Way too expensive just for us to not have a playground, clubhouse or pool. Just absolutely disgusting.
I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and I am pleased with my apartment and how nice the staff was and how they helped me with this process. This is my first apartment I moved into and I am happy that i picked this as my first apartment. I see someone wrote a negative review about these apartments, i know everyone has an opinion but I can say they actually have two playgrounds that I see kids playing at everyday in fact my apartment faces one of them, as for pests I have not seen any in my apartment and my new neighbors even said they have never had any issues Overall in my opinion I am very HAPPY with my HOME!
Love this community! So much has changed in the past couple years. Office staff very helpful, maintenance on top of it and my three bedroom remodeled apartment is GREAT! Would highly recommend this community if you are looking for apartment living.
THEY HAVE NO PLAYGROUND FOR THE KIDS. THE PICTURES ARENT WHAT YOU WILL SEE WHEN YOU ENTER THESE TERRIBLE APARTMENTS. THEY OVERCHARGE AND THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BEDBUGS. YOUR BETTER OFF LIVING IN A SHELTER THEN LIVING IN THESE APARTMENTS.
