This review is solely my opinion from buying a home and moving out after a year of residency: Be warned. Run while you still can. This place charges you for every penny that they can fathom. They will find a way to keep your deposit. If you got a deal on your deposit, they will find a way to collect as much as they would have anyways. Every fee you can imagine will be waged. They will increase your rent annually. It will be more than you're expecting. They will count the screw holes when you move out. All of this will take place after the leasing office staff ensures you that you can "make it your home" and "hang that TV". Good luck keeping the walls clean enough to not get charged for paint if you intend to cook at all. The stoves are abutted against the wall with no back splash. You will splatter. They will charge you. It's my opinion that this is yet another hungry corporate land lord in Columbus, interested only in the bottom line, with no concern for what is right.

Regarding the charges related to screw holes from TV mounting, we would like to emphasize that our lease terms and communications with residents are designed to ensure clarity and fairness. While we encourage our residents to personalize their living spaces, it is also essential that the property is returned in its original condition upon move-out, as agreed upon in the lease agreement at move-in. Extremely poor communication. Office says they’ll call you back and don’t. They lie about situations. Maintenance is absolutely trash. Floors are extremely creaky and walls are extra thin. When in your living room and your neighbors are walking around in their upstairs, it sounds like they are in your apartment the floors are so squeaky. Water damage all through out with what looks to me like black mold. They do nothing but cover up instead of replacing. Would not recommend renting here to anyone.

The worst place l've ever lived They will take your security deposit in full and charge you extra when you move out, Walls are extremely thin.every thing made with Cheap materials, You hear the neighbors walking up stairs when you walk on the carpet you hear a lot of noises Specially in the bedrooms If you ask for maintenance they will charge you, THE ELECTRICITY BILL IS EXTREMELY HIGH specially in the winter no less than $400 ,Management are rude, unprofessional ,slow and hard to reach NOT SAFE. Cars had their rims and tires stolen, I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Multiple occasions of cars being broken into (mine included) management does nothing they don’t help they don’t assume responsibility they don’t have camera or offer garages for those willing to pay to protect their cars and on top of all that management is rude and useless

The workers are absolute sweethearts, and treat you with so much respect and kindness. Not to mention, whenever we needed something, maintenance was there asap! It was great living there! The cost was the lowest I've seen in Columbus for 975 square feet, especially in a good neighborhood with quick access to bethel and sawmill road! 10/10 would recommend.

We lived in the new apartments for a year. They look pretty but are made with the cheapest material. Could hear our upstairs neighbors lightly walking, even opening up drawers. To top it all off, we were charged a small fortune when we moved out. The place wasn’t trashed, we are a couple with a child and a dog. We paid a pet deposit and they didn’t use it towards the clean up after we left. Our dog urinated on the carpet in one area a few times, which we cleaned every time, and they charged us to REPLACE the WHOLE carpet! They even charged us for new shower doors even though they weren’t broken. They over charged us for every single thing possible. Save yourself the headache and money. The corporate people could care less if they put you into bankruptcy or the street after you move out. Oh and not to mention the sky rocketing crime rate in that area. They’re too cheap to install cameras in the parking lot even though they make a fortune off you.

Do not move here if you like to feel safe. On THREE separate occasions we have had people enter our townhome here without any notice or even a knock on the door. And they tell us there is no proper evidence of this. I have had my vehicle broken into, and shoes stolen. They also installed a radon fan to MY electric bill every month without any notice or clarification on what is happening and refuse to speak about the matter with me. The walls are so thin here, you can hear the neighbors every move and conversation. I advise you to stay away, me and my wife are counting the days until our lease is up here. This is hands down the worst place we have lived.

I’ve lived here for approximately 2 years and cannot say I’ve had many positive experiences. The leasing office seems to not care about the residents. Examples would be not making sure the services like snow removal are completely during the winter and poor or no response to maintenance requested. Nor will they work with schedules if you sleep during the day. The leasing officer has failed to communicate protects effecting residents in a timely many to facilitate parking changes or being able to safely access your townhome. Ultimately way over priced for location and amenities.
I currently live here and when I was looking for apartments I started two months in advanced. So thinking that the leasing office would have the paperwork straight. I went in to finally sign the lease after many visits and they told me I only owed X amount of money at move in, which was like total 52.00. I thought it was cheap but I just went on and signed the lease....... MANY DAYS After moving get a call saying I owe 300.00 because their ledger was wrong. First of all I did not budget this money and I asked if they can work with me in payments because of their own mistake and they said no. If I was not moved in already with kids I would have never moved here. This in turn put me in negative and I was told by Cindy and by Lindsey that" I read the lease and I should have caught that I owe them 300.00 deposit." First of all I was told something completely different and I asked TWISE is this all I owe at move in and it was not my fault. So due to their mistake my account was negative. I am NOT their auditor nor do I work in that career. So during all this the first week I then was never told where to park my car either. So I wake up to my car having a tow sign on it. So I had to run up to the office and ask them which parking lot was Ito park in. So then I park in the right one and 2 days later someones car window is smashed out in that lot. No one ever cleaned the glass and I later seen a resident cleaning it up. WORD of advice if they make mistakes they do not care! They do not care to quickly put notice on your door when your account is negative to collect their money after you ask them to help you due to their mistake. But they want to tell you " well you read they lease why can't you help us identify when we make mistakes". I will never recommend this property to anyone.
this is the best apartment in Columbus,Ohio. we love it here. very Accessible to freeway, shopping centers, schools etc
