This is the worst place ever.management sucks! You want your stuff stolen, this is the place where it will happen. Again, do not rent from here!
Living at The Reserve at Seabridge is amazing. It checks all the boxes. Near the water, in unit washer and dryer, open floor, walk in closet, spacey bedroom, and affordable. With the added bonus of an amazing and friendly staff that made the entire process easy and smooth.

I have never been happier! I have always been a home owner, but it is wonderful to live here in the Harbour and have all the am amenities the Reserve has to offer and the Harbour lifestyle. The team at the Reserve is kind, respectful and always there to help me. I feel lucky to live here!

This building is poorly managed. I would not recommend it to others until management improves. I like my apartment and location, but I do not feel safe nor taken care of due to poor management and maintenance.

It seams that management does not care about the tenants. Break ins and stealing from the storage and Garage. No cameras and no security. Felt very unsafe. Random people climbing over the fence and using the “community” bathroom. Used to have carts in the parking - not anymore. Urine smell in the elevator and in the Parking garage.

This is a very nice place to live, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful, professional, and friendly. The location is fantastic, and the neighbors we have met have all been very welcoming. I am very happy we found this building and we have every intent of living here for a very long time.
