Property Ratings at Reserve At Steele Crossing
The complex is poorly run and isn't upkeep year-round. The garbage is always overflowing and is a health hazard. The management always blames their shortcomings on someone else and never takes accountability. Incompetence is a considerable issue with management and the staff. Everything is always broken, so you can't use any amenities. There are far better places to live in the Fayetteville area at the same price point.
We absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE.... the Staff is AMAZING. They are VERY Friendly and helpful. The grounds and landscaping are very well kept and ALWAYS beautiful. In the winter when we got snow the landscaping company was very quick to clear the road ways in some cases days before the City. The Maintenance staff are always prompt at getting something fixed IF it breaks. When they are not busy you can always spot them walking the grounds making sure things are clean. The Amenities here are top notch and always clean. The community is like no other, neighbors are always out walking and polite. They have at least one event a month that engages the Apartment community....words just can not describe this place. If you are looking for a forever home search no more you found it.
The staff at the Reserve is the most friendly, helpful, and professional! The made me and my family feel like apart of their family! I don't think that you can find a better staff at such a perfect location! Thank you Joela, Ashley, and Holly for all you have done and will continue to do for this community!
Upon entering our spotless apartment on move in day, I knew that life here at The Reserve was going to be beyond good! Sure enough, the front office staff continues to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The maintenance staff has been right on top of things and the grounds and public area are kept in perfect shape. The apartment itself is in such good shape that it feels brand new. We are so glad to be here!
The office staff is incredibly friendly, and extremely helpful! I walked into a freshly remodeled apartment, it was emmaculate. This is a great location, restaurants are at a walking distance. My job is close by, can’t wait to see how much I save on gas!
I've lived here for 2 years now and my experience has been wonderful. Aside from a maintenance issue when I first moved in, which was handled promptly, everything has been great. The landscaping is beautiful and management is always friendly.
I have lived at the Reserve for over 2 years and have loved it! It feels like more of a neighborhood which is something I have really liked. Everyone has been really nice and the office staff is great! I only had a minor issue with my garbage disposal when I moved in but maintenance fixed it quickly and all has been good! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a quiet and peaceful place to call home.
