Extending along Roxboro Road from Stanley Road to Braggtown, Weaver is a terrific neighborhood that provides fast access to the entire Triangle region. The north end of the neighborhood follows the Eno River. On the western edge of the neighborhood, West Point on the Eno, a large historic park, covers 404 acres and includes a reconstructed mill, hiking trails, and picnic areas. The McCown-Mangum House Museum and the Schoolhouse of Wonder are also on the west side of Weaver.
While Weaver is a residential neighborhood, you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants along Roxboro Road. On the southern end of Weaver, there's additional shopping and Duke Regional Hospital. This section is also home to the Durham County Stadium, the Edison Johnson Aquatics Center, and Rock Quarry Park. This popular park includes a rec center, a splash pad, and ball fields.

Property Ratings at Reserve at Stillwater
Trash everywhere, broken glass, human waste. Loud music at 10 pm. Gunshots every other day. Car break ins. Management does not care. Manager said over broken glass everywhere, his kids DO NOT PLAY HERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. DISCUSTING
Property Manager at Reserve at Stillwater, Responded To This Review
Hi Joe, As a former employee, we appreciate your candid feedback. Since our community is now well staffed, We look forward to providing our residents with a fantastic community to call home.
I have had no issues with the office staff I call them and they will call or either text me back. My biggest issue was my AC unit went out when the contractor finally came he said the motor was out the apartment manager immediately sent the maintenance man to LOWES to purchase a unit for each of the 3 bedrooms in my apartment. The AC unit was broken for about days before they came to repair the motor, they left the window units in place for about a week to make sure the new unit worked. The only thing I am disappointed about is the swimming pool and gym not being open but they are working on that. In terms of people in the office if you speak to them with respect they will do the same to you.
POOR MANAGMENT, they have a new one about every month, missing a door since we moved in and to this day, trash everywhere, a lot of stealing in this area, no one picks up phone whenever you have an issue and so on
Pest infestation mold and chip paint.unprofessional Management
Went for a tour and the leasing agent seemed confused. Even though I had signed up through here and received 3 confirmation emails from them, she couldn’t find any record of it. I was also informed the rent for a one bedroom is almost $500 MORE than advertised here. No surprise the availability dates are wrong as well. They apparently don’t have any available until AUGUST which is NOT the same as May.
I am new to the area and had ALOT of questions. Office staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Although I have NOT moved in yet, the complex was clean, trash dumpsters were NOT over flowing or had junk around them. I have had a GREAT experience so far.
Current management is terrible, you have to beg someone to fix the smallest issue. I had a mold problem due to a leak, it took them 1 week to show up and 2 weeks to "fix" the problem. The manager is snobby and rude. The neighbors have parties in the parking lot 2-3x a week that go on till 3 am. Residents leave trash outside. The renovations are a joke. They'd rather cover something up than fix the actual issue. I regret moving here.
The office manager at this place has the nastiest attitude. I've only been in the office a few times and every encounter has been disgusting and disappointing when she's there. She does not know how to speak to people. She's the most unprofessional office manager I've ever encountered. I don't have the same problem with any other office staff. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. I've never been able to use my dishwasher and my refrigerator does not work properly. These are supposed to be new appliances. I've put in work order after work order and they never check it. I don't even want to call the office again because it's a waste of time.
I have been living there for the last three years and they are T-totally awesome. They are so compassionate and understanding. Maintenance is on point and keep you informed. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Rosalind S.
The staff is so friendly and funny! They made me feel welcomed the second i enter those doors. I’ve lived her for two years and very happy to see a new manager who i could actually talk to and has my back. I definitely recommend it here ! You rock jennifer !
Had a problem finding a place to stay due to my eviction with ex wife. I talk to Jennifer and Lashema and they got right to work on helping me get a place with in there lovely apartment. Upgraded appliance nice size room and close to everything you need in Durham nc.
I lived at this property since July 2015 I have had nothing but issues with the apartment itself and office staff. First I would like to say that the office staff is very unprofessional. The property manager is the absolute worst she tells lies and makes it seems your not telling the truth instead of taking ownership for the situation she makes as if you done something wrong. As the resident we pay to live in a clean and safe environment I feel as though I have not received either. During my stay I have had numerous of issues from my neighbors leaving trash out in the stairwell, smoking and playing loud music. As a single parent there certain things that I refuse to have my kids exposed to. I have complained about all these concerns and nothing has been done the service that I have received has been unacceptable. I have even spoke with the property manager boss Debbie and instead of her assisting with my issues she called the complex and got there version and never allowed me to speak and inform her of my concerns. This entire experience has been unprofessional and unacceptable.
