No installation it's hot in the Apartment if you stay on the top floor
ASK FOR SARAH! . At first not so great at first I dealt with an agent named SHAMIRA but She never got back to me, I had to constantly keep up with a move in date an entire month had passed by she never told me if I was approved for my application, she was inconsistent and rude. I finally received a call from the complex from another agent named SARAH is who I dealt with through my entire move-in process and she has been AMAZING! she is the only reason I decided to go ahead and rent here she keeps me updated and well aware of any changes. To my understanding, this is new management and yes there might bet a couple of issues but where isn't there, overall I am Currently Happy living Here.
• Never in office. Or office is closed • Phone calls usually go straight to voicemail. Calls aren’t returned. • Emails are never responded to. • Pest control is non-existent. Constant issues with ants and roaches. • Police presence at least once a week. • Dogs roaming not leashed. • Bathtub walls peeling, when they say “updated bath” it just means they have re-sprayed the tub. • Garbage receptacles always full with mattresses, couches, stoves, and overflowing garbage bags • When expecting a maintenance call you aren’t always informed when and what time the person will arrive and enter your apartment. • Pool area never supervised. Children unattended. Young adults (high school aged) smoking marijuana at the pool. • Rent is not advertised price, and some renters pay different (aka lower) rent than others. I am locked in my lease for a few more months, but if I could I wouldn’t have stayed for another year lease. Office personal and interaction with tenants are terrible. Horrible communication by all means, in person, phone calls and via emails.
I moved in exactly two months ago ! The two ladies in the office (Felicia and Alyssa ) have been very nice and professional... to an extent . Any issues I’ve had with my apartment I let them know, and maintenance has come over that same day or within 24 hours to fix it . The only thing I HATE is how the garbage looks ! It Looks bad ! People keep throwing their couches and bed mattresses out and it looks BAD because management Will not call the appropriate garbage dispoal to remove it ! I understand it may be frustrating because the residents know that’s not how they should leave their couches but ! I have heard from other residents that it has been like that for months now ! When I came to look at the place the management (Felica) told me it would be removed soon .. so she therefore lied to me . I love the long windows in my apartment however they needed to be repplaced. Management (Felicia ) told me she would replace them .. i trusted her .. two months in only ONE has been replaced and EVERY TIME I CONTACT her VIA EMAIL ABOUT IT she says” someone will Be out tomorrow) and no one ever comes. I I seen her yesterday and she put her head down and walked right pass me as if she didn’t see me ! I lost all respect for her because I perceived her to be a honest person . They are putting a gate up to the complex and have fixed other things like the gym ect . So it really appears she rather go into the budget to fix the outside which is wonderful ! However don’t promise a resident that you will fix something in their home and then dodge me every time I inquire about it ! Other than that the place is okay ... I highly doubt I will renew my lease though ! Not much noise from neighbors and everyone seems friendly and respectful.
The community appear to be very nice and friendly. I have visited the community a few times trying to make a decision and each time the young lady has been very nice. Unfortunately, everytime I visit there is nothing for me to view which is making it hard to make a decision but each time I have been sitting in the office I have not heard one resident come in and complain about anything. I always see maintenance in and out and he appears to be handling business.
This place is a joke u DO NOT want to get caught up in this bull crap poor management apartment has ALOT of bugs and they do nothing about it they show undone place and put you in another dumpy apartment DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS Place
The apartments are nice and clean with up to date alliances and cabinets. The staff is very nice and helpful along with willing to work with you on trying to get in to the apartment.
I relocated to the are for work from New York. My experience has been nothing but good. I emailed for more information within the same day I had a return email. I arrived in town for training, called and asked if I could stop by to a view an apartment and the young lady was very pleasant over the phone and in person. I returned back to New York submitted my application online. Everything was handled long distance between the phone and mail. When I arrived in town my apartment looked exactly like the one I was shown the month prior. Paperwork was signed, I was given the keys to my apartment, I met maintenance the same day, and everything has been good...3 months and counting.
I have to admit that I did not do my homework before moving. However, I have been in the community a little over 6 months now and I have had nothing but a good experience. The office is always available, and willing to work with you. They are very professional and attentive to my needs. Maintenance has changed twice since I have been here but each time of the change it has been great. I can call and put in a repair and in most cases it is fixed the same day, one time I had to wait on a part to be ordered but it still was taken care of within 3 days.
Infested with ants that are within the walls. The apartment was invested with mold that they used sealant and paint to cover up. Pull the reports from Auburn hills apartments on how many violations they had. These investors just came in put flooring down, paint, blinds and cabinets. The management office lies and constantly give you the run around about fixing things. Horrible place to live!
I have been a tenant here at the Reserve at Stockbridge for a little more than a year and it has been the worst rental experience of my life. I have had several issues with the staff in the management office, as well as the maintenance of my apartment. Office hours change all the time and they never notify the tenants, the office is understaffed and almost every time I go to pay my rent or report an issue I have to sit on the couch and wait in line, because there is always only one person working and several people are waiting their turn to be assisted. There are stray cats all over the community and there is a huge pot hole not far from the entrance of the apartments that is only temporarily repaired, every time someone complains about it. The contractor/company that did the remodel of the units is AWFUL, I have had to call for something to be repaired almost every month since we've lived here. There is also a constant issue with ants. The apartments look very nice on the inside, but buyer beware. The rent may seem reasonable for the area, but it really is too much for all of the issues and poor customer service that come with living here.
Beware the apartments are infested with roaches! The apartments are poorly updated will the smell of mode. Neighbors are loud at night and party in the parking lot. I was sold a dream when I moved in here and I am stuck in my lease. Although they work with you if you have credit issues, it's not working it, I promise you will regret moving into this place. Find another apartment that has second chance opportunity for leasing! Roaches are everywhere#
