Property Ratings at Reserve at Stonegate
I have lived here from October 2017 through October 2022. It's been a great place to live. It's located in a quiet corner near I-70 and I-695. The stackable washer and dryer are full-size, so I can run a handful of normal loads instead of constantly running a smaller unit. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. I did have one request a few years ago where a belt in my washing machine broke and a replacement wasn't do in for a week, but the rental office provided access to a vacant unit so I could do my laundry anyway. Based on my survey of the area, I found the pricing to be affordable given the quality of the unit. I'm only moving out because I am moving out of state; otherwise, I'd have renewed my lease for a sixth year.
Overall the apartments are nice and spacious but the property manager down to the actual regional manager are a living hell. Will charge you fees for no reason, and then make up some story and letters that they “sent” when not on your portal. They pick and choose who to create a problem with. They do not help at all. Neighborhood is quiet overall but very strict, cant even have guest over without them telling you there are quiet hours or receive “multiple” complaints about noise but never know where they are really coming from. They were charging me more than what my rent was and when asked about it they said it was a technical error but never called to let me know, if i havent done that they would still overcharge. They are just money hungry and dont really care about what you have to say. Paying rent is too expensive to have this many restrictions. Save yourself the trouble and do not live here!!!
the area is amazing!! It's quiet and safe. I feel comfortable walking my kids in the neighborhood 24-7. The staff are friendly and quick. The prices are budgetable.I would recommend to friends!
The Reserve at Stonegate is a great value! It is in a great location tucked out of the way close to Patapsco State Park. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are in the 21st century with the ability to pay online as well as e-mail notifications of events. Of the rent prices that I compared during my search, this was the least expensive for the size apartment that I wanted. Residents here are friendly as well.
