Property Ratings at Reserve at Third Creek Apartments
Very dirty. The dumpster constantly fills up and spills everywhere. Which means there are tons of pests. You can sit outside and watch as the rats run by.
It's super loud with all the dogs that live here. Everything takes forever to fix. There are are only four washers and dryers for almost 40 units.
Apartment maintenance is almost non existent. Pest problem is rampant. Junkies are constantly breaking into cars and leaving needles by the creek. We terminated our lease early.
I lived here for a year and a half. I had a two bedroom on the bottom. My neighbors were good for the most part. The cabinets were white and it had nice tile in the bathroom and kitchen. My garbage disposal and heat stopped working at the same time. I called and maintenance fixed it that day. They also spray for bugs so I never had any problems there. Misty in manangement was always very sweet and Paulette was polite as well. I liked that it had white trim, closets, nickel handles etc. carpet just in the bedrooms and artificial wood floors in the living room. It was very cozy. The only complaint is that the dumpster stayed full. I do think however, that this wasn’t just because of residents. I think the public was using the dumpster. And an occasional odor from a neighbor would come through. Lysol and air freshener got rid of it for the most part. I almost always had a parking spot open right in front of my front door. Overall being an apartment it was a good experience and it much much nicer looking in the inside. It’s very cozy and some residents have lived there a very long time which makes for good neighbors. The creek and scenery in front is beautiful.
