Reserve at Wauwatosa

Love this apartment! Every interaction we have had with the management has been positive. They are helpful and kind, quick to assist. The complex itself is a beautiful, gated community with amazing amenities. We love the easy, convenient, and plentiful parking for ourselves and guests, and the newly renovated apartments are gorgeous! The fireplace, big bathrooms, and open, updated kitchen are my favorite features! It's hard to believe this lovely place was in our price range! So glad we found such a great place to call home!

The location is great! Generally a quiet neighborhood, but also a lot going on in the surrounding area. Lots of convenient amenities - pool, hot tub, package lockers, exercise facilities, clubhouse. The staff is very responsive and helpful.

Our experience, so far, has been very good. A very professional staff, beautiful grounds, and gorgeous apartment. Everything inside is new, nice spacious kitchen, and closets. We love the HUGE walk in closets. Great value for the rent we're paying!

Nice people, nice area, good dog park. We can hear our neighbors a little through thin walls but overall great experience. Have really enjoyed living here.

The Reserve is an updated complex with many amenities and a convenient location. The apartments are all updated with modern stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. This complex also offers many amenities and is the only complex on State Street to offer gated parking (my favorite amenity.) This extra layer of security adds peace of mind and privacy. The location is perfect - walk/run/bike distance away from everything on state street, Hart park, and North Ave. 10 min drive to downtown Milwaukee, Miller Park, Mayfair, and State Fair Park.

Wonderfully friendly staff, gorgeous apartments, and wonderful neighbors. The location is great, just far away enough not to get stuck right in the village traffic, but close enough to walk. I am in love with Wauwatosa, and this is a great spot to be to experience all the best things about it!

We have lived here for a year and absolutely love it! They have great, innovative, and updated facilities and the community is wonderful. The amenities like the pool and the dog park have been fantastic to use (especially since adopting a puppy!). Also really love this location - it's extremely accessible and centrally located.

Wonderful complex. We've lived here 2 years and the only reason we're leaving is because we're relocating out of state. Fantastic, friendly and accommodating staff. Super convenient location, great amenities (ESPECIALLY the dog park, I don't think you'd ever find another complex that compares) parking is great and the complex is gated. Units,fixtures appliances are up to date and make for easy living. My one and only issue had been problems with Time Warner cable and our internet congestion, I wish I could have made use of the new At&t fiber network they just installed here.

The Reserve is a nice place to live. It is quiet, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance responds promptly. The amenities are great, they keep up with the pool area and hot tub, as well as the gym. The free coffee is available 24/7 and really nice to have. The location is great, close to grocery stores and downtown Tosa.

We looked at all apartment complexes in the area before deciding on The Reserve and we couldn't be happier! The units have been recently updated, the property is well maintained, and you get more square feet per unit compared to other surrounding apartments. We love our stainless steel appliances and the in-unit full size washer and dryer. The management truly cares for the tenants and will plan tenant events so everyone can get to know each other. The location is perfect and we love that it is a gated community! The pool is fun and relaxing. The fitness center is convenient and has quality equipment. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else at this time.

Reserve management is SUPER helpful. The Apartments are updated, in a great location (close to downtown & tosa village), with FREE PARKING! Lots of great amenities. You can sometimes hear a little bit of noise from apartments above (think it's due to the wood flooring) but it's nothing that you wouldn't expect when living in an apartment.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The property manager, Tim, is the nicest person I have ever met and gets to know all of his residents and helps everyone in anyway he can. Everyone was always very accommodating and the amenities are amazing!

The Reserve at Wauwatosa is a really well kept apartment home facility with outstanding staff in the leasing office. I have not rented an apartment since college and have owned my homes. The transition back to renting an apartment due to job change was so easy working with the Reserve leasing office. As I started my new job, the leasing office was kind enough to help allow access to my apartment for the cable installation and my furniture delivery. I didn’t have to take time out of the office…this is one of the benefits extended the residents. Not only that, small package delivery can be received and held in the leasing office. Really great stuff! There are so many other amenities. The gym, coffee area, pool, and dog run area for those with dogs just to name a few. I am in area of the complex that is pet free…there is an apartment home and level of comfort for those with and without animals alike. I am very particular about the area I live…this complex is unbelievably nice. I highly recommend you stop by if you are looking for a great place to live in a really nice location. Tim is the leasing manager and great guy…either Tim or someone on his staff will certainly make you feel welcome and make your relocation experience a really pleasant one.

My fear when renting an apartment is that I'll have an allergic reaction and be miserable for my stay there. The Wauwatosa Reserve has one building set aside as a non-pet building, so I had no fear of that. The pool is lovely and it's only 8 minutes from downtown as well. Great staff, beautiful finishes.
