While the location of the property is ideal and the community appears to be well-maintained from the outside, I am disappointed with the condition of the apartment I was assigned. During my tour, I was shown an apartment that was in excellent condition, clean, and well-kept. However, the unit I moved into is far below the expectations set by that initial showing. The apartment is in need of significant upkeep, with unpleasant odors, outdated appliances, damaged cupboards, and evidence of pest issues, such as roaches. This has been quite frustrating, as the state of the unit does not align with the standard that was presented during my tour.

Although I'm happy with the community and the outside maintenance, I'm not happy with the indoor up keep. The appliances are old and the piping keeps leaking/bursting.

The property has started looking so much better. Love that the small things have been repaired around the outside of the property. The only thing that keeps breaking down is the gates.

The staff is nice. But the apartment appliances are old. The apartment from inside needs renovation. The apartments are very centrally located. Close to HWY 59, HWY 90. The dairy Ashford rd. and west airport very close. All the big grocery stores like, Walmart, Cosco, Sam's club are few minutes away. The AMC theatre are at walking distance.

I am very disappointed. This place is raggedy and full of roaches. I pay a monthly pest control fee and still have to buy roach spray and combat for my apartment.

Overall it's a nice apartment, only major problem we had was ant and roaches problems, mulitple times I tried to get rid of them with everything. Even got an insect exterminator and still get little roach every now and then.

The staff are very nice, always responding.Quickly the maintenance is always fixing.Items that are broken as soon as they can period the only regret I have is living on the top floor where there is heat in the air condition does not kick in as quickly.

I’ve lived here for about 5 years now. Overall it’s been a quiet and nice experience. First few years were the best. At that time management was very involved and seemed more personable. All issues with property were taken care of instantly. Years following had a downtrend with lack of care from office staff. However current year management, office and maintenance have been accommodating and in the know with the issues of the property and have acted on it. Nice to see updates and corrections done within the last year. As far as neighbors, no issues, quiet community. Parking not an issue. My unit could use a face lift. area seems safe. Good location easy access to major roads

We love the apartment size & convenient location. Of something goes wrong, they are usually very quick to send someone to fix it. My only complaint would be the front gate not working for long periods of time and the lack of security cameras around the property.

Very good apartment. very clean and well maintained. Looks like a new apartment. Liked very much. When it was handed over to the resident it was cleaned, and kitchen cabinets were like new.

Overall this has been a nice place to live. Maintenance responds to request and are nice when they come into the apartment. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Neighbors keep to themselves. I think rent is getting to high to afford.

My family and I have had a great experience living here for the past 4 1/2 years. Some of our neighbors have been a bit roudy, but for the most part, we have had a few good neighbors. I would recommend the complex to family and friends.

I love it! It's really quiet around the complex and very clean. I love the front office and how quickly the respond and how professional they are. I have no complaints about my community at all. My daughter absolutely loves the pool.

I’m actually very pleased with how well the complex has helped us. We needed to move out in less than a week of our previous apartment, and no matter how stressed WE were, the front office specifically Asusena, was so sweet, helpful and patient, and kept in communication with us the entire step of the way. Love this place!

Community and apartments are a little outdated, but does the job it’s intended to do. It could use a bit of sprucing up. The stairwells and outside of the apartments could use some power-washing. The inside of the apartment could use some updating on flooring, cabinets, and bathroom.

My experience is okay. Nothing extraordinary. The rent is pretty pricey for what you get. The parking is not good at all. There isn’t assigned parking.
