The Reserve at Johnson City

We sure are enjoying our Home at The Reserve At Johnson City !! The neighbors are very nice and whenever you stop in the office Katrina , Katie and Tedi are there to make your day better !! The coffee and snack stand is filled with great treats and then we get to take a break and shoot some pool before we get to head to the carwash that is on our property and have a clean car !! As long as we have a stocked refrigerator there is no reason to leave the property ! The pool is getting resurfaced and is looking beautiful !! Later the smell of hot dogs on the grill and overlooking the mountains is on our schedule. What a GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME !! AND...SHOUT OUT to Danny and Jerry for keeping the grounds looking GREAT and if you need anything ...they are there to fix any issues that you may have !! Thank you to the RESERVE for BEING SO AMAZING !!

I’ve been living at The Reserve of Johnson City and I couldn’t be happier! This has truly been a great place to call home. Anytime I’ve had an issue, it’s been resolved immediately—even on the weekends, which shows how much the team truly cares about their residents. Katrina and the entire staff are amazing! They’re always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I really appreciate the quick responses and how well they maintain the property. Thank you for making this such a comfortable and stress-free place to live!

I love living at the reserve! Amazing amenities and the staff is so helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is so nice and has absolutely everything that I need to live comfortably. The gym and the pool are amazing additions as well.

Me and my wife have lived here almost a year and intend on staying. The neighborhood is the most peaceful place around and the staff are always kind and helpful. They are always having friendly gatherings to get to know their habitants. The Best Apartment Complex in Tennessee.

I moved here in December and absolutely love it here. The amenities and stuff are amazing. The maintenance crew are always working hard for us! It feels like home here and I always feel safe.

The maintenance staff are wonderful and so helpful. The front office is always so helpful and kind and there are great amenities here.

Everything has been wonderful since I moved in on December. Love the vibe, people, and how safe it feels. Pet friendly is a plus! Maintenance take care of work orders instantly. The Reserve has been the best apartment I’ve ever stayed at. Looking forward to summer days so I can enjoy the pool.

I have lived at the Reserve for at least two years. I absolutely love the location (close to everything) and the peacefulness that this places offers. It is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. I love it here!

Loved living here - the current construction and loss of trees/land and gain of another giant complex next door is the reason I would not choose this area again. But overall, the experience of living here has been great!

Everyone in the office are just awesome. The maintenance guys are the best!! Any time we have an issue for maintenance, it's handled very quickly.

The management staff has been very open and straight forward when I had questions. They are polite and eager to help. They have common sense rules and stand by them. I was in a corporate apartment here and they have made it very easy to move to my own. The neighbors have been nice and it seems everyone gets along well. There was a HVAC unit that smoked one night and several fire trucks came to check. I would rather extra than not enough. I appreciate everything they have done. Thank you.

I have lived here about 5 years and its a very nice quiet place. Great location and great for dogs. Easy parking and nice resident events. Good place to choose if you are looking to eventually buy or if you prefer renting life. Works either way

Love living here except the gym equipment could be better and hopefully this year they will get the pool up and running in April or May and not the end of June.

The community is peaceful and I feel safe. Neighbors are friendly and it’s nice to see all the events that the office has for the residents.

Do not move here. There is ongoing construction of new apartment buildings surrounding the existing complex until late 2026. The construction starts by 7:30 am and continues until 6 PM, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK!!!! There is beeping, banging, and explosions. The management team is awful. They refuse to give any status updates on the construction or acknowledge that it is impacting residents. Living here has been a nightmare.

Great apartment community. Grounds are beautiful. Management team and maintenance staff are right on top of everything. Everything is taken care of at a timely manner. It’s great place to call home . I love living here . Only complaint I have are noisy neighbors. Very disrespectful . Management does address issues right away which is excellent. Everything is close to the apartments

I have lived here a few years now and enjoy living here. The amenities are great, the office management staff are wonderful and the Maintenance team are excellent! They are punctual and know what they are doing. The Reserve is centrally located to grocery stores, hospitals, post office and restaurants. Thank you to The Reserve!

I haven’t lived here long, but the staff is super friendly and communicative. My neighbors were so sweet and welcoming, and it is a pretty quiet area.

Only living here about three weeks so far I really enjoy it. Everyone is friendly and nice. It’s quiet. It’s a really sweet community. My son really enjoys the gym and I’m sure we will love the pool come summer

Overall, very satisfied living here! I’m thankful that I have quiet neighbors and although there are often things that need to be fixed around the complex - The maintenance team is amazing and they’re always working hard and get things done quickly. It’s a great location too.

Best place to live, comfy, luxurious and very clean. i love loving here and hanging out around the pool and commons area. The gym is superb.

We are enjoying being at the reserve in Johnson city! Everyone is helpful and kind! People go out of their way to help! The clubhouse and fitness facilities look so nice! We are excited to try them! And we can’t wait for the pool to open!

The Reserve is awesome. There's so many amenities that are here (love the gym and on site car wash). The neighbors are friendly and the playground is perfect for kids

AMAZING, very quiet, neighbors are awesome, office and maintenance folks are great. The grounds are maintained to a very high standard. Extremely pet friendly and the coffee bar is perfect.

My husband and I have been apartment living since 2011 and this is the best complex and community that we have called home. The office and maintenance staff are the best! Our home is bright with modern lighting, grade A appliances and it was impeccably clean at move-in. We enjoy the amenities - pool table, resort-style pool, outside grills, clubhouse with snacks and coffee. Our neighbors are The Best!

Convenient, quiet, beautiful, & clean. The definition of luxury living in Johnson City. Leasing was easy, well communicated, and prompt. The place was very clean when moving in also. Planning to make this our home for a long time!

Love the Reserve at Johnson City TN. Club house offers a kind, welcoming atmosphere. Pool table, snacks, workout facility as well as a saltwater pool. Quiet family oriented apartments, all secured by a gate. Maintained very well by a competent staff.

We just moved in this week, the apartment is AMAZING ! Katrina was in the office when we first inquired about renting here. She really was professional and she gave us a VERY GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION of the property and the company. We also met with Catherine. She also was professional and Amazing !! The pool and all of the amenities are great. We are really impressed by everything from the entire staff to the cleanliness of the carwash. The landscaping is also very nice. We are very glad that we chose to make our new home here !! Thankyou !!

I love our community. It’s so peaceful and quiet and everyone is so kind. I just wish we had a dog park. I feel our community are big dog lovers and it would nice to have a place to let them run and meet.

The community has nice events to try and bring the community together. The website is a glitchy making it difficult to schedule payments and navigate to different information.

Overall not a bad place to live. The amenities are nice and the maintenance staff are great. Although the rent does continuously go up each year which is very unfortunate and doesn't build reliable long term tenants.

We absolutely love the area, it’s close to everything we could ever need. We’ve loved spending time at the pool and the gym during our time here as well.

Disappointed that it's taking ages to open the pool in this hot weather. Seems like they could've had the foresight to get this over with early. Additionally the broken exercise equipment is appealing. Stand up bike doesn't work and one treadmill is faulty, and the weight machines are awkward with lack of resistance. I expected better for the "premier" complex.

Everyone is so kind. Property staff is awesome. Love it here! Very quiet and we live our Eastern view of the sunrises to meet pur happy days.

Very happy with all the amenities. The business center offers convenience and is accessible. The grounds are well maintained. The fitness room provides opportunity onsite to stay in shape.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! Haven’t had any issues. You only get one key for a one bedroom apartment (can’t copy them), but other than that I have no complaints!
