Our home is bright with modern lighting, grade A appliances and it was impeccably clean at move-in. Love the Reserve at Johnson City TN. Club house offers a kind, welcoming atmosphere. Pool table, snacks, workout facility as well as a saltwater pool. Quiet family oriented apartments, all secured by a gate. Maintained very well by a competent staff.

Disappointed that it's taking ages to open the pool in this hot weather. Seems like they could've had the foresight to get this over with early. Additionally the broken exercise equipment is appealing. Stand up bike doesn't work and one treadmill is faulty, and the weight machines are awkward with lack of resistance. I expected better for the "premier" complex.

Reserve Johnson City is a nice place to live and it’s 5 minutes away from everything! The neighbors are quiet and there have been no complaints! The one maintenance request I’ve made was resolved the very next day. The onsite garbage disposal and car wash are very convenient.

Overall a pretty good place to live. The amenities are nice, the maintenance staff are great, and the location is good. The negatives I'd say are the price consistently raising, hardly any insulation between apartments so noise is an issue, and the community events all hosted till 5 so if you want to participate you either have to not have a job or be retired.

Too many cars for the number of parking spaces. Poor quality construction. Quiet. Good neighbors. Animal friendly. Odd, random emails from management. Used to have lots of social activities when we moved in — haven’t seen many in the last year or two. Gates have been broken for 6 months. Compactor frequently breaks. Lots of mud on property where grass has died and trees used to be. Not as secluded as it used to be. No fiber internet on property.

It was easy to move in. There are friendly people/neighbors. The unit was clean. The whole complex is in a good location near restaurants and shopping. There’s also easy access to major roads that makes getting around a breeze.

Great location. Friendly people and staff. Amazing amenities. Johnson City has a lot to offer. I retired here from Michigan. The smilie mountains are great. Ride my bike daily on Tweetsie trail. Apartment size is ideal. The sunroom is a great added bonus. Many thanks to the Reserve.

We love the area, the amenities and the staff!I’ve been here almost a year and haven’t had any complaints. The one time I needed maintenance, they were very quick to solve the issue. I would recommend The Reserve to anyone looking!

Overall a good experience here especially with maintenance. It's unfortunate how much rent continuously increases. That's the main issue with the place. Other then that it's not a bad place to live.

The noise between apartments (specifically above) is really loud but other than that it’s been a great experience! The staff was super friendly and the apartment was exactly what was advertised. The amenities are nice and the area is very convenient.

Overall has been nice living here for over 5 years. Amenities are nice and kept in working order. The community is clean and generally quiet - they do have a courtesy officer for after hours noise complaints. Maintenance does a pretty good job and they handle tickets in a timely fashion. The office staff is good for the most part, though there is one lady who never seems to know what she's doing and gives wrong information. Overall, we've enjoyed our stay here and it's been one of the best apartment experiences I've had.

everyone has been very kind and helpful. Move in was seamless and all maintenance staff are accommodating and timely attending maintenance requests. Quickly beginning to feel like home!

Have lived at The Reserve for over 2 years. Overall very pleased with the apartment and Maintenance team is quick to respond and top notched. Majority of the time, overall neighborhood is very quiet,but have very noise neighbors during the night time hours. Management listens to complaints but does not attempt to resolve issues. Amenities advertised are nice but not in working order 3-6 months out of a year.
