The Reserve at Mill Creek offers “drama free” living in a relaxed setting with numerous community benefits. Because we are a smaller community of only 66 apartments, there is less noise, less move-in/move-out traffic and neighbors that know each other and offer a sense of community. The Property Manager has been with the company 15 years, and she and our maintenance staff are readily available and always on hand to take care of any issue quickly and completely. Pools and playgrounds are great amenities, but they come at a cost – what our residents enjoy most is the peace and quiet you find living inside a community with 45% open space and over 15 miles of walking and bike trails on site. Our residents feel their apartment is truly their home and feel safe and well taken care of in a community like ours. Each of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments come with in-unit laundry rooms, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood laminate flooring, and spacious individual balconies which overlook acres of preserved wetlands and parks. We have had an apartment in the Reserve for several years, it has worked out well for us as we have a home in another state as well. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking, the buildings clean, secure, quiet and well-maintained, the underground garage parking is great, and it’s a plus that dogs are allowed. The office staff and maintenance respond quickly to any need and are great. Mill Creek is a very nice community and the many amenities of the Geneva area are close by.
My spouse and I have been living here for two years now and it has been fantastic. Everyone in the office is super friendly and the very few maintenance needs that we have had were answered promptly and effectively. The neighbors are kind and courteous and the building itself is very well maintained and cleaned. We also love the location and amenities such as the outdoor grills. We love the modern furnishings and especially love our excellent floor plan and that it is dog friendly. We are very happy here!
We have had the pleasure of living in Mill Creek for over 2 years now. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Monica and Gail are so welcoming and truly make this community feel like home. They are very quick to respond to any concerns, inquiries, maintenance requests, etc. Not to mention - the apartments are beautiful and spacious. We had the opportunity to move from a 1 bed 1 bath unit, to a much larger 2 bed 2 bath unit, and the process was seamless. The market, cleaners, ice cream shop, dentist, and salon in the community plaza are incredibly convenient, especially during the winter months. We have developed great relationships with the shop owners because they are truly the best people. They know that tenants make the community what it is (along with our awesome property management). We are happiest when we are home in Mill Creek.
My apartment is modern and bright with ample storage. The private underground parking garage makes me feel safe no matter what time I leave or come home. The property manager, Monica, is very kind and responsive. I've never needed maintenance, but when they've scheduled visits to replace batteries or clean the air conditioner they have been on time and pleasant. The halls are bright and clean, as is the elevator, mail room and parking garage. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It's very quiet and everyone is pleasant. As a single woman who sometimes leaves early and comes home late I feel very safe and comfortable here.
I have been living at Reserve-Greng's Park for just under a year now and I have to say it is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. Some of my favorite features about living here is the serene environment both in my apartment and in the neighborhood where the apartment is located. It is quiet and clean and I love taking walks through the neighborhood. Additionally, this location feels private and welcoming. The staff and people are friendly but respect your privacy. If you are looking for a place that feels safe, clean and welcoming, this is the place for you!

The Reserve at Greng’s Park is located in a quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. Monica, the property manager, clearly cares about the property and residents She and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. The maintenance team is prompt, courteous and respectful when delivering service. The grounds and the building are clean and well-maintained. Plenty of parking too! Would highly recommend.

Well maintained building set back in a serene and upscale subdivision. This is a very quiet place to live with not much traffic. The building is new and updated and any maintenance task is handled very quickly by their professional team. Lots of walking paths and park areas around the neighborhood for those who like to be active. Fitness center is a great plus, too.
We moved here from Florida, site unseen other than the website. We were so happy when we walked in the door and have been happy here everyday since. It is quiet here and all of our neighbors are friendly. Monica in the Property Management Office is so easy to work with and makes sure any maintenance issues are addressed promptly. I highly recommend you check out this apartment.
You won’t find another apartment building that cares like the Reserve does. I honestly feel cared for while I live here. Monica and Gail respond promptly and are so helpful with any questions or maintenance needs I may have. Not to mention, this is the best price for all of the amenities and nice area you can find in 20 miles from here. Seriously, don’t pass this place up.

Monica and Gail do a wonderful job creating a safe, clean, and fun community to live in. The community is awesome, as there is a dog park conveniently located for apartment residents. There are clean up stations also stocked and maintained next to the apartments. The apartments at Grengs North are spacious and modern. There is a feeling of community amongst neighbors as well! Finally, there is a great gym that residents are able to use.
This place is fantastic, everything is clean and well taken care of and for the most part its a very quiet and relaxed community. Everyone is always fantastic about the snow and it is one of the most dog friendly places I have seen. The gym is great too!
The Greng's Park Apartments is the best place to live if you have a pup. Located in the center of Mill Creek you are surrounded by unlimited walking trails with beautiful scenery...walking your four legged family member could not be more enjoyable. I highly recommend to take a look at the Mill Creek Apartments.

Hi! We have lived here in the apartment homes for almost 4 years! We sold our home, to live closer to our kids, and help watch our grandson. We were the fifth people to move in this beautiful building. Nothing like the smell of new construction. We love this community, love being surrounded by single family homes and townhomes. Honesty, there is no rif-raf here. They keep these buildings well maintained! The leasing office is approachable,and extremely helpful. Work orders are done in a timely matter. We have an end unit, it’s bright and roomy. It took some adjusting to apartment living coming from our home of 27 years, but it’s all good. We have wonderful neighbors and we are blessed to have found these properties. Mill Creek is a beautiful and welcoming community! If your looking for beauty, Mill Creek apartments homes is the place! This is a wonderful place to live! I've just renewed my lease here because the property is always cleaned up, maintenance is attentive and proactive, the area feels incredibly safe, and the complex is very dog friendly.
I live at the Reserve-Mill Creek apartments and I just love it! I have spent a full year here and it’s been such a great experience. Very peaceful and quiet which is what I tend to look for when apartment hunting. So much space in the apartments as I live in a one bedroom. Also very clean neighborhood and apartment building. Everyone around here is so friendly as well. Monica is such a sweet and down to earth property manager. She was so helpful when I first moved out here and was informative on the area since I was completely new to Illinois!
I’ve lived at Reserve at Mill Creek for a year and absolutely love it. Great apartments with excellent amenities. Everything you would want in an apartment. Quiet neighborhood, secure building and have never had an issue. Always feel safe and secure. Neighbors are all very friendly and alway speak when passing in the hall. Best aspect of the complex is elevator, garage parking and laundry machines in each apartment. Management team is responsive, friendly and great to work with. I love living here and would highly recommend.
Management staff is great, Monica and Gail helpful and attentive. Maintenance staff very good. Top floor units best for those who are noise conscious. Utilities are very reasonable on all floors. South facing units best for sun lovers and plant lovers of course. Nice, free fully equipped gym on site. Great outdoor walking area and bicycling area when warmer. Awesome heated underground parking. Newly reopened golf course right here. Close to stores, etc.
This was the first time "I" was renting a place, as my boyfriend had prior experience. Like most people, we searched and searched till we felt like a place was right for us. Honestly, I have NEVER felt happier and peaceful in a home like I did here. I happen to be very picky and where I live is a really big deal for me. Prior to choosing to live here, we had looked at a few other rentals, but I just knew this place was the one for us. I have ZERO complaints. The place is super clean, and very well taken care of. If there was any issue, it was fixed and repaired almost immediately. Monica (the property manager) was extremely nice and welcoming, along with the residents. Unfortunately, our jobs did take us else where. I loved living here so much, that I promised myself that I would be returning here one day. Thank you Mill Creek for making my heart full, and providing me with all the comfort and joy.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a rental community. I just recently moved to Shodeens Reserve at Mill Creek because they had a very good move in promotion and the area was beautiful. The Property Manager Monica assured me that in her 5 years of being here she has had very few noise complaints, since this was a big concern of mine. On day one I was shocked at the excessive noise you can hear in this building. Toilets flushing, the elevator going up and down, kids and dogs running and screaming through the hallways. The upstairs neighbor stomps and bangs around starting at 6am until 10pm every day! I told Monica I could not live like this, quite frankly, I dint know how anyone could tolerate this amount of noise. She simply said, welcome to Apartment living! I asked if I could move to another floor and was told no because it was much more expensive and they would not transfer my promotion. I asked to get out of the lease since I had only been here for 2 days and they are charging me the full penalty of 2 months rent. There are completely unscrupulous business practices here. I wouldn't wish this on anyone and urge you to look elsewhere for an apartment.

This renter neglects to mention that I actually tried to TALK HER OUT of taking this first-floor unit because she kept telling me how sensitive she was to noise. I encouraged her to take a third floor unit where nobody was above her, but she insisted on the first floor unit because it was on special. The resident who moved in after her still lives here and has never complained about noise.
I have loved living at the Village Reserve. The apartments are brand new with nice finishes and the building is extremely quiet. The management staff is wonderful - Monica, Gail, & Ferdie are the best Managers I have dealt with in an apartment setting. They respond very quickly to anything you need and are so helpful. I highly recommend living here!
