Be prepared to live with termites. We had termites in our bedrooms, the hallway, and some in the bathroom. In closets and clothes. Upstairs neighbor also had termites (2nd occurrence for them). Maintenance personnel said to suck the termites up with the vacuum cleaner. No remediation for inside of apartment. Obligatory spraying conducted once on the outside at the foundation. Maintenance requests were marked completed without actually being completed. Issues with plumbing and toilets. Residents allowed to leave pet waste even though you have to pay to have your pet's DNA registered in a database. We moved out within 4 months of moving in. Do not wish to live at the Reserves for the next termite swarming season!!!

We love the updated apartment and all the amenities. Very Senior Citizen and Pet friendly. Very safe area well lit and if you need anything the friendly Office staff and maintenace is right there. Also free cable and Internet and good rent prices. So glad we loved here plan to stay a long time.

Mice are an issue. You’ll be charged for pest control monthly and never see a service from them unless you specifically ask for it. My A/C has went out twice and I haven’t lived here a whole year yet. It’s pretty and you’ll pay a pretty penny but they won’t make a decent effort to control the mice infestation. Ceilings are not vaulted they ceiling fans are so low the cords touch my shoulders. The garden tubs are also small garden tubs. I only moved from cypress pointe because I wanted a 3br apartment. I regret it. Cypress point is literally next door, no mice, quite property with better roads/parking lot. The parking spaces are small and I drive a compact car. There’s one trash compactor on site for over 40 buildings. Use the “free” trash service you PAY for. I’m definitely paying for my decision to live here and will not be renewing my lease. If I could afford it, I’d break it.
