My daughter and I lived here for a time while she received medical care in Boston. First, the staff are outstanding, kind, gracious, thoughtful, and want to ensure that everything is top notch. They go above and beyond! The apartment itself is amazing! It's also very quiet--we never heard our neighbors once! The layout is great and it's very well appointed. It's very comfortable and spacious. Whenever we had a question or need, the staff were immediately on top of it. We loved the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and location. If you're looking for a place to live, this is the place! We highly recommend!
I do not recommend reservoirs for several reasons: the structure is flashy, the pool is always dirty, it is far from the center and above all the staff is totally inadequate. One night I was left out of my room and had to wait all night outside because no one could open the room, moreover, only once I left the facility I was asked for money for a problem that happened at the beginning of my stay in Boston . It's not recommend for teenagers because everything for us is not allowed because Reservoir are appartaments for old people.
