West Palm Beach puts the excitement and extravagance of South Florida in your lap without the exorbitant price tag. It’s a great community for folks who like to stay active: The Lake Trail offers a chance to ride a bike through a scenic route lined by majestic trees, historic mansions (including Henry Flagler’s Sea Gull Cottage), and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The nightlife along Clematis Street and at the CityPlace complex provides enough variety to ensure that there are always plenty of options for your after-hours adventures. Numerous performance venues and music festivals bring an eclectic roster of concerts to the community; SunFest in particular attracts major touring act and regularly draws hundreds of thousands of fans to the waterfront every spring.
For a more intimate and refined experience, catch a performance by the Palm Beach Pops or the Miami City Ballet at the Kravis Center.

My family and myself just move to this community. The team in the office is really nice and helpful. I hope to live here for a while. It minutes away from my job.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at Pine Ridge. We're happy we could meet your expectations! Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
This complex is very nice with great amenities. Unfortunately, there is no security during the day or night. Multiple times throughout the week, and inevitably every weekend, there will be large crowds of people congregating it all hours of the night by the pool drinking and being loud with no concern for the community. More than once, my family has been woken up due to fighting in the parking lot. Management will not return calls or emails to help address the issue. You have to physically go in the office where they will tell you to contact the local authorities next time and treat you as though you are just another “needy annoying tenant”. This problem is getting worse, weak by week as they continue to fill the buildings in the complex. After less than six months with the problem worsening, we have decided to pay the money to break the lease and move to a more comfortable environment. Again this brand new complex is beautiful and has amazing amenities. We were so excited to come here, but feel that we have made a mistake. if late night noise and an occasional screaming mash while people are fighting outside your window doesn’t bother you then you’ll love it here??

pine ridge sends out emails saying how lucky we are to live and rent here, but in the months ive lived here i’ve felt anything but. pine ridge looks nice from the outside, but for a brand new apartment there sure is a list of things that need fixing. my bf and i were the first tenants ever in our apartment and the second we walked in we had a whole list front and back of all the damage. the apartments have fake security cameras and my package got STOLEN from my doorstep. had to buy a ring doorbell just to protect our packages at a ”gated” complex… the gates don’t work. absolutely anybody can get into the facilities. their website clearly states all breeds are welcomed here but they almost kicked our dog out for being a pittbull mix. we had to drop $150 on an esa letter just so he wouldn’t have to go back to the shelter... even though their website allows any breeds. F building is by far the worst, our “lawn” is just mud. we won’t even let our dog out there. and maintenance messed up our patio so it’s all ripped up now. there are sprinklers around the property that release sewage water at random times throughout the day (many clothes got ruined) no dog park so people bring their dogs into the pool and basketball courts and playground. dog droppings everywhere , even on our patio ??? there is no policy on aggressive dogs, i’ve brought it up to management bc my dog was almost attacked by a POLICE DOG. there are very nasty dogs here, one even attacked maintenance. i personally stress just walking my dog around the facility knowing he isn’t truly safe here. the apartment is a shoebox and you can hear people talking, walking, literally everything from everywhere. there are much better apartments out there for the price that pine ridge charges. i could go ON AND ON about everything wrong w this facility.

I took almost 2 months to have my documents analysed by a team who promises 48 hours to do it, and by the end, they refused me out of a reason which I could consider reasonable! Besides that, the price is extremely outrageous for such an extremely small apartment as it is, including the walls that seems to be thinner than a paper leaf and the staff is such ridiculous! I don't recommend it neither to my worst enemy!
