Property Ratings at Residence at University Hills
I am more than happy with my move here. Laura, Property Manager, was wonderful in helping me to make this move. We are blessed to have her! Great area with lots of close local shops/stores such as King Soopers. Residents are friendly, and nice amenities, too.
Last year, my HVAC had a problem. They got a portable solution right away! Then a new one installed (on roof) a week later. The newer, more modern one noticeably brought down my monthly Utility Bill about 18% while working more efficiently. This year, it had a little problem with indoor AC freezing up. Apartment got repairman on it the very next day! Little tune up, the problem is gone. Likewise, had the Microwave fail, got a replacement the next day. Read all the articles, or TV News about apartments that don't fix things. Really appreciate the difference here! When I was in College, I managed a small apartment. Can really appreciate the good management here.
moved in july Jenny and residence are friendly and very helpful area is convient to shopping for groceries hair cut and most things that i need

If you’re 62 or over and want to live in a lovely, safe community please go to see the apartments at the Residences at University Hills. I moved in recently and have been so impressed with everything and everyone. Jenny, the community manager, took over in March of 2019, and you can sure tell that she cares about keeping the building in tip top shape. She also knows the names of every resident! You can make friends here if you want. There are lots of group activities if you want to be around folks. The apartments have 9 or 12 foot ceilings, big windows so there’s lots of daylight. There’s a complete laundry room in every apartment with a washer and dryer and shelves and cupboards! And there’s plenty of space inside and out for entertaining your family and friends. They love dogs there and have a small dog park and lots of nice walks in the neighborhood. There’s a King Sooper across the street so you won’t have to drive to get your groceries. You won’t be disappointed by spending a bit of your time visiting the Residences at University Hills.
Would not recommend this apartment complex. The elevator is always breaking down and leaves you to take the stairs or another elevator at the other end of the building. The apartment was not cleaned at move in. It even had things in the kitchen cabinets from the last tenant. The sound is terrible between walls and floors. The neighborhood is noisy and dirty because of all the retail stores. One tenant parked on the street during the day and had their car stolen in the morning. The manager/leasing agent is related to the owner and were very rude and unprofessional. They schedule several move in/out at the same time and do not always provide an elevator key, so the move takes twice as long.
