I called to speak to the property manager why even bother she doesnt acknowledge any of my emails or phone calls. we can't get our parking lot cleared of snow and ice, let alone our parking spaces plowed. --- posted on our community wall that the plow was coming so we all moved our cars from the parking lot and no one ever showed up. Residents attempted to post this to the community wall and --- denied and deleted the posts. The ice is built up to 6 inches in some areas. The sidewalks are never shoveled or salted anymore causing slips and falls and i fell a couple times they don't care with my daughter in my arms.

The manager shows you the nicest apartment, and say it will be exactly the same! Guess what? When I moved in, the tub looks like someone was dead inside there. I complained, and say it wasn’t what I see. But too late honey, you already sign the contract. Not to mention the ridiculous high electric bill that they don’t tell you about it. The AC and Heather a super old and laud (sounds like a airplane taking off in the morning) , what cause higher bills. Parking lot is a mess! And the hallway always dirty. I’m sure you can find a better place with better price!

Dont move in here. The rent is way too high. The maintenance is so slow. The parking lot is a mess. It looks like a dump. The old owners were so much better. Miss Camelot.
Do not move here. The new owners are horrible. They kick people out who have lived here and like it. The rent is to high for what you get. Parking needs to be assigned. The favor people with saved parking spaces. The maintenance takes forever. They have one person taking care of two properties. It's too much for one person to handle.

Do not live here. You will regret it. The new owners suck. They are raising the rent to way to much. Not worth it at all. Changing a monthy pet fee for rent. They do not like animals at all. They do not keep up with maintenance. They have no garages or storage at all. The buildings are old and run down. They probably are not up to code. Look somewhere else.

POORLY TAKEN CARE OF. ON SITE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. MAINTENANCE IS AT ITS WORST! KID DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE'S DOING NEVER FINISHES THE JOB NOR DONE CORRECTLY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BUILDINGS ARE NOT TAKEN CARE OF IN THE LEAST. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
I have been here for almost 6 years and hope to stay another 6. The on site manager is amazing and handles everything with class and the job gets done. The maintenance is polite and respectable man who takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend camelot apartment living to everyone. Peaceful quiet and problem free. What more can you ask for. Love my home.
Perfect location for a switch from city to country life! Eases you into it! Love that I can walk to the nearest park for the kids, recreation park/ball fields, and a library! Very close to shopping and only an hour away from the beach! Grounds are well kept, laundry facility great. Buildings are older, but newer appliances at a great price!
As this community does not have basements the prior review must have been meant for another community in the North. Our Community has a great staff and responds quickly if there is an issue.
I've been living here for about a year and all I have to say is it is not worth what I pay for rent. Basement leaks when it's storms or after winter when the snow melts. The maintenance guy has been made aware of this issue several times but hasn't solved the problem and hasn't been back to check on it in months. The owner of the apartments is also very strict when it comes to appearance. Recently a paper regarding outdoor items was posted and you pretty much cannot have or do anything outside. Most apply to your children, if your child likes to bike ride or do sidewalk chalk well you can forget about that because it's not allowed. I've been looking for a new place to live but because I pay a fortune to live here all my money goes to this place which is making finding a new place difficult. So unless you are well endowed with money this place is out of reach.
