This is, hands down, the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Ms. J and the rest of the staff are super amazing and attentive to the residents. And the community events are always on point. Plus we get random food trucks stopping by every now and then and it is in a relatively convenient location.
Love the environment here! They have a great way of getting the neighbors together by always hosting fun nights! Location is literally in the middle of everything.

The leasing office is impeccable with their kindness and customer service. Very pet friendly apartment. Love that the building is green certified, so my utility bill is lower than usual. Gorgeous property that's kept up well. Maintenance turnaround service is quick. Worth the price you pay for your rent $. Wish I had moved here sooner.

It’s a beautiful apartment with great finishes. However, needs improvement in the package system- it often gets lost or stolen, and having a train track right next to the apartment may not necessarily be a good thing- very loud at night.

It’s a beautiful community, the amenities are great, and the staff are amazing! Although there is some noise from the nearby train, the community is still quiet and we barely hear our neighbors. The private parking garage for residents is also a huge plus.

Leasing office is friendly and helpful. Whenever I have placed a maintenance ticket it has been addressed with 36 hours at most. The property has routine events and food trucks. Great quiet community.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating for most of our needs. The studio apartment layout is open enough to accommodate wheelchairs. I personally love the garden tub but it is not friendly to those who are unable walk. It would also be nice to have the flexibility to adjust the thermostat in the unit. Overall the my RAJ experience is pleasant.

Not happy bc I was told that this was a no smoking property but there is constant smoking day, mid-day and night constant. Management assured me prior to my move In that if someone were to smoke they would get to the bottom of it, although no one has accomplished getting the resident to stop.

The apartment is a beautiful place. I just wish there was a bit more closet space and kitchen cabinets. I also wish there was a loading dock closer to my apartment, as moving in was rough with the long back and forth walks.

Chris is awesome. I have never felt more welcome in an Apartment complex. The amenities here are unmatched with an awesome location next to a brewery and a coffee shop.

Annapolis Junction has been a home to me over the past 4 years. I take pride in where I live and enjoy coming home every day. The building is clean and luxe and the staff are like family.
Our experience thus far at RAJ has been great! Friendly staff and neighbors. One pro/con would be the location- we do hear the train often but also a pro is that we have very easy access to the MARC.

It’s great living here. Friendly staff, comfortable community and areas a for dogs to play. Commute to work is under 10 mins. I feel safe here and I enjoy the amenities.

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Ticketing system entries were easy to make. In less than 24 hours, all of the repairs and fixes were done.

Very nice amenities and things look well maintained. Not much noise. Parking garage can be dangerous as people drive through. Smell in the trash area is not acceptable - need bigger exhaust fans to pull that smell out regularly. Dog bath is a great idea.

Experience has been great so far. Jasimon has been so helpful and welcoming. The apartment is close to the highway and Marc train which is amazing. So many amenities are available and the apartment is beautiful and safe, would definitely recommend living here!
The move in process was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful along the way even coming from Japan. I love this apartment complex! I think all of the staff are super helpful and nice.

This is my first week as a resident of Residence at Annapolis Junction. I am amazingly impressed with everything from the prompt and friendly staff to the resort-type amenities. Even the tenants that I've met so far are so welcoming. They try to make everything so convenient for the tenants here including package delivery. I recommend this place to make it a home.

This community is a complete 180 from the community I just left. Everyone is so nice! I really enjoy the open floor plan and I have more space for my things. The storage facility within the community is a plus. The fact that it is so quiet and it is strictly non-smoking brings me so much peace. Every morning I wake up and am blessed to be here.

Moving here has been amazing. Friendly staff, the amenities are amazing. 10/10, 5 gold stars. There are so many activities a month. My dog enjoys being here and my commute to work is 8 mins. This place is home.
