The Residences at Carmel City Center

We recently moved to a 2 bedroom apartment at the Wedgwood building. The building is very quiet, incredibly soundproof and very well insulated. All the public areas are very clean. The floor plan works perfectly for us with a large size bedroom and a second bedroom as an office. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances, spacious bathrooms. All very modern and comfortable. Our leasing agent Sheila was very helpful during the move.

I love living here! I’m steps away from walks/bike rides on the Monon, concerts at the Palladium, plays at the Tarkington, spin classes at InCycle, lots of restaurants and shopping. The apartments are quiet and beautiful. Property Manager, Julia, and her staff, Angela, Sheila, Don, and Josh, are so easy to work with, friendly and helpful and make living here so comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks everyone!

I love living here. It is very quiet and classy. You don’t hear any noise from neighbors next door or above because of the quality construction. And the staff is amazing: Mollie, Angela, Josh…everyone is kind and responsive.

Quiet and well maintained apartments in a great location on the Monon Trail near downtown Carmel. Staff is very helpful and attentive and any maintenance concerns are quickly addressed. I have lived here for over 5 years with no regrets. I would highly recommend considering these the Residences

The staff is extremely welcoming and very helpful! The apartments come with great space and the complex has awesome amenities. The location is perfect, right off the Monon Trail and a short walk from Midtown.

Great location - 50 yards from the Monon and just steps away from restaurants, bars and shopping. The property is meticulously maintained and the office staff is very friendly and genuine. The amenities are good too - two workout rooms, a game room with theater and golf simulator, etc. We’ve enjoyed living here!

Unlike many apartments I've lived in or visited, everything in these apartments is clean, sturdy, upscale, high quality. The employees in the office and in maintenance are friendly and caring. It's a great place to live!

Moving to the residences was the best decision ever ! everyone is super nice here and helpful . Im walking distance to almost everything & maintenance is very prompt and do their very best with the upkeep the ladies at the office are very sweet and helpful recommend %100

I moved to the Residences at City Center thinking it would be a temporary situation during a transition in my life and have been here for seven years. I have lived in three different units and the quality is second to none. My girlfriend lived in a competing property near by and the quality difference is night and day. The Residences at City Center units feel like a home, not an apartment. The management is great also!

Poor management!! Not dog friendly!! No park!!! No pool!!! No Privacy whatsoever!! It’s been one year in hell!!!

My husband and I lived at The Residences for a couple of years before buying a home. It is a safe place to live with lots going on around the area. The Management is professional at all times. It would be our first pick for apartment/condo like living in the future. The Radloffs

First of all, this apt is not at suitable for young kids.It does'nt have park, swimming pool.Infact, the Monson trail behind, no kids at all.I went mad for 1 yr with my only child to engage her.Only for retired community & bachelors.For last 1 yr she was the only child going to school from this apt ,unbelievable.

The unique floor plans at the Residences at Carmel City Center deviate from the cramped, cookie-cutter layout of normal apartment living. Each unit is truly unique, only like those above and below. Floor plans reserve space for entry ways that provide the feel of a home, not an apartment where you seem to step right into the living room. Luxury options are standard (hardwood, granite), with 9' ceilings and great views. Location is everything, in the heart of Carmel's City Center redevelopment, with direct access to the Monon Trail, arts venues and on-premise dining and shopping. Security is good, the police station is next door. The grounds are actually city redevelopment property and are well-maintained The building's amenities are modest buy high end, with a gym, business center, conference room and great room. Parking covered and is assigned in the underground garage, preferred parking is available. High-end condos sit on higher floors, assuring good maintenance and upkeep of common areas. The staff is friendly and attentive, offering concierge services and responsive maintenance. The staff works hard to create a sense of community, with frequent building activities and parties. The resident mix is largely middle age and boomer professionals, with a decent amount of younger couples just starting their families around--there are adorable babies and toddlers in the building! Noticeably absent are on-premise outdoor amenities... pool, grilling area, etc. This building is the cornerstone that was laid for a much larger project, to fill in all of the empty space around it. As the project is rounded out, expect more shopping, dining and amenities. The building is very pet friendly.
