Greer, South Carolina is a convenient small town less than 20 minutes from Greenville. Property Ratings at Residences at Century Park
Getting very sick of the parking issues, smelling weed all hours of the day, and disgustingly dirty pool with everything, including globs of hair, floating in it. There’s a pit bull on site (against property rules) that I’ve reported numerous times as the owner doesn’t control it. The office has even told me that their property insurance doesn’t cover that breed if anything were to happen, meaning they will can be sued if it does anything. Dogs are constantly off leashes and charging other dogs as you walk them. The dog park has huge, deep holes in it that are bad enough to easily break a dog’s leg in. Tow trucks will tow cars with permit tags in them and even tow cars if the owner comes out to move it. Some trailers get towed off the property, while others can sit in permitted parking spots for months. Cars run the stop signs nearly hitting people all the time. Today, I had to leave the pool due to people letting their dog swim in it. They really pick and choose what they feel like dealing with, which isn’t much at all. The managers are cowards behind ridiculous “please don’t…” emails. This place has gone severely downhill since I moved in and it’s truly appalling.

Exceptional staff! Lovely apartment with view of Century Park. Maintenance staff is very responsive. I happen to be in a very quiet building. No parking issues. Beautiful property. On-site security.

I really have enjoyed living here until today. There is a new policy where each apartment gets one parking pass no matter how many people live in the apartment.My husband and I live here and have to share the pass. There are NOT enough spaces to accommodate the amount of occupants. They expect you to not park in the spaces marked for permits EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY SPOTS AVAILABLE. They expect you to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk even if there are 10 open spaces right infront of your building. My husband and I had to pay 230 dollars to get his car back this morning. We pay too much a month to have to deal with THEIR MISTAKE not having enough spaces. I am a small girl and I am not going to give a spot up that is right infront of my building to park and walk in pitch black darkness across the whole complex, my safety is more important than that. We will not be resigning the lease if they don’t figure out another solution. We have never given them trouble and we pay our rent on time every month. It shows their lack of respect for their residents. Save yourself the trouble find somewhere else to live where you don’t have to worry about being towed.

Leasing office staff is rude and don’t care about the residents! parking is horrible only one parking spot per apartment so the other person on the weekend has a 10 min walk after finding a parking spot pay too much not to enjoy where u live never again !

We chose this brand new apartment complex with the intent of a worry free home. Instead this has been the worst whirl wind of a poor quality and not very maintained apartments. We were the first to move into our apartment and paint was scattered everywhere. Paint writing on our granite. The flooring is very cheap. Peeling up in most areas. Half the wall outlets did not work. Trash in hall ways due to nowhere to place it because the compactor is broke and the dumpster placed for the alternative is not maintained and mounded way over the top overfilling into the parking lot in the front entrance. For lack of better word it seems to hold tru to trash DUMP. We both have full time jobs and not much spare time. Our washer flooded on day one. We have no animals but walking to your apartment you are sure to smell a zoo due to doggie doo and pee. STRONG amonia odor! If anything should be a priority it is not but they can place a late fee on your door in a heart beat but do not have a convenient way to accept your payment. They over advertised the amenities with a tanning beds and grill but yet to happen. They did place a Walmart grill out for use. The rent is high and if you are looking for convenience, count it out.
