Property Ratings at Residences at Cooper Bend
Poor maintenance, terrible office hours, good luck getting ahold of anyone to fix anything. Thank God my lease is almost up!!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. It was a great place to live a short while ago but once the property sold it had gone downhill. From the shooting in front of the 5 building (just look at the bleach stain) to the tarps that have been on the roof before the hurricane hit... Is this somewhere that you want your children to play? Good luck walking 3 feet into the grass and not stepping in animal feces. The columns on both the 2 and 3 building have fallen months ago and have yet to be replaced, Im just glad they didn't fall on me. Dont even get me started on Olivia, not a resident here can even stand her. From her attitude to her laziness it has gotten old really quick. They had a lady named Cindy in the office and she seemed to be the only one who seemed to care and could be here on time. The best part about living here is starting a countdown to when your lease is up and you can move somewhere else!!! Oh one more thing, good luck getting parking by your building after 5 since some residents have 3-5 vehicles that all park up front. Just wait till summer when your electric bill is $250 on top of your rent that has gone up $200 in the past year. Your paying for lipstick people and this place is the pig and the whole farm.
This is a very nice place to live. Whatever is needed from maintenance it's done. The staff is awesome. We are tucked out of the way for a peaceful and tranquil environment. It is convenient for my daughter to go to college and going to work. Also, if you love privacy it is wonderful too. The neighborhood is beautiful. You are surrounded with schools your kids can walk to...elementary, middle and high school and a beautiful library. This is a wonderful place to live and nice restaurants to enjoy.
If your like me, your four legged friend is the love your life! I have 2 dogs, an Australian Shepard and a Yorkie :) I have tile throughout my ENTIRE apartment, which is perfect for those little "accidents" my puppy has every once in a while. I love having tile! It's easy clean up for shedding and it doesn't soak up that not so pleasant 'dog smell' (like carpet does). Also in the back of our apartment complex is a HUGE grass area...perfect for my dogs to run all their crazys out! Great apartments for pet owners!!
