Residences at Covered Bridge

My husband, our baby and cat lived here for 3 years!!! We were so sad to leave but we were moving into a house. I cannot recommend this property enough. Tina the property manager is exceptional. Maintenance is so nice and attentive. We always felt safe and felt like we could always voice concerns.

I just recently moved in and so far so good! Tina the property manager has been amazing and the apartments are very nice and homey! I moved here after a breakup and hopefully the time I am here will be great! So far so good! It's also very quiet here in a country like setting. I like it.

I lived at this apartment complex for 5 years and highly recommend it. My apartment was comfortable, recently renovated, had tons of storage space, laundry within the building, and had friendly neighbors. There's plenty of parking space, the complex has a secluded feel being surrounded by trees on almost all sides, and you can walk to the lake or downtown Liverpool in minutes! Plus there's a cute lit-up covered bridge over a creek! Above all else though, management is great! They are very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I wish all my landlords were like them.

I have lived in this awesome place at Residents of Covered Bridge for more than 3 years. Extraordinary management Tina and all staff are super kind, super helpful, all staff treat everyone with respect. ???????? The application process was super smooth, the apartment neighborhood is super quiet, they are always improving, new windows and a nice pool and the staff always there fast when we need help from day one to the end of the long 3 year leasing. I feel totally blessed by having the opportunity to call this place home for several years and meeting our Dear Tina and all the management staff. I’ve lived here at Covered Bridge apartments for about 2 years and I’ve only had good experiences. It has always been very quiet here, which I have enjoyed. Management has been so helpful with everything I have ever needed, and maintenance has been as well. They have always been so quick to help me and I have appreciated them so much! I am only moving out to live somewhere bigger but otherwise I would stay here!

I’ve been living her for almost a year now and I have great things to say. Tina the property manager is the upmost sweetest person ever. Every time I have had a concern she sends someone over to fix it right away. She generally cares about the people that live here and she is like family. Dog friendly community which is awesome considering there is not many apartment complex’s around the Syracuse/ Liverpool area that allows dogs or pets in general. You get so much here for the amount of money you spend. Cheaper then other apartments in the area, but definitely not a dump. Big balcony’s, spacious living room- you can fit a large sectional and a huge tv in it. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I recently moved into Covered Bridge and it was a great choice. When I moved to Syracuse, I had two colleagues immediately recommend it - they had lived here previously and missed it (only leaving to live with partners elsewhere). I now know why - Tina and the other staff at Covered Bridge are AMAZING. They are kind and responsive and have already made me feel at home. I have been a fairly needy renter since moving in and have never been met with anything but kindness and action. I absolutely recommend living here - you won't regret it!

I’ve lived at Covered Bridge for almost two years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff, apartment, and area. Since day one Tina, the property manager, was extremely helpful and kind. Anytime something broke in the apartment, which was rare, she made sure to have maintenance come fix it. The staff is really willing to work with you and make sure you’re taken care of. The maintenance staff is also great. If I didn’t have to move for my job I would stay until I purchased a house. Overall my experience at Covered Bridge was great and I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Lived here for 3 years. By far the friendlies staff I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. From the maintenance team to the ladies in the office, they have always greeted me excitement and made me feel like family. The maintenance team is constantly maintaining the property and the office ladies are always eager to answer any questions. Never had trouble getting ahold of anyone. Very personable and welcoming staff who are punctual and do everything they can to make the community clean, organized and well maintained.

Normally I'm not one to write reviews but I truly enjoyed living here! I lived at residence at covered bridge for about 2 years and had a excellent experience! Leasing staff are fantastic and super responsive to questions/concerns. The community is well landscaped, clean, and pet friendly. Apartments are updated with natural colors for decorating. Great location for commuters into Syracuse and with close proximity to Onondaga Lake for walking, biking, and skating on paved trails. Would highly recommend choosing Residence at Covered Bridge!

I lived here for two years as a graduate student, and I loved it! Not only is it in a great area (close to the lake and village, near lots of restaurants, coffee houses, etc. that are only a 5-10 minute walk away), the apartment complex is also quiet and very scenic (with a nice view of the woods from the living room window that gave it a great ambiance). The staff is fantastic too! They are very friendly and eager to work with the residents who live there, and they are also quick to respond to any questions/concerns an individual may have. Finally, many of the residents have dogs or cats that are friendly and good around people/other animals, so it's a great place to be if you have a pet. Overall, I'd definitely recommend living here!

I moved here about 2 years ago and I love it. There's a pool on-site, and a laundry room in my building. It's very quiet and peaceful. The on-site property managers are so friendly and always helpful. Great place to live!

I have been living here for almost 2 years. The property management company takes good care of the grounds and the pool. Any issues I have are always addressed immediately, and the property managers are so kind and helpful. I'm happy I moved here. It's a great place to live.

The property is clean and the leasing office employees, Brenda and Tina, are super helpful and incredibly kind. It has been easy working with them and the maintenance crew when solving any issues that may arrive.

I have lived here a little over 13 years, this is home for me. Great staff, that feel more like family, always caring, understanding and courteous. Maintenance is quick to answer calls and resolve issues and Tina and Brenda in the office are exceptional. They always go over and beyond the call of duty and go out of their way to make sure everything is top notch here at Covered Bridge. The size of the apartments are great and the closet space is exceptional, definitely an amenity. Great location, beautiful property, I am very happy to call this place my home. If I had one thing to request, a little bit more lightning.

I have resided at these apartments for approx 1.5 years. Although the apartment I chose is some what dated, it is not the cabinets/walls/soundproofing that make for a great living experience. It is the office manager, the,maintenance staff and the neighbors. Should the updated apartments ever be within my budget I would surely move to one of them just for the dishwasher alone!! Tina is the best building manager I have ever met, and I have met many. Tina knows this business, she also knows each resident by name, takes time to listen, which is a very important quality in management. She does not "blow smoke" but tells you how it is. My AC stopped working last summer. Tina and the maintenance crew went above and beyond to see that I was comfortable until the unit could be replaced. Maintenance works in a timely manner and is always professional and polite. Snow removal is good, I would rate it great if the parking lot could be plowed prior to my leaving for work at 6:30, but that is not always possible, and I am just one person. It is hard to keep up with snow removal at times in CNY. I have only one con about this complex, I do wish that the playground was updated and moved to the "island" so the kids could utilize it and be closer to there apartments, making the area where it is now an enclosed dog park since pets are allowed here. Also I hope that one day they might host some community gatherings. Picnic/Pool party, etc. I will admit that I have encountered a rent increase, however, that is happening everywhere and it was expected with new ownership taking over. So long as Morgan properties realizes that we are Liverpool NY and not NYC with the increases, I will continue to make this apartment my home. You won't be unhappy if you choose The Residences at Covered Bridge as your new home

They have a train that passes by about 20 feet from the apartment, it comes at all hours of the day and night, but they neglect to tell you this until you've already moved in and leave you to discover this yourself. There are planes that fly overhead. The neighbors can be clearly heard and are loud. The management staff will not refund a security deposit. During my time there, there were gunshots, theft, visits from police about both of these, and a fire just a few apartments over (same building). During the renovations of the burned apartment, there were signs placed warning of asbestos. I would not wish this apartment complex on my worst enemy.

Covered Bridge Apartments offers a wonderful old-timey setting in gorgeous Liverpool, within walking distance of Lake Onondaga, the library, dining and stores. Minutes to Destiny mall by car or bus, we are also stop on the bus line. Liverpool is centrally located between the country and city, with music on the green in summer. You can't find a nicer place to live. A quaint wooden Covered Bridge leads to the pool in summer. Our kitchens have smaller stoves, with reasonable electric rates: what more could you hope for? The apartments are tucked in between evergreen and hardwood trees for privacy and greenery. The abundant wildlife in the area are fun to watch in winter...and Liverpool has a top-rated school district. Our manager Tina is right when she welcomes everyone to the family: this is a great place to live at a great price, and very well managed.
