So far, this has been the best first 6 months I’ve ever had moving into a new apt. I really hope I continue to love it! I have great access to the interstate and airport and I love my layout and storage options.
Love living here -- they make it easy to! Great leasing office, great maitenance workers and always keep you informed of what is going on in the community!
Been here for a couple of years and overall a good experience. Wish they would update some things such as appliances and gym equipment. The maintenance team rocks!
This place has seriously deterioated over the past year. The garbage dumpsters over flow at least twice a week. This has led to residents leaving their trash outside their door waiting for the dumpsters to be emptied; dumpster divers & feral cats rummaging through trash. Absolutely insane considering we are getting charged a $7.50 monthly junk fee for trash. Maintenance does not fufill requests. A month ago, my unit had water leakage from the unit above. I still have a light that needs to be repaired & spots that need to be repainted. I was told it would be done after the incident, it hasn't happened. Management is unresponsive to issues nor desires to assist. Due to the upstairs unit leaking water onto my unit, I was just told I need to contact my insurance. My electricity bill increased $50 for the week that the fans were running, unit was not liveable for a week. I couldn't work from home, had to drive to the office. I was again told to refer to my insurance. Horrible

La comunidad es muy tranquila, siempre tienen buen mantenimiento en las instalaciones. Me encanta tener lavadora y secadora full size dentro de los apartamentos porque Ya no tengo que salir mas a las lavanderías locales. Los muchachos de mantenimiento hacen un buen trabajo, siempre que he hecho una petición para reparación han venido a hacerlo cuando es mi turno. La gente de aquí es muy limpia, nunca veras basura fuera del bote de basura. Tienen gimnasio 24 horas abierto y tienen mail room donde puedes tener segura tu paqueteria. El area de alberca es realmente nice, hay un hermoso mobiliario de patio y sus asadores siempre están limpios. El staff de la oficina es muy amable. I love to live here!!

I love the apartment, but getting things fixed takes forever, especially the gates, which seem to consistently have noise issues and break. Maintenance just needs work.

The location is a huge bonus! Complex is pretty well maintained could use some new paint and a spray down inside the hallways but overall it’s not too bad. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part and the leasing staff are pretty helpful.

Good luck getting in contact with anyone in the office. No one ever reply to calls or emails. The trash is still an issue where is it overflowing. The gates are often broken. I don’t know why they bother paying for security because they don’t do anything to stop random people coming in (especially when the gates are broken). Everything in the gym is outdated and broken half the time. They took half the pool furniture away (which is also outdated and in poor shape). The tour apartment has nicer features than the actual apartments you rent.

The garbage piles up in the dumpsters so badly now it falls out because there is no more room for it. You need to increase the frequency of pickup. It’s a health hazard issue. Maintenance closes out maintenance requests without working them. Several times I’ve requested them to attend to the waste stations and it’s done days or up to a week later. With no bags available people let their dogs poop without picking it up. Frequently the stations have been full without changing them. The grounds have a lot of litter around them. The place looks gross.

I recently moved from the midwest and could not be happier with my experience at 4225. Sabrina worked with me to do a FaceTime walk through of my apartment so I could actually see it before I moved in. Move-in day was super quick and easy in the office. It's a great location: close to downtown, to Tempe, the airport, Scottsdale, there's a Costco, Target and Fry's Grocery within walking distance. Super happy to be here.

Awesome and spacious apartments. Location is literally near everything, if not a very short drive to where you need to go. Beautiful and clean pool, awesome 24 hour gym, and pet friendly! Other residents are fairly quiet and are good neighbors, but could be better about picking up after their dogs. The halls stay fairly clean and parking is frustration free.

Overall, management is very nice. I do like living here. I have a 1 bedroom and it’s still very spacious. I also am able to park my car right under my apartment in the half car garage with assigned parking. Maintenance is always on top of everything right away. The walls are thin, but at least I’m a deep sleeper! For the most part, it’s not too much noise. People that live here are friendly, and it’s a nice big apartment complex that my dog loves when I walk him. They also have a dog park that is nice as well. My main complaint is just the people that don’t live here that hop the back gate or get inside the complex in general, especially by the building I reside in. Other than that, it may be a little bit of a rough area in Phoenix, but there is definitely much rougher areas, so I can’t complain. The apartment complex is beautiful and overall I am pleased with residing here.

The renovated apartments here are very cute and have a nice layout. The maintenance team is very helpful and prompt. The office staff can be helpful at times but not always. The community has some kind residences and some who are not as considerate of others. The area where the apartment complex is run down and there are generally a lot of people experiencing homelessness outside the gates and the neighborhood and complex on both sides are very run down as well.

Current resident here and these 5 star reviews are absolutely fake and done by management, staff, or anyone else on behalf of them to up their ratings which is quite sad. I’ve lived here for several years and this is my last. The community, management, and staff have gone downhill DRASTICALLY. If you’re ok with homeless roaming your hallways, trash constantly overflowing, staff having attitudes for basic requests that a resident is having trouble with, stolen packages CONSTANTLY because management nor staff will collect packages left out on the floor of the mail room throughout the day, and maintenance requests never completed but marked complete - this is the place for you. For realistic reviews, HIGHLY encourage you read the reviews that aren’t 5 stars…look at the ones between 3 and lower…those are the REAL reviews. Just because they painted the whole community a new color doesn’t mean they can paint over the false advertisement of a community that is going downhill. So disappointing for this to be a greystar community.

I love the community and the office staff are always so friendly and kind. The two times I had to call for maintenance they were very prompt and had the problem resolved within a day. The new paint on the buildings has completely freshened it up and it looks great. Maybe new paint in all the hallways now? :)

This has been my worst apartment experience ever. Upon moving in, there was black mold in the shower, the washing machine didn’t work, and the floors needed replacing. Since moving in, the dishwasher, kitchen faucet and sprayer, tub faucet and water handle, washing machine, garbage disposal, and several blinds had to be replaced. Deliveries at the location are a hit or miss. Most of the time you have to search for your package or don’t get it at all. If the office has your package, there is no communication to you in regard to it. The office staff is unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and will outright lie to you when you inquire about things—that is if they ever answer the phone when you call, which they do not do at least 90% of the time. If there is any work being done on the property, they will let you know a few minutes before or an hour after it’s started. Several water cutoffs for maintenance aren’t notified of until after the fact. The maintenance of the building is abhorrent. The floors shake like a trampoline when anyone walks and has many rotten parts. They are so thin that you hear every little noise from above you and the office will do nothing about noise complaints even if you have proof of the noise disturbances. Safety is an issue as the gate is broken more than it is working. Several tenants have complained about cars being vandalized and broken into. Do not move to this complex if you value your sanity.

Been here for 2 months and I absolutely love where I live. Great neighbors, helpful staff, and the beautiful boulevard strolls are the best.

This is a clean, comfortable community with spacious apartments. Big windows and higher ceilings make the apartments fill with natural light and provide a comfortable living experience. The apartments are designed with good quality materials and feel very well put together.
