0 stars. I’m currently fighting them over the month I left early on the lease due to roach infestation that they couldn’t resolve. Had to leave to save my sanity in the middle of the winter no less. Time for court!

We're so glad to know that your move-in experience at Residences at Glenview Reserve Apartment Homes was smooth and easy! We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive feedback, as well as for recommending us. Thank you for choosing our community!
Signed lease before unit was ready. I understood unit was older but I still thought it would be cleaned before I moved in. It had a strong pot smell. Spiders in ceiling corners. Molded ceiling in bathroom. Water stains in closet from water leak. Cobb webs covered patio area. Had to cancel lease same day I signed lease. Did not get my deposit back. LOOK AT ACTUAL UNIT BEFORE LEASING.!!

!THIS IS DOWN THE STREET FROM A HOTEL FULL OF S*X OFFENDERS DON'T BRING YOUR FAMILIES HERE! only giving it an additional star because the apartment was decent on the inside and my neighbors cared more about my safety and wellbeing than the leasing office did they showed us a totally different unit than what we wanted to rent, rented us the unit we asked for sight unseen. our only request was as little carpet as possible, we were told no carpet on the first floor, ok great! move in day comes and the apartment we walk into is covered in carpet. the girl in the office says she just found out it was a "terrace level" a few weeks ago but didn't bother to tell us especially after she didn't show us the floor plan we asked for that was available to be shown that day. then we had to switch to the floor plan that we saw (and didn't want) and were charged more and hardly given an apology for the inconvenience. gate worked maybe 2 weeks over the entire time we were there. issues with bugs had an issue with my toilet that took multiple weeks/months to be replaced due to covid and they didn't consider it an emergency because we had a 2 bed/2 bath. had an issue with a man stalking my apartment and masturbating outside of my bedroom window and the office's only solution was "we hired security" that was never seen doors would stick and we were not given keys to our patio door that was accessible through the master and were told it's the same key as the front door, no it wasn't. they do not care about you once you're locked into a lease and i'm so thankful i broke it and left early. i would only recommend this place to my worst enemy
My stay here at the residence has been overall real good and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to stay to come here the staff is nice and respectable and easy to talk to I have no problems im happy to be a resident at Grandview thank you.
Ive been here at Glenview Reserve for 10 months now. As a new resident of Nashville who moved to the complex from just the online photos, I couldnt have been happier with the quality and appeal of my unit once I arrived. Very safe and quiet, with friendly and responsive management staff. This apartment isnt a stepping stone for me like my past rentals, either. I could see myself here for a long time!
I really like it here. Even the classic style apartments have some updated features and renovations. I'm in the small 1 br and I love the layout. The double acces to the patio is precious. The community is surprisingly quiet, neighbors mind their own business, and management handles things with professionalism and grace.
Ive been here going on 18 months. Management is great, Maintenence / Mark and his guys are awesome. 10/10 hands down.
If you plan on moving to Glenview make sure they give you a walk through of the apartment prior to signing the lease. Check the area and make sure it is clean and report everything
Although it was holidays my issue was taken care of the very next day morning
Residence at Glenview Reserve is a very nice and safe place to live. If maintenance is needed they take care of it right away.
Always a fast turn around time with maintenance request. Office and maintenance persons do a great job at notifying me about the timeline of work being done via phone or mostly email. Always friendly and ready to help!
I wouldn’t recommend this place, the leasing office never answers the phone let alone calls back, the have a horrible cockroach problem in all the units. The hot water heater is shot , and the parking lines are invisible but somehow there is someone to mow the lawn everyday. Wait one more thing this is suppose to be a gated community and the the gate has been broken going on 4 months. It’s really to bad honestly.
Great location and pet friendly! Short term leasing made my decision easy! Quality of apartment is low and renovations need to be done! Smells like marijuana often!
The staff are all very friendly! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. As a musician I feel comfortable having separate work and living areas!
Great location, quiet and there's a pool, fire pit and plenty of outdoor kitchen space.
I truly enjoy iving at Glenview Reserve. The upgrades they are doing are amazing. The community is very quiet and peaceful. The amenities (pool, tennis courts, dog park, etc.) are extremely nice and convenient. I highly recommend Glenview Reserve to anyone looking for an apartment home.
The complex is in a great location, close to many things like grocery stores, parks, activities, food and shopping. I love how fast and efficient the support staff is (office personnel and maintenance). The only complaint that I would have is theres quite a bit of people that dont pick up after their dogs outside. Other than that, its a great place to call home and were likely renewing our lease!
The apartment and staff are really nice. The area is perfect if you want to nit be in the city but still close to shopping centers and have easy access to quickly get to the city from the highways.
I moved here in June the process was difficult because of technical issues but management was the greatest help. Erika in management was the most welcoming understanding person. Zonia also was very helpful with the specifics I mentioned
This was my first experience moving into an established apartment complex. I did my research and saw that Glenview Reserve was not only affordable, but had good reviews and was in a good location, with very easy access to downtown by car. The application process was a breeze and so was the leasing. These good experiences and the staff service made me very comfortable in my apartment decision, even moving all the way from New York by myself. I honestly have no complaints - and coming from a New Yorker, that really means something!
This residence has been great for me. I have good neighbors, great atmosphere and maintenance is awesome. There is always a fast response to repair any issue and always a friendly smile. I love how the office employees respond with ,a great attitude to, any of my concerns. Great place to live!
So far if weve had any issues they have been very prompt in getting them resolved. I would recommend these apartments. A lot of work going on around here upgrading. Looking great!
Personnel was very helpful with paperwork, etc. Great staff. Zonia was very helpful.
Ive lived here less than a year, but my experience so far has been stellar. From the moment I toured here I felt at home. The staff is amazing- any time I call, they pick up or get back to me in a timely manner. My neighbors are awesome!! I feel like the energy here is very laid back and welcoming. If youre looking for a new place to call home, definitely consider Glenview!
I just want to thank the wonderful Staff at Residences at Glenview Reserve for being so amazing. The staff here is so friendly & very helpful with anything you might need or want. Zonia from the Leasing department really goes above & beyond to make sure your stay here is pleasant & her communication with you is excellent.Thank Zonia & the team for making my experience here at very pleasant one.
Bad policies and managerial actions ruining what could be an entirely liveable community.
I have lived here only for a month and it is a nightmare.
Great administration in getting moved in, maintenance is very prompt. Neighbors are very friendly. The area is kept clean
Maintenance came the very next day, was respectful, communicated what the problem was, fixed the problem, and that was it. Efficient and timely.
I would like to give a big thank you and appreciation out to Faith W. Not only did she do such a fantastic job touring us in the very beginning, and providing so much information, but she also has been very helpful with any questions / or concerns we have had with this move. She is excellent at what she does, and goes above and beyond for the residence here!!!
Lots of visually pleasant improvements to exterior. Apartments are roomy & well laid out but lots are not updated. Just make sure you are able to see the actual apartment you are leasing because they won't let you make any changes.
Zonia was very helpful with the whole process and was very welcoming on this long difficult journey trying to find the perfect home to move into... very safe and clean environment.
Parking is trash. Spiders everywhere. Be prepared to fight some raccoons because “valet trash” rarely does their job as well as cats. Rent is significantly higher than what it was supposed to be and management is no help at all. I get wanting to live in Nashville but please take your money elsewhere. Brown spots in my wall because there was never any air filter in the first place and it caused a leak to my neighbors below me. Please save your money.
I've lived here for 2 years and underwent the change in management, but still have the same experience. The living space is ok, and the new maintenance crew is better than the management crew. The front office team is prominent in giving you the runaround and every time I stop by there is someone ahead of me going off on them. They forget to put in your maintenance requests and give broad answers when you inquire about the pool not being open or the fitness equipment being broken. After months of the BS, I was so frustrated that I had to email Corporate to get these things taken care of. They didn't respond, but they did have my concerns taken care of within a week. The pool doesn't open until July and will close for weeks at a time without notice. We just had a new front gate installed, which has been a nightmare. Cars were piling up because the gate kept malfunctioning, so they finally just left the front gate open. It's overall a quiet place to live and parking is not too bad. The valet trash guys slack sometimes and will let trash pile up outside your door, unless you take it to the dump yourself. But overall the place is ok. I love the pool area once it's open and like that there's not a lot of noise.
He stated that he would try his best to fix all of the issues but could not promise anything and I would have wait until the maintenance request went through. But, at this point that "maintenance request" had been in the office for two weeks now. Three weeks is how long it took maintenance to come out and "fix" aka rig SOME things. I still to this day have issues inside this unit such as the wood underneath the sink, the blinds to the sliding doors, and the storage door outside that still needs to be fixed. They stuck a big black screw into my shower curtain rod that bulges out. They used my old towel racks parts along with a new towel rack end piece to hang it back up with, so now the towel rack has mismatching ends. The wood underneath my sink is still sitting there rotting with a big hole. Maintenance claimed that they ordered wood to replace it with but it has been another two weeks since they claimed that, so I am guessing it isn't going to get fixed either. My shower nozzle has been fixed still a little hard to turn but it'll due. My blinds still do not work as well as my outside storage door. They came to paint my door and it literally looks like they threw the bucket of paint onto the door, and there are paint drips all down the door, and all over the steal that lies underneath the door. My electrical outlets still do not work. I have submitted several maintenance request and at this point they have stopped replying. I received this months rent and the money that we thought we over paid was indeed taken from us, and they added on a fee called "deposit buy out" that fee was 225 dollars (what a coincidence). There is absolutely no communication, and no clear evidence when it comes to paying rent here. Before even moving in we paid 335 dollars in May for our application, administration, and deposit fee plus the 494 dollars each for rent that was supposedly pro rated. Long story short we moved into a hole in the wall, and they could care less about your well being they just want their check. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have tried to contact Milestone management but there is never an answer. Please save yourself a headache and do not move into this hole in the wall. (I would love to attach pictures from the unit but it will not let me, and I have a picture of everything mentioned in this review)

I moved in in June , everything has went wrong in my apartment . From still dealing with a constant pest problem because of a hole under my sink in which they said they would fix , they went inside my house and cut in my walls without notifying me , every single thing as broke down on me as possible . The only good thing is the location . I tried to call corporate none of the corporate office has contacted me . I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST LIVING HERE unless it's a dire need . I will not be resigning .

I had placed my deposit for an apartment here before reading several reviews. Just about all were negative. I went to the office and voiced my concerns i.e. wanted to make sure I had new carpet, trash collection went on as per lease and a few other issues. I have not had problem one since moving in. I had a issue with my patio door and that was taken care of same day, mail box key didn't work, problem resolved. The staff has really gone out of their way to be helpful and take care of my problems. Can't say anything bad about moving here. It was a good move for us. They just don't answer office phone much. But walking or stopping by the office to get a issue fixed is no big thing. This way you know they know what you need.

We are glad that you are happy with your home, and greatly appreciate your kind words. Thank you!
Move in was great and no problems despite what a handful of negative reviews say about this place. The staff had been really helpful with a few problems I had and the maintenance people are good at what they do.
The Apartments at Landmark are what you'd expect for the price you pay. They're the biggest and most cost-efficient units anywhere in the greater Nashville area (that's actually safe) but there's a reason for that. The things listed as "new" are not- the carpet IS new, but the counter tops, walls, fixtures (assuming they give you any), etc. are just painted over. So don't expect top-tier amenities at a great price- you're just getting a pretty new facade. Maintenance takes FOREVER so it might be worth it to learn basic home maintenance so that you don't have to wait weeks - or sometimes months - for them to correct an issue. All that being said, it's a great location with friendly neighbors and you're not paying top dollar for a smaller place downtown- it's not great, but it'll do while you build up your savings for someplace that delivers on what it promises!
My complex is nice. I hate they got rid of the outdoor basketball court to put down some hopscotch and other games kids don't really play. The parking situation is a bit tough but we make it work. I have yet to visit the pool in my 3 years here but it looks nice. The office staff is nice. The parking lot could stand to be paved versus the patchwork of fixes. I'm still waiting for the newer appliances to go along with the refurbishing but then my rent will probably jack up that much more. I will also say, the valet trash pickup is spotty--seems they work a different collection schedule than what is stated.
As far as the location it's close enough to the interstate so getting to places around town is easy. I haven't had any issues with loud or obnoxious neighbors. There are no issues with bugs or rodents either. As far as first apartments go I'm glad that I live here above anywhere else.
