LoDo, short for Lower Downtown, is Denver’s oldest neighborhood, touting the largest concentration of Victorian and early 20th-century buildings in the United States. The historic mingles with the modern in LoDo, where you’ll find some of the city’s most popular restaurants, bars, and boutiques in renovated buildings with a rustic feel.
LoDo is home to Denver’s bustling transportation hub, Union Station, affording residents easy commutes and travels. Sporting events abound near LoDo, with Coors Field and Pepsi Center both situated within walking distance of the neighborhood and Mile High Stadium just a short drive away.
Numerous attractions also sit within close proximity to LoDo, including 16th Street Mall, Civic Center Park, and Elitch Gardens. Property Ratings at Residences at Market Station
Overall, the property is nice and the staff are helpful. The convince of the location and dog parks on the building site are great amenities. The Luxer system doesn't make a ton of sense; I will get a package code but the building may move the package to storage before my allotted 3 days or, I have put on a package hold, they will move them. This has caused a few issues with my packages but the team is responsive. The dog park is great to have but unfortunately residents don't clean up after their pet and allow them to go on the pavers by the pool at times. I would recommend the building invest in the poop testing to encourage more compliance in this area. Gym is sufficient for a basic workout. Would like to see a little more for lifting equipment as it is primarily cardio with a few options/machines in the second level.
I love living here. The apartments are so much quieter than I expected. The staff is incredible and always so responsive and kind. My apartment feels luxe and everything is solid and well made and works perfectly.
No concierge in the flats anymore really sucks. Constantly not getting packages delivered, which never happened when there was a concierge at the front. Hallways don’t seem to get vacuumed anymore so dog hair is really piling up. Gym is always out of wet towelettes to wipe down machines after use.
Great professional and attentive staff. Very helpful with questions and getting setup to make move in easier and uncomplicated. Great vibe from the neighborhood and loving the whole downtown energy for sure!
Fantastic location and great amenities. Apartments are specious and reasonably priced. I just renewed my lease here and will only live here as long as I live in Denver
I have really loved living here overall. Very nice employees, the community is always clean, never loud, and overall very enjoyable. I recommend this apartment building to everyone!!
My experience living at Residences of Market Station continues to be great. We love the walkability of the corner of downtown we’re in and how safe we feel.
Amazing Customer Service, Super friendly Staff! Move-in was a breeze especially with all of the added amenities! The apartment was also clean with updated appliances.
I had a very smooth move in. Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the leasing office to the concierge. Really couldn't of asked for anything more .Very excited to call base camp home.
The best location and best residents! Central location in LoDo, close to Union Station, Dairy Block, Coors Field, and Ball Arena. Compared to other apartment communities, this is by far the best :)
It's quiet and the people & staff are friendly. Everything in the apartments feels quality. Been here nearly 2 months now and I feel like I made the right choice.
I love living in Market Station. The rent is very reasonable, the amenities are a bonus, the location can’t be beat, and the staff are incredibly attentive. Do yourself a favor and get a tour.
Love living at Market Station! I always feel safe, the amenities and events are great, & everyone is friendly. Plus it’s so central with lots to do right outside your door. The noise in apartments would be my only complaint (walls need better insulation), but it’s a small inconvenience in comparison to all the perks :)
I've been living here for a little over three months now, and everything continues to be great! I especially love the location and how safe everything feels.
Market Station is an amazing place to live. It’s in a super convenient location, and also has great amenities and spacious apartments for a reasonable price.
Property management company that owns the flats is horrible. Water heater went out for a week in June, no compensation. The leasing office team is very busy all the time, never respond to your emails. Only bright side is they're nice and friendly, not so much helpful. Avoid living here at all costs.
I have never had such a good experience living in apartments and residences on market changed that for me. The amenities stay clean and are easily accessible.
Market Station is located perfectly in the heart of LoDo with its great array of shops and restaurants, just a stone’s throw from Union Station and close to parks and walking trails. The amenities and vibe are great, too
It's the better place at Downtown. I really love to live here. It's close to everything. Have a bus stop near. And I have a beautiful view from my studio.
Just moved in, but loving it so far! The move in process could not have been easier. The employees that work here have been delightful and so easy to work with!
Living at Gables' property at Market Station is an awesome experience. The staff is professional and very friendly, while the Valet service is excellent. The property location is prime as it is in comfortable walking distance to the areas of interest to include Commons Park, Coors Field, and Ball Arena. All the appliances in teh 1445 property are brand new, and everything is very dog friendly!
Nice apartment. Expensive. Recycling chute has been closed for 4 months. Grills are right next to the dog park so they smell like dog poop. Pool is laughably small but nice if you’re alone there.
It’s great… friendly. Nice kept clean. And great amenities!!!! Great neighborhood and friendly staff!!! Great leasing options. Parking garage is nice.
I have nothing but good things to say about this property and the management. We are so happy with our apartment, the amenities, and the neighborhood!
I love this building!! The staff is so nice and personable, the amenities are incredible, and the location could not get any better. The perfect place to live in downtown denver for me and my pup!
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It was a very seamless and easy move. Over im super satisfied with how everything went and look forward to my time here.
I’ve never in my life left a bad review at any business but this experience has left such a sour taste in my mouth I felt like others should be warned. To make a long story short the entire hot water system broke leaving all residents with freezing cold water. The apartments had a really hard time fixing it considering they didn’t have the proper parts on hand so we went six days without hot water. The proposed solution was to walk to a local gym to use their locker rooms for a shower…. Literally felt like I was transported to a camp ground. Walking to use community showers for a week please ?? the best part of the story is that not a single dime was deducted from our rent for the month. Truly ridiculous customer service.
I want to love this place... I had some good moments and the location was great, but DO NOT LIVE HERE. The organization is a mess. The leasing office is incredibly unresponsive, especially if you're moving out. I had to follow up multiple times when I moved out and no one responded on my request for using the elevator so I had to figure that out myself. In addition to that, I have been emailing with them for nearly two months asking if I can learn more about the move out charges they included. I have followed up multiple times with the head of the office, Cynthia, and sent to their Market Station email without response. While living there, I had issues with communication, appliance integrity (had to have multiple fixes in my apartment even though it was brand new) and the amenities are cheap and falling apart (only one of the four grills was functioning when I was there). It is not worth the price and it is a corporate money trap. Do not live here. Don't do it. Find another place.
It is a very loud community. I feel like I haven’t had a solid night of sleep in a very long time and it has taken a toll on my once generally positive out look on life.
Super quiet, spacious apartments. Interior is high end compared to most apartments in this area. Great amenities and location. Valet parking is expensive but convenient.
We love living here! Brii, Cynthia, and the entire staff is always available and always willing to help with whatever is needed. The apartment, gym, and pool are awesome. We use the amenities daily.
1445 a great. Excellent leasing team and concierge service. The unit is spacious and has high quality finishes. The amenities are top notch. Awesome location in the heart of Denver. I’m very pleased with my decision to move here.
I'm a new resident in the 1445 community. So far, everything has been wonderful and exceeded expectations. Concierge, valet, maintenance, leasing office, etc. And the apartment itself is so beautiful! Couldn't be happier.
The Location is great, the staff is mostly friendly (aside from one person with a huge attitude) but management could definitely be more organized
The leasing team is so nice and friendly! Very helpful and transparent. They make the move-in process seamless. Also, the location of the apartment couldn't get much better. There are so many neat shops, cafes, and restaurants near by the options are endless.
Recently moved here and the process was great! Communication from the leasing office was always very fast, and concession helped ensure that the furniture that was delivered before I arrived made it to my place safely. I've had a pleasant experience with every staff member I've met so far.
Amazing, staff is kind and I have had 0 issues with anyone in the building. Love the outdoor spaces and the indoor amenities! The maintenance team kills it as well
The entire leasing team are wonderful! Thank you all for making this long distance move a pleasant experience for us! Looking forward to getting to know everyone better and make friends here!
Generally pretty good. The washer/dryer continues to be a hassle and the lack of amenities is a bit of a bummer at the price tag. But overall a good experience.
The location is right downtown, definitely loud but a good and safe area. The location is right downtown, definitely loud but a good and safe area.
Honestly the amenities and apartments are great but the staff here is amazing and are always willing to help! The concierge are super sweet and the leasing office will assist right away. Great location, great apartments, and great people altogether!
We love living at Market Station. The 1445 building is fantastic. It's well built, beautiful, and very livable. Although we can hear some noise from the street (standard with downtown living), we haven't heard anything through the walls. We wondered if the valet parking could get annoying since we don't have immediate access to our car -- but honestly it's been super convenient and reliable. 1445 is exactly what we were hoping for when we toured it.
Probably one of the worse apartments complex I have ever lived. The place is filthy on a daily basis. They have gone thru i don’t even know how many cleaning people, concierge is changing constantly its not reliable, the people working at the valet are super unprofessional. The hallways are trashed, elevator is filthy 24/7 and they do not clean. This place is not worth the money. Its quite the rip off compared to other apartments in the same area. Dog park is disgusting full of dog poop all over the place never gets cleaned. The noise is a NIGHTMARE. Walls are paper thin. I do not recommend this place upon my worse enemy. Look else where
So far, the apartment and building are great! Maintenance has been quick to respond to all of our issues. The valet parking is wonderful to have. The gym is usually very clean. The front desk and concierge staff are awesome to work with.
I moved in three months ago. This is my first place of my own and I most certainly can say that I didn’t expect it to be this nice. I was doing a lot of apartment shopping before settling in at Market Station. At the tour, I was blown away by the kindness and helpfulness of the leasing agents and concierge staff. The valet garage was a nice touch. After seeing the unit I’d be living in, I fell in love and decided to move right away. It’s so affordable for a space that to me seems luxurious, right in the heart of LoDo. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to move here.
I really enjoy living here. It’s safe, centrally located, great amenities, and reasonably priced! Yeah, the insulation could be better, but it’s not the worst I’ve had. The Market Station team is also wonderful!
Love it here. This building has amazing amenities and is in the perfect location. Could not be happier that I moved here and plan to re-sign when my lease is up.
Being a resident in Market Station is fun. The experience is more than anything. It is convenient for me to go to work, shopping, bars and restaurants.
Overall in my first couple of weeks my experience has been great. We had a little issue reserving the freight elevator in the move but it was quickly resolved by the concierge.
The location and amenities are great though minor heating/design details could be fixed! Very convenient to the heart of Denver with a good mix of mostly respectful residents.
