Picked this complex due to its newness and community when I moved in. Besides the maintenance and office employees the community has gone down hill with the residents that have moved in and the access that the others have had to the complex which has resulted in cars being broken into, theft and numerous instances where the police have had to be called on arguments and fights between residents and non residents

Great Community Living Experience! I’ve been living at the Residences at Market West for two months, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Love the neighborhood! They are Super modern apartments. Everyone is dog friendly, speaking of that they have a dog park and a dog washing area for residences.

Clean and quiet community. I love it. Nice, professional and educated people. The dog’s owners are responsible for cleaning after dogs . The pool is always clean.

Residences at Market West is a nice apartment complex that is very quiet. It's also a very pet friendly place to live. The downside of the apartment complex is that they have a serious problem with delayed maintenance and pest control. There aren't any bugs inside, but all of the buildings outside seem to be full of spiders. Also, the gates on both ends have never worked since I have lived here. the trash compactor broke and no one's trash was removed for over 4 days. Aside from the maintenance issues, the apartments are in great condition and everybody is very quiet and professional.

I love the complex so much, there is a lot green space, most of neighbors are really nice and friendly, very family friendly and safe. Love the amenities . Also there are a lot stores within walking distance, dollar general, gas station, nail salon, coffee shop and pizzeria.

I love everything about it,with only one exception, no elevator to the 3rd floor. But I have No other complaints. The space it clean, safe and generally quiet.

My experience here has been a great one. My point of contact was Kirby and still is to this day. She’s very helpful, quick to resolve any issues, and very understanding. The complex is clean, neighbours are nice, and it is quiet. Any issue or maintenance issues were resolved quickly, including the emergency ones. My only issues are that the buildings are, at least mine, needs power washing. They’re dusty, a number of cobwebs, and wasps nests. The gates are often down.

Kirby was amazing, but the other leasing office are a little tuff to deal with. Overall, i had a good experience living there! The amenities were so good, some of the neighbors dogs keep barking sometimes.

I like how the move-in process was smooth and Kirby has always been so responsive and friendly throughout. Also like the fact that there are various teas and coffee options to choose from with the machine. Clubroom is pretty good as well!

I've been living in this apartment complex for a couple of weeks now, and overall i'd rate my experience a 4.5/5 meaning it's been superb and there's only a handful of things to improve. I can mention how relatively easy it is to find dog poop around the complex, also the move-in process takes longer than necessary they could improve there. On the other hand, the apartments are nice-looking, amenities are great too compared to ones in neighboring options.

It’s nice! Staff is attentive, wish the gates were fixed and coffee was not out on Sundays loll neighbors need to pick up after themselves and fur babies and show a little more accountability.

Staff is really the only great thing unfortunately, it’s not very luxury. The gates are never working dog poop is a huge problem. Cigarette butts are everywhere. For the price it’s just way too much. Gates tho huge issue. NEVER EVER work. If they do for a month they go back down. Wish there was more events that people attended to and food truck options

Awful place to live. VERY rude and unethical office staff. random incorrect charges. Do NOT provide proof when asked. only remove the incorrect charges when I threatened legal action.

Very poor experience. The initial exchanges with the staff was appearing to be cold but it became obvious they are all very rude and not people friendly at all. It took them 2 days just to open the files and approve us a process that could have been done in a few minutes. Being told they were on the phone busy or out for meetings all day wasn’t very cool. Move in the keys to the storage didn’t work. Next morning the key fob to the clubhouse didn’t work. The breezeway was very dirty with spills. Nobody came to power wash as promised.

My neighbors above me are loud and dogs always making noise. The front gate has been broken for months. Wifi is always going out. Breakers in the apartment always go out and you have to wait for them to trip back on.

The apartments are nice but poorly constructed and bad quality materials used . Staff is pretty good and host a lot of good events / are very helpful and communicative with residents .amenities are often out of order including The coffee machine , the fire pit , service , the complex gates . There is dog poop everywhere . But the dog park is nice and they did a good makeover to it since I moved here . Wish there were elevators for the price point . But it’s nice to have valet trash . They take a long time to fix the amenities such as the dog spa , but they eventually get it done which is better than most other places I’ve lived in .

It is a quiet and very modern neighborhood. We like it a lot, perfect to be quiet and relaxed, nice areas and good service, recommended!!!!!
