Friendly office staff. Just signed my lease for another year with Melissa.

The ladies in the office genuinely care about the residents are always nice and professional. Love the changes they are making on the property, but do wish the gym was 24 hours. Other than that, it's been great here and enjoy the location being close to work.

The maintenance guys are on top of it with getting my service requests completed within the same day. Great job guys!

The apartments are old, literally built in 1982. and need a lot of work done on the inside. I’m waiting on my 1 yr lease to be up bc if it’s not the roaches, it’s the air conditioning leaking water all over the floor, or the welted kitchen cabinets, or the MOLD on my bathroom ceiling. Or the fact that Alyssa in the front office would not allow me to see my apartment before I moved in & while I waited an hour to get my keys, signed the lease agreement while waiting, all to finally get to see the apartment & it’s horrible.

They left me and my toddler with water leaking from my ac onto my floor. I placed my work order for the issue on a Thursday night. I even called early that Friday to let front office know. I got home and there was nothing sone hot and miggy in my house from the ac being off 24 hours. I just got out here 2 months ago. Maintenance failed to come on Friday like they should have knowing they dont wrk on weekends and that Monday is Christmas so they won't be working. I was told me maintenance and the front office to turn and leave my ac off until they fixed the problem meaning they want my ac off for 3-4 days and I have a young child. I will be reporting this. And I have video of it literally raining from my ceiling. Melissa nor Alyssa can seem to help me with this so ill be calling corporate and sending them overt the video. You can tell they have had this issue before in this unit as there is rust on the ac vent area. Now they are going to want to charge for carpet/water damage when their staff was negligent and I followed all the proper procedures.

Melissa and Alyssa are a blessing to have in the office. They are always friendly and helpful. Most complexes, the managers are never available, but Melissa’s door is always open for us. Thank you.

The ladies in the office are very welcoming and the new maintenance crew are very fast and responsive. It’s a little older community but it feels like home and the new management has done a great job keeping it clean and looking good.

One maintenance man is awesome. One is crap. For 21 buildings, with 8-12 units each, they have 2-3 maintenance staff. I’ve lived here for 7.8 years. There have been 3 new owners and at least 10 new management staffs. 90% of my maintenance requests are done incorrectly or not done at all. At least 75% are not done at all. Every owner only cares about things they can charge more rent for. I only stay because I can’t afford to move.

I've lived here since 2014 and the new management is absolutely amazing. They are very attentive and helpful and it's always nice being greeted with friendly smiles when coming into the office

Residences at Medical apartments was a very quiet, peaceful and great experience. I had no issues with management or maintenance. Communication was well done. By far my favorite complex. I had no issues in my time there! 10/10.

Very invasive new management... they're in my unit "inspecting" something on what seems like a bi weekly basis. They're in so often, i should charge rent! I understand they just bought the place late last year, but i don't want them coming in and out of my apartment unless they're actually fixing something.

I’ve been here over 3 years. The new owners just raised the rent $300 a month?? Run for the hills people????????

Not worth moving in. The amenities you pay for are not there. As well as the staff just give excuses after excuses about the dyers not being fixed. The funny part is they watch you put money on the card for the laundry rooms and yet to tell you that the dyers still don’t work after months and months of not working. I believe there is one or two dryers for the entire complex. This is a basic amenity since they don’t offer a dryer and washer connection in my unit.

I have lived here for 3 months. I love it. The office staff made sure my move went smooth and were very helpful and answered all my questions. They made me feel like they cared about making my apartment feel like my home.

I love living here. My apartment is so big for the price of rent. Anytime I need anything the staff makes sure I am a satisfied customer. They are very helpful. My neighbors are super nice to. I really love that I can walk to work. I would HIIIGGHHLY recommend living here if you are looking for something affordable.

These apartments are in a great location in the medical center. Managers are very helpful and nice, always in a good mood and willing to listen. I will be staying here as long as I can.

These apartments are in a great location. I can walk to work and the VIA bus station is right next to these apartments. Everyone that works here is always happy and smiling.

These apartments are very afordable and they are not to bad. I live in a 1 bedroom and I have so much space. I love all the grass here to for my dog daisy!!!!!! Jessica was the person i worked with and she was so nice.

The people in the office are so friendly. Honestly, they are the reason why I chose to live here. They seemed to actually care about the things I talked about and the questions I had.

My move in was great, thanks to the Assistant Manager; Norma. Norma took care of me, and was sincerely caring about making this my home. Unfortunately she went on vacation. I found a huge cockroach in my bathtub, one in the kitchen, by the door, and entrance way. When asking for the apartment to be sprayed, the unit was missed. The office receptionist said maintenance didn't have a key. I personally went down and gave my extra key to the office. The manager, Ms Brooke, came out of her office smiling. I told her the key needs to go in, then out a little in order to work. She laughed and said she had a key like that at home. If she thought the situation was funny, I did not. I don't appreciate that a manager thinks she can pass up a serious issue. The office said it was sprayed the next day, but no note was left in the apartment. I was home and nobody knocked at the door. I don't believe they did spray the unit at all. When Norma got back, she took care of me again, and took my apartment issues seriously, following through with pest control. Maybe Ms Brooke needs to spend a night in one of these cockroach apartments to relate to what we go through at move in. I am a professional nurse, and roaches are a health issue, not something to be smiling, laughing, and taking lightly. I think you've got the wrong person as manager, seems Ms Norma does everything for us here. Why retain someone that is not helping the renters? Gayle Waterbury

Staff is helpful in helping a person select the right apartment for their budget and lifestyle. Maintenance is also very prompt. Location is heart of the medical center in San Antonio. Within a two mils radius is two Starbucks ( one staying open until 1:AM) Walgreens, CVS within walking distance and a full service HEB grocery store not five minutes away. There are several Middle Eastern/Mediterranean, Asian, and Indian restaurants nearby. Also a couple of great breakfast places. It's also close to the major freeways of I-10 and 410.
