The Triangle, also known as Triangle State, is a modern community in north-central Austin offering an array of upscale conveniences. The Triangle is home to a bevy of luxury apartments, restaurants, shops, and medical facilities just east of Rosedale and a few miles north of UT Austin.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s incredible and the price seems too good to be true but it’s really that good. I could write a novel about how incredible the maintenance crew is. They all deserve a raise because they’re fantastic.
Great location, management is very responsive, maintenance team is outstanding! It would be nice if they cleaned the garage and common areas more often, but in my experiencde, anything you bring to the attention of management, they take care of.

I do not feel safe living here. It feels as though the leasing office does not care about its residents. I have been the victim of two crimes in the building within a week, and I was told by the leasing office that any security camera or security patrol are not there for the residents' benefit or safety, but for the liability of the building. Except for Cade and Trey, who have been very nice and pleasant to me, the rest of the employees in the office have been unfortunately very rude. I have also been overcharged for rent for every month that I have been living there. Even when I discovered the wrongful charges, and it was changed the next month, there was yet another, different wrongful charge added to my account that next month. So, for the past four months that I have been living here, I have been overcharged for rent. I also was given a dirty apartment. It does not appear that it was cleaned before I moved in. The oven was so dirty that it started smoking when I first time I turned it on. Unfortunately, the smoke alarm didn't even go off, which is another concern.

Been in this neighborhood for my lifetime and the triangle has always added a livelihood to this part of town! I’ve overall enjoyed my time here as the staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve been living with the triangle for going on 3 years and I’ve like it over all!

We love the location and proximity to food and groceries. Our apartment is getting a little outdated because it is a little older, but maintenance has been very quick with any issues that we have. I do not enjoy the Fetch package requirement - it is a nightmare.

I adore the location; having a yard is uncommon, and the maintenance has always been excellent. The management office is responsive, and communication is great. Overall, I consider the apartment to be a decent value for money. I'm happy here, feel safe and secure, and haven’t had any major problems. However, since I’ve been here, the extra charges for various services like liability, administrative fees, parking, packages, and so on have gradually increased without any corresponding improvement in service. Additionally, the valet trash service has been subpar. I believe they pick up the trash too early, and there’s no enforcement of leaving it out all day, which results in the hallways being perpetually dirty and run down.

Overall pleased. Somewhat frustrated with garage gate seldom working, especially when an $10 parking charge is being implemented on top of my $50 reserved spot fee. Also still hoping the rodent situation can be improved

Great location, nice apartments, friendly leasing staff! Only complaint is how difficult it is to get to apartment room in the first place. With the rooms being in the parking garage, it is difficult to figure out how to enter the apartments, but once you get it figured it out, it's a nice space

I just moved in but so far am loving it! You can’t beat the location and everyone is friendly but not overbearing. Love that the gym and other areas are always clean and open! Only complaint is the elevator being out for a few days, but I found easy street parking in the meantime.

I love living at the Triangle but feel like some standards still need improvement. In particular, the gates, elevators, mailboxes and package lockers often need repairs and break too often. Stairwells are not well maintained and communication with the staff/maintenance can be a challenge especially if things don’t get resolved in one attempt. The neighborhood is great and the apartments are in good shape which is why I ultimately enjoy living here.

I thoroughly enjoy living here! The staff is very kind, maintenance is always quick to fixing anything I request, it stays very safe and is well secure. The apartment is spacious, tall ceilings, well arranged, and overall a comfortable living space. Love how it has washers and dryers too!

Cockroaches, rats, lies, and loud. During the original tour of the property they promised to fix things in our unit and our move in was delayed so that they could fix those things. Imagine my surprise when none of it was fixed. We have been inundated with cockroaches ever since we have moved and the staff here appears very unsurprised by this fact. The mailboxes were out of commission for over a month, and now USPS is so fed-up with the situation that they are refusing to deliver packages. If they tell you that the units are quiet - this is a lie. If they show you the show suite - this is also a lie. The actual suites are so poorly maintained that they bare no resemblance to the show suite. The lease termination is so damaging that I feel trapped in this hellhole. I would give them zero stars if I could. The cherry on top is that it is painfully clear that most of the online reviews of this property were written by the leasing staff. Stay clear.

Management can be difficult to deal with. Things don't work and it takes forever to get then fixed. Some requests just get ignored. Neighbors don't really talked to each other, but that's normal these days.

So far so good. This has been for the first 2 weeks. There has been some cleaning and maintenance mishaps at move in but Trey and the leasing office has been very helpful.

I like the layout of my apartment, and I think it's a good deal overall. The garage gate has broken a couple of times, but so far, it hasn’t significantly impacted my daily life. The trash valet service is okay, though it does have its downsides—since residents leave their trash in the hallway, it can occasionally make the area smell unpleasant. On the bright side, I enjoy using the gym.

The location, walkability, and access to certain bus routes are good. The building quality and maintenance are really the bare minimum, however. The owners seem to put off meaningful maintenance and improvements as much as they possibly can. The rent and amenity fees are overpriced.

We got a great deal on the apt. It has come with a price. Prior to moving in, we presented maintenance with a list of things to repair. Our door is still in need of a repaint. The plaque that shows our unit number was made with a Sharpie pen. Our sink still leaks. We have a cockroach problem. Hallways are filled with dog hair and bits of trash fallen from trash pickup. The parking garage is never swept/outdoor trash bins are not frequently emptied. Mice crawl from the foliage and onto the garage floor. My guest saw the mice and it was so embarrassing. The security gates frequently break. Broken mirrors aligning the walls have not been replaced making driving through the garage unsafe. The Triangle Residences have not measured up to our expectations. We like the surrounding area (restaurants, grocery store, shops). We hope the management team will get the assistance/resources they need to make The Triangle Residences "luxurious living" as stated on their website.

The community itself is nice and quiet and the location is super convenient. My one complaint is about the apartment manager. When it was time to renew my lease, I inquired about keeping my rent the same price. She honored this request and I was grateful. It turns out she tricked me and more than doubled my "amenity fee" to make up for the difference. I find this to be extremely shady.

Pretty nice apartments! Fairly clean, maintenance is great and super fast, everyone is helpful. Rent is pretty expensive, and the additional fees are kind of unreasonable. Mostly bug-free except for seasonal crickets.

A good place to live. Great ambience and facilities. My friends live here and this is a gated community. There is closed parking for cars and proper cleaning.

All the staff at the complex it’s nice! Our kids really enjoy the pool and all the different places at the building as the common areas and the free snack at the lobby! Location it’s just perfect if you enjoy walking or riding bicycles, many threes are around the buildings making a dream stay.

Actual rental unit was far from the display apartment. HVAC system is unable to keep the unit cool. The master bedroom ended up being the hottest room in the apartment. The air is dry. Fridge is small. Kitchen sink is small. Dish washer needs to be upgraded. Washer and dryer need to be upgraded. Windows need to be upgraded. Stove top needs to be replaced. Screws to hold the under cabinet lights protrude through the base and into the under surface of the cabinet. The best part about the apartment was its location. There is easy access to the elevator, which helps for moving.

Nice apartment with tall ceiling, staff have been great. Love the neighborhood to walk my dogs. Great restaurants near by. I like the washer and dryer in each units also.

So far I have enjoyed the move in process and the ease of working with staff. It was a bit noisy on a Tuesday at 4 am out by the pool but I would assume that is the deal with apartments.

The touring experience was a bit deceptive as the unit we ended up moving into was vastly different. While we enjoy the neighborhood and amenities, the difference in the actual apartment vs the model apartment leaves a lot to be desired. The installation of cabinetry and appliances seems a bit haphazard.

Triangle has an amazing and helpful administrative and management team. We liked the apartment we rent. There are some issues regarding the entrance locks, but I am sure they can work on it to solve these problems. I like being here in general.

My experience overall has been good. I would be much better if the gates and doors consistently worked. Some of the units also have older appliances which is ridiculous when rent goes up every year.

Move in was nice, a bit of damage but all is good otherwise. Office is nice, neighbors are nice. People are nice, wifi set up was easy and apparently the floors are concrete so not worried about bothering neighbors. Moving is nice with the skywalk.

Garage stairwells and garage parking have never been cleaned in the time I have lived here. There is graffiti tags on residence buildings and on signs for several months. Cars repeatedly broken into. Many vacant businesses.
